I was calling about booking initial visit using AADL funding for low income amputee who requires physical therapy and the receptionist was cut me off and said oh we don't deal with that here. I was trying to explain where I received the information, to see was it miscommunication, but she cut me off again and said we don't deal with that here bye and hung up! I feel she was discriminating based on his disability because she denied speaking with me further after hearing he was an amputee. Extremely unprofessional!
