This place was the last resort, based on needing all new tires and replacing a flat. I came with my 11 month old baby and waited patiently with a friend. After waiting a few hours, he hasn't started on my vehicle and was working on someone else's that came after me. He was working alone. Tim became rude and paranoid when we would kindly ask how much longer. He didn't want us hanging around.
By the time he was finished, the tires looked good, but he was no where in sight. The next day, while leaving my home I had to pull over because there was a loose noise on my tire. Tim had not tightened my wheel bolts, and 3 were already missing. My wheel could have come off, and not something I would risk in the winter with children. For someone the claims an experienced business, this "mistake" will cost him any potential customers from me, and a terrible review. I think he is an awful person to not check the quality of his work, and let families drive off in these conditions. He is extremely unprofessional, erratic, and is not worth the time, money or energy.

I had the most incredible experience with Jacob! Late at night, I found myself stranded with a flat tire, far from home. Desperate for help, I reached out, and not only did they promptly respond, but they went above and beyond.

Not only was my flat tire fixed with efficiency and expertise but also stayed well past closing hours to ensure I could continue my journey safely. I am truly grateful for their exceptional assistance.

I went at this place to change into my winter tires, and this guy was yelling at me because I didn't park at the exact spot. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Tim is a very ignorant man very rude and no respects for anyone. I forgot to put my summer tires in my car and I called him and he said that he put them up to dry so I said I will pick them up the next day. The next day i sent my son to pick it up because my back hurts, and Tim couldn't find my tires. He gave my son two random tires instead of my 4, which was the wrong size and brand. I called him and he said he found them.my son went back again the next day, and he was yelling at my son and refused to give it to him. Called me and told me to pick it up and that he won't deal with my son then hung up on me. So I had to drive all the way there to see what's going on and he was upset with my son. He still could not find my tires and spent about hour looking for them. He even looked in the dump. He found two of my tires out of four and then just gave me two others that don't match. I just called it a day and took them. It was a long dragged out

Called them to inquire about a set of used tires. Asked about availability, tread depth and age. The guy said I can come down there and check what he has or I’m just wasting his time Poor customer service.

Definitely recommend! Tim patched up my tire quickly and with little notice right before I drove 3 hours to Calgary, and he even stayed a little after closing to finish the job. There were no problems with my tire throughout the whole drive. He was very nice and conversational, and did the job for cheap. I will definitely be returning if I have problems in the future. One thing to mention is that he prefers cash, so I would recommend bringing some right away. There is an atm nearby, though, so it’s not all that inconvenient if you forget

Had a flat tire repaired by Tim. It was very impromptu but he showed up and fixed my tire at a good price.

Horrible business. Called and was told to leave my tire in his pick up and that he would be in to fix it by 12 pm went back at 1 pm and and still hadn't shown up for work or fixed my tire. Do not recommend at all doesn't work business hours posted on his website. Go elsewhere do not waste your time

Very knowledgeable and experienced. Definitely recommend. Call and give him an hour notice before you arrive. Be on time, don't be late, don't be early and complain that his service is taking too long. He is a very on time type of guy and will get the job done. While you are there, you will learn a lot from Tim, he gives you a lot of information that many other places will not even let you be aware of. I will definitely be back.

He's a very straight forward type of guy.
He doesn't sugar coat anything. If your the type to want great customer service you should take your business to the dealerships or other shops where they will charge you an outrageous price and talk to you like your on top of the world lol. Don't expect that from him.
His prices are great and service is great!
He accepts E-Transfer as well.

Had my tires balanced at another shop, vibration on the highway. I even took it back to them they said its a warped rim.
Tim balanced my wheels, they were all off. Ride is great now.

Tim got me in last minute to mount and balance my tires. His prices are great and takes pride in his work. It was unfortunate to read some of the bad reviews on here but I'm convinced they are the problem and not Tim. Give him a shout and find out for yourself!

I called and the guy that answered the phone was in such rush … legit didn’t even give me one second to give him the information I was about to give and he hung up the phone on my face.the outgoing call was legit 27 seconds. Rude

He needs to be professional while doing the business. He don’t know how to respect women as well. I don’t recommend this place.

Called on short notice to balance tires as we were heading out on the highway back to NWT and was the only place open late on a Saturday.
At first sight the shop looked a little on the shady side and Tim is sure a strait up say as it is but man he is a hard worker took care of us and very honest explained everything.
And once we were thanked us for our business. And rushed off to his next customer at 6: 45pm on a Saturday night
