Totally cash cows! So terrible experience of having a road test here. The examiner was sooooo mean! She ignored the condition of having snow on the road, and being so mean and made it way tougher than it should be. And then used some ridiculous reasons to fail the test. Merger to the highway at around 90 is considered low speed by the examiner, and a little bit wider right turn but which is still in the lane is considered to be disqualifying. Really not suggesting anyone taking road test here.

Awesome friendly staff. Did my health card, license and incorporation in less than 45 minutes. All 3 advisors were amazing.

Staff is there to gossip about the Edmonton public schools rather than doing their jobs. Very unprofessional.

I visited this location for birth certificate amendment. I had very great experience with Mel. She is amazing person, very friendly and great customer service. Thank you so much Mel for helping and guiding me.

Terrible service, and atrocious road test grading. All my children passed their drivers test 1st try. I have a Class 1 license and taught them all. City driving, highway driving, defensive driving, driving in winter, they get a full course.
Youngest son tested at this site and they gave him a terrible score. Then tried to sell me a driver's course they offer.
Made up items like "lane control" and "hesitated at Stop sign" and a bunch of absurd things I know are not representative of how he drives. Don't book a road test here unless you pay for their course first, apparently that's how it works.

Went to register my husband's car under my name and the lady there didn't offer a bill of sale paper or anything not very helpful at all just said i needed one i shouldn't have to ask all the questions but she just said can you get out of line so i can help someone else, with these jobs your supposed to help people not make people fend for yourself, i felt very uncomfortable. I would go somewhere else there's no customer service here.

I wish i can give negative star if possible.i got my 3 year class 5 experience from two different provinces.but they converted my class 5 to AB class 5 (gdl).
i came here to remove GDL restriction and lady said bring your driving abstract from other province so i can give you class five.now otter day was there and she just refused without giving me proper explanation and asked me to come tomorrow.
What a JOKE man.

I know my fault going at 3pm on a Saturday when they close at 4pm. But this should be expected to be a busy time but appeared to have only half the possible staff working with the empty tills.

The worst service I’ve ever had…the staff of one side is always busy in talking they have no concern of big waiting lines… never recommend

Looks new. But this is a very poor service locations. New but outdated prices, services, and seems to be cheap.

They charge 3% for credit card use.

And they have also stopped doing there insurance car holders, even there pens don't have logo's.

Overpriced, can't use tap, and charges for credit card use. Not worth spending your money here. They obviously don't like their clients. I won't be back.

Great place to get your registration done. Mel helped me and she was accommodating and patient.

You're better off driving to the other side of town and going to a different registry! Ive seen line up's quicker at canada place to get your passport than this dump

Indian lady eximinator wearing glasses are very rude since she come. She started to raise her voice she seems not happy to work. I drove same road every day and she told I am driving to opposite road. Since she came I knew she doesn’t like my race.
When government owned licenses I passed class 5 gdl to full five no problem. Now I booked to class 4 and she seems she doesn’t like Africa black people.please don’t go to that registry. I confront her and told her the true. She weras black glasses please avoid her if you want do your route test.

It's just money making place they fail students for no reason. Their favorite technique is press brake pedal for give lamme excuse. Save your money don't go to this registry for driving exam

I had very bad driving test anxiety because of which i failed before. But my experience with parminder was excellent.
She was so polite and kind. She was talking to me like a friend. She just made my anxiety disappear. She is very professional and very calm person.

Awful service. Ladies sitting on the counter doesn’t like their jobs. They behave like they are doing us a favour, they give bad face expressions. No Hi or no response to thank-you. They should be taught some customer service skills.

Very professional people. Easy to talk to. I would have gave it 5 stars but three line ups and not sure which line to be in to renew license. I will be coming back to this location. A lot better then most places

Great experience at this registry and the bank! They were fast and friendly. The line looked long, but they got through it quickly.

Handled my issue with swiftness and friendliness. AHS desk was closed but the other agents can help with that side of things. They moved the full lobby through quickly and even having to fill out more paperwork and wait in line again, I was in and out in 20 minutes.

Plenty of parking and easy access. There is also an ATB branch here.

I was soooo nervous about taking my drivers test but my instructor, Parminder was so nice and calm she made my nerves disappear. 100% believe the reviews about this woman.she is the best. I passed my first time and would recommend her to everyone trying to pass their test.

Overall, I love this registry. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I recently did my class 5 driving exam and my experience was very pleasant. From booking the exam, (I had to rebook due to scheduling issues with and it was no problem at all. Just note you do have to pay a fee to rebook) to the exam itself was a breeze. I had Parminder as my examiner and she was wonderful. She provided clear instructions during the exam, friendly, professional, and great feedback at the end.

The only negative thing was the wait time, but it was my fault for going in on a Saturday afternoon.

I went in the Saturday of a long weekend, expected to be waiting a ridiculous amount of time and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very efficient and friendly, and they were able to help me resolve an issue I was dreading to deal with.

My all time favorite registry to go. Not very busy during mornings, even when they are busy, you get looked after quickly.

The young lady there was the least helpful with my questions. I was hoping to get any directions but she didn't seem interested in helping at all

Went there to get my learners drivers liscense. The regerstry people where nice and straight to the point.

Had a very stressful situation and Sofia handle my situation flawlessly. Had to come back the next day and Sofia was about to leave but when she saw me she turned back around sat down and assisted me with my registration which had a situation she only knew about. I'm very thankful for the support like this. Also to note I have never had a bad experience with any off the staff and they are always smiling and happy.

Worst customer Service ever, don't come here, the person who attended me never had the intention of helping me, even it wasn't trying to be polite. I hope they take care of their employees since the rating of this place talks by itself

Abuse of Power and very inconsirate workers, Don't take responsibility for their actions instead put the blame on the customers. Beware of bad customer service and money Hungary workers when you ever visiting this location.

Unconsiderrate and unprofessional.my brother had his road test booked for 10am and this place opens at 10am.despite the traffic due to weather conditions outside he was only 5-10 minutes late and this place refused to take his test.he was literally the first one there and still told him to pay 150 to retake the test

Clearly a racket. Never get your driver's test here. Super prejudicial and clearly just trying to cash in on an unspoken immigration tax.

It was my honour and pleasure to be in this Registery office couple of times in less than a week. I met one of the best team ever and I got the best client service can be.
I interacted with different ladies and one gentleman and the lady in charge.

It would be better if the management provides customer service training to the staff.

Overcharging a customer and then, not refunding full amount is NOT professional at all.

I have had very bad experience with one of the staff member yesterday. She was very rude. It happened couple times that this staff member always rude. I was there yesterday.
I don't know the name but she is south asian in 40's.

I had my road test with Parminder today. She is just great! It was my second try and I never knew I could choose the examiner. But fortunately It was she on my second trial. She is so professional and genuine examiner! Eventhough I failed my first test, she explained me what was wrong and which mistakes I need to correct, which was super helpful. I worked on it for couple weeks and passed on second try! Thank you Parminder! Also thanks for all your advise for safe driving! I will keep those in mind!

I was tested here for my class 5 Advance road test. Must I say, my invigilator, PARMINDER, was the best one you could imagine. She was calm throughout. Gave clear and loud instructions. Gave me time to think and analyse situations. At the end, she gave me clear and logical reasons for points deducted. The experience was truly satisfying! Thank you so much!

I had an amazing experiences in this Registry, staff were welcoming and very helpful, and my road test examiner, Parminder was excellent. I was feeling a little nervous before my exam but she helped me calm my nerves down and focus on the task at hand. I felt that my road test was short and simple, with no extra tricks, all you have to do is listen to instruction.my overall experience was great, and recommend new students to check this place out. I am also grateful for my instructor jaspreet, who taught me my driving skills, and how to handle the road.

I visited to help my dad getting class 7 license. Two of the employees at counter didn't know what is acceptable as address proof. Floor manager lady was very polite, knowledgeable and attentive she helped us through. The staff needs some more training and basic etiquette of not talking within staff in Punjabi language IDK if that's allowed.

My son & daughter had an extremely positive experience with the road test examiner Parminder at this registry office. They were given excellent feedback on where to improve with their driving, & Parminder helped them to feel at ease during the test despite their nervousness!:) This registry office was recommended to us & I am glad we made the extra drive to this location!

I had my road test today with Ms. Parminder who was my examiner. She was friendly and was very clear with her instructions during the test. She made me feel comfortable at the start of the test so that I was less stressed. At the end of the test, she provided me with good feedback for my reference.

I was there earlier today to get my ID renewed. What I thought was a simple process took me three trips to this registry just to get it done. The lady who was at the counter was rude and unprofessional. I didn't catch her name but I remember her wearing a lululemon sweater. I brought several documents as proof of my address but she refused to accept it. She was very rude when asking me whether I pay bills or work. I explained to her that my bill and bank statements get emailed to me as it gets lost in the mail but she refused to accept a printed one. I had to go back to work just to get my pay stub with the same address as the previous documents I showed her. If she had said that in the beginning, then I probably shouldn't have wasted my time digging and printing for documents she refused to accept anyway. The third time I came, I was waiting in line (mind you there was no one else in queue) the employees were just talking to each other. When a lady finally asked me to come forward, she was too busy talking to someone on the phone that she passed me to the same lady who I interacted with last two times. I felt so rushed by her when I was verifying and signing if the information on paper was correct. I could see her reaching out her hand to the paper while I was still reading and signing it. How unprofessional. I would like to say though that the person who took my picture, Sammy (not sure if I heard her name right) was very friendly. Very unsatisfied with the other ladies I interacted with and I hope they do something about this. I'm not surprised to see that I'm not the only one who had a similar encounter.

It was an amazing experience with the examiner Ms. Parminder, as I have my test date today. Although I was a bit nervous in the beginning, her kindness and cooperation made it easier for me to get the test done without much challenges. Also the Registry services where functioning smoothly Thank you to the entire team.

This registry is fast. Staff is good and helpful. They are open for long hours and it connects to whitemud so accessible from anywhere. They have enough staff scheduled everyday so you don't have to wait.

We came there today to register our new purchased car and we were not satisfied with clerk 000022. This is the worst registry location we have been. She is so rude and not friendly.

Horrible. They denied my medical mask exemptions even though I carried proof on me, and they made me wait outside in the cold winter weather as they processed my reason for being there. They were intolerant mask nazis who ignore the medical exemption part of the bylaw and enforce the others.

Gree-eeea-sssy! I was denied my Advanced Road test based on small technicalities that were not mentioned to me in person, or when I called in twice asking about it, or in the provided documents sent to me in preparation of the road test. And the greasiest bit, they denied to refund my money for it! Never coming back here again!

The employee who helped me was very professional and polite. All my questions were clear and nicely answered.

The staff is not helpful at all. They show their attitude while talking to customers and changes their statement every time we go.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this registry, Examiner there are liars and maybe have mental issues, they made me fail on 30 km per hour if light flashing and said it was a school zone when it wasn’t. Guys book your driving test on other registry. I booked on all lincences and got my class 5 driving lincense

My friend tried to use a friend's vehicle to do his scheduled class 5 license test because his was with the mechanic at the time and this registry refused to test him with a vehicle that was not under his name, then refused to refund the test which was not even conducted.

Examiner parminder lall is too rude with the students. Sorry to say that mam but you should be polite with the students. Even it's not happened only with me. I hared sane commette from other people too.

Went for the registration of my car, asked something the staff keep on ignoring. Heloo lady go and learn the customer service and sit on that place. Who hire such a dumb people? Worst place, never gonna go there.

Nice people and very helpful. Been there quite a few times, helped by a different person each time and they were each very helpful.

Everytime my husband and I have been here, there seems to be an issue. Today was the cherry on top. They would not accept a bill of sale with my husband's signature on which he signed in person, and my docusign signature on it. They demanded we get the bill of sale faxed from the dealership without my signature so I can sign in front of them. We signed mortgage docs with docusign which is accepted but these guys would not accept it. We went to another registry and they had no issues.

We will never be back there.

Minus 10 if I can. The worker input wrong informations on my registration certificate but they refused to cover the lost for modification. The bill is on myself.

I never give 5 stars. Im rarely satisfied when professional and customer services are involved. I was there 6 minutes the most. They are focused on the duties and Iv got both licence and new plates and registration. Thank you for your great service.

Even though i failed my road test today, the examiner Raj (not sure if thats the right name) was extremely nice. He explained everything and allowed me ask questions before the test. I like the fact that he's detailed about everything. He did his best to calm me down before the test but i was still nervous and made silly mistakes. I recommend this registry if Raj is the examiner. He knows his job and does it well. I have booked another test at this same registry and hopefully i pass. Thanks Raj. U are awesome

Do not book your driving test at this registry. They would fail you intentionally. I booked mine with Raj. He himself needs driving classes as he failed me on the wrong reason. He said i need to check my shoulder 3 times on the right turn- 2 times before the turn and once after the turn. I rechecked my knowledge after coming back home and found that i only needed to check my shoulder 2 times as per the driving laws. I am filing a complaint against him as he failed me on wrong reason.

Very rude staff. Kept interrupting and talking over myself and my girlfriend. Lack of understanding and intelligence. Save your time, go to the other one in mill woods

Came to get info about renewing vehicle registration. The lady assisting us started getting impatient because my father and I were having a hard time hearing her (masks, shields, ambient noise disrupting sound) and she would rudely raise her voice whenever we asked her nicely to repeat herself. I highly suggest reviewing your fundamental customer service etiquette.

Had a wonderful experience here today. I did my road test here and passed. Examiner Raj was very polite and calmed me down before the test. He answered my questions after the test and helped me to understand the mistakes i did. Please don't be fooled by negative reviews. All the staff is so nice and hard working. I am going here for my future registry needs. I will give 100 stars if i could.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a registry. Darcie and her staff are especially rude. She was blatantly homophobic towards myself and my partner as she refused to even answer any questions or even be remotely helpful. I will never come back here.

I strongly advise anyone who is planning to take a driving test examination to stay away from this site. The examiner rejected to do my road test because I did not provide the pink card even though I showed her the insurance confirmation and the company faxed this to her on the spot and she was extremely rude. I filed a complaint against this did not hear anything back yet. Just stay away and look for any other place to do the service you want.

This registry's staff is awesome and the manager is very helpful and she looks like very knowlegable and she was perdorming her duty very carefully.

Lastly but not least thi registry is providing a perfect customer services.

Absolutely worst customer service experience in this registry. It almost seems like the employees are in a competition on who can make more customers experience a nightmare. The manager especially having the worst people skills out of the bunch.
