I came to Dr. Niz extremely injured from years of hard athletics. I had major shoulder issues (stemming from limited thoracic movement), my hips were problematic and my neck was injured and sore. Dr. Niz is a good chiropractor but the front end staff are rude. They will book you future appointments and set you up for appointment reminders via text and then when you miss an appointment due to not receiving any reminder they charge you and rudely tell you that should not rely on their reminder system for appointments.what is the point of the reminder system then? Would not recommend this place due to reception staff.

I went in to see Dr. Niz for the first time in way too long just the other day and needless to say this man is a miracle worker.

I have been having this very uncomfortable pain in my elbows (more specially my right elbow) to the point where I couldn’t perform curls anymore while working out. This has been going on for months now but with Covid going on and also me not taking well enough care of my body I was back lifting weights the very next day with NO PAIN while doing curls!

Very professional and down to earth guy who always makes time to have a quick conversation about anything other than the work he is performing which is nice to see as I definitely don’t just feel like “a client” there and you definitely don’t get that enough anymore these days.

From the minute you walk in the door to meet the receptionist who is always very welcoming to everyone else who is part of the team the service and customer satisfaction is an A+ every time

Dr. Niz has been adjusting me and my family for many years. He is very professional, caring and knowledgeable. His adjustments are gentle and very effective. I came to City Centre Health because I was having neck and lower back pain, and my left arm often felt tingly and/or numb. I had visited a chiropractor before, and I remember I felt a great sense of relief after a few session, although the pain and tingling always came back after a few weeks. However, after a few weeks of coming to City Centre Health, the tingling and numbness started to disappear, and now it's almost hard to remember that I once had neck pain. The difference is that this chiropractor will create a program designed for you, and your needs. I really enjoyed that from the very beginning he said: "my goal is for you to never need a chiropractor again". He focuses on your posture, and makes sure that you understand the reasons why he's asking you to do a certain activity or stretch. I highly recommend this place.
