Just had boosters done here for my pup, she developed issues following and had to be euthanized less than 24 hours later. I had called when things started but i feel like it was not taken seriously. I never got to actually talk to a vet and even the receptionist just told me to wait and see. Do not appreciate the whole wait and see attitude.

I love the fact they listen to your concerns and let you know things up front. Staff are amazing with my puppy.

Vet was extremely late for appointment with no apologies. But more frustrating than that was she didn't seem to understand how to work with cats and had a really assertive/aggressive approach to a cat cowering on her table in an unfamiliar room. It was also difficult to get a clear recommendation on a course of treatment.

The vets and receptionists are very accommodating, friendly and helpful. We got our puppy had his neutered and vaccines done here.

They always take the best care of my pets. Thankfully, they were able to sneak one of them in the same day when he managed to get a fish hook caught in his paw.

We have used this Vet Clinic for the past three years under the current ownership and for six years prior. We are very impressed with the competency of Dr. Basah. His bed side manner is empathetic and he explains clearly what course of action should be considered by the owners. I would recommend him to any dog owner. I do have one issue with the office. They do provide quotes or estimates for procedures with the caveat that the total due may vary. I understand this requirement. The issue I have is that you pay upfront for the procedure, usually relatively expensive and when you go to pick up your pet they inform you that your dog required $5.00 more for pain killers. After spending more than $500.00 for a spaying this seems you would think the clinic would not even mention it but they do. I don’t think this policy does them any favours and smacks of being niggly. I understand recouping cost and making money but give me a break. It makes me think that perhaps they are running on very thin margins - I hope not as they are a trusted resource and I want them to be around!

Dr. Barsha is the best doctor ever! He is always extremely patient with us and helpful all the time. All the staffs in the front desk are nice too, my favorite vet in Edmonton!

Front staff should be more understanding and not be rude, Doctors are great and understanding

We brought our 10 year old cat in because something was wrong. It turned out our cat was well past stage four kidney failure due to kidneys full of cancer. The vet and vet assistants were amazing. We had to put our sweet boy down, but the staff were gracious, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and attentive to our needs during our difficult time. I highly recommend them!
