TERRIBLE front desk staff, like terrible. Think about people who have no matters when you deal with them in person and even worse manners when you talk to them over the phone. They don’t deserve their job and I will complain directly to the doctor when I come in for my appointment.

They don’t care about patients. One of the physicians have moved and it seems that people have to move to his new clinic (2 hours transit from NW) or they don’t care what you can do! I believe it is their responsibility to provide patients with some options!

Less than 10 minutes to get in a room. And the consult was quick, and accurate. One thing that left a good impression on me was that I was asked my "insurance situation" before choosing an appropriate treatment plan. This was a very nice touch because I feel other doctors often underprescribe sometimes.

I go see a doctor because I want modern medicine to get me back to work fast, not home remedies that other doctors recommend. A+ will recommend and re-visit.

I’ve gone to this clinic for 6 years and dr. Chowdury is my family doctor. She is fast and efficient. I’m a little bothered on she can only see you for 1 issue at a time.
However the pharmacy is another issue.
They must have changed hands or management lately. Not friendly or happy. I got my prescriptions filled, went to pay and wow Florence made me feel so uncomfortable, yes I’m a smoker! I don’t stink like 1 as I do wash my clothes regularly. “I did just have 1 about 15 mins before this. ” As she was telling me the do and don’t’s of the medication she was giving me, she could obviously tell and smelt I had a cigarette before hand, she says she couldn’t breathe and I was so strong smelling as she backed away from the till with a little cough saying she couldn’t breathe I was so strong smelling. I may not go back to this pharmacy is Florence is there.

There is a doctor there named dr. Honardar, he is very rude guy with the less knowledge in this clinic, please don’t choose him as a family doctor.

Do not go here. Doctors will make what they like to call oopsie mistakes that are actually life or death mistakes that will cause 1000’s of dollars out of your own pocket to get answers from their mispractice. Never have I been to a worst office in my life. Go absolutely anywhere else.

I've been a patient of Dr. Honardar for about a year now after seeing several other doctors in Calgary. I've referred several friends to him and would recommend him to anyone.

He's always done his best to be accessible while listening to what I have to say and what I would like, then adding his advice after acknowledging me.

Additionally to that, he's also demonstrated a high level of competence as a physician and has an excellent bedside manner.

Dr. Siamak Honardar doesn't bother himself to do a normal checkups of me having a hard sore throat and even didn't get close to me. WHY? ! He seemed to be in a constant rush and hurry.

This walk in clinic is very accommodating! They get me in right away and I don't have to wait in the waiting room for over an hour like I do at my usual walk-in clinic. The doctor and staff are very friendly. Great service.

On Sat 2/11/2023, I called at around 3: 05 pm to see if they would still receive walk-in patients. The receptionist told me yes as long as I arrived by 4: 00 pm, which was the time they closed on a Saturday. My mom, the patient, and I arrived at 3: 22 pm. The same receptionist told me that we were too late because the doctor changed his/her mind. She directed us to another clinic across the street in a plaza. That one closed at 2: 00 pm. Promise made. Promise kept. Not this clinic. I would not recommend at all.

Was asked by the female doctor here if I wanted an exam for the issue I was there for or just wanted the meds for what I thought it was. I told her she should confirm what's actually wrong with me, she gave me about 30 seconds to undress before opening the door on me, did the exam and put in a speculum without saying anything first which caused a panic attack.

Reception Staff cannot understand or speak basic English. They Got my address wrong and over the phone it seemed like their mismanagement was the patients fault. Please, train your staff to re-engage in learning the English language to communicate properly. If a native speaker cannot understand you or you cannot understand someone who is a 1st language speaker, then they're not suited to the task.

*UPDATE* Further abominable service with this clinic. I found out they did not even refer me for the correct injuries. I hurt both my knees and my ankle and today I only received any response from them via mail and see they did not even refer the correct injuries. Further, they organized an appropriate for 10 months after the injury. That's not an appointment time frame when I described to the doctor how I can recover quicker. Overall, speaking internationally, these people do not care about your health and are not suited for customer facing roles. Terrible Clinic.

The clinic is extremely unorganised and does not take walk in patients in the order they've arrived, as they've misplaced files, etc. Be prepared to wait more than hour, not due to a limit of doctors, but because they call patients in, in a random order. See another clinic in the area instead

Dr. Kamel is gentle and kind. Clinic and pharmacy at same location is a plus. Not overly busy, short wait times.

Excellent service, will come back. Wait times vary but they are honest and pretty accurate with how long to wait and show kindness. Thank you

When I got in, it was full of walk-in patients. But, I could see the doctor in around 40 mins. Very speedy! The clinic is accepting new walk-in patients as well. Many places only accept those walk-ins who have already been seen by the clinic

I have been a patient of Dr. Rouhi's for nearly 10 years. He is an incredible doctor who has helped me through so many medical concerns with patience and clear communication. He follows through with everything he says he'll do in a timely manner.

Tip to not feel rushed: I take care not to book appts during busy hours unless I just need a refill. Mid afternoons on weekdays seem to work best.

Dr. Honardar is mine and my husband's family doctor and we both feel that we have never had a more attentive and approachable doctor in our lives! He makes us feel comfortable, heard, and confident in his expertise. In my experience, most doctors will rush you out of their rooms in order to see as many patients in as little time as possible - not Dr. Honardar! I have recommended him to all of my friends and family.

I've had multiple really good experiences here with multiple doctors. They have helped calm my anxiety and I've never had to wait very long to get in.

I can't say enough good words about the clinic and staff members. They are so personable and very efficient; I haven't been to a clinic that serves their patients so quickly and are so flexible. Dr Chowdhury is the best, but their other doctors are great as well!

I gave this clinic two chances as I live just down the road.

The first time, the male doctor didn't seem to listen well and it felt very rushed. I figured it may be a one-off and not worth leaving a bad review.

The second time was absolutely horrible. The female doctor did not even introduce herself or greet me. Each time I spoke she interrupted me and seemed very impatient. At one point she asked me a question and then abruptly said "No? Ok fine" before I could even respond.

Amazes me that they have any positive reviews.

We have been going to Dr Chowdhury for over 4 years. We moved away but still make the drive to go see her because she is so reliable. We can always count on her to see us in a timely manner when we need her.

I’ve been looking for a family doctor forever, I’ve gone to so many places and just had bad experiences which is unfortunate. I decided to book in with Dr. Kamel at this clinic. I used to live right beside here but moved further away but unfortunately the clinics by my house are awful. I came in, and got in right away. I was actually shocked, I expected to wait half hour like I normally do at other clinics, but I didn’t even wait 5 minutes. Dr. Kamal came in, didn’t say much which is fine I’m not a very chatty person myself but when we got into it she gave me all the details I needed to know and expectations on next steps. Which is great cause every doctor I’ve gone too gave me no details. So just based on that, that was a great experience. If a doctor can give me all the details I need and expectations, that makes me happy and lessens my anxiety way down. Thank you.

Front office staff is rude. Had appointment booked for 2pm. Finally left after 45 mins of waiting. Unable to see a doctor

Had the displeasure of walking-in here and witnessing a doctor yell and demean the front desk receptionists. This is supposed to be a medical clinic?

We have a family doctor out of town, but if we ever need something for an acute issue, we go here. The doctors are very very good. Not only is their bedside manner amazing, they are extremely detailed and pay close attention to the issues. Well educated & top notch care.

This is a deplorable walk in medical clinic. One of the doctors was yelling at the front desk staff in front of patients, wasn’t wearing a mask herself, and all around ruined the mood of a local medical office. You have a sign that says your office doesn’t tolerate abuse from patients - what about abuse from doctors to their staff? RUDE GO ELSEWHERE!

I have been going to see Dr. Chowdhury for approx. 6 months.
She is an awesome doctor and person. She is very kind and compassionate
and more then willing to listen. I highly recommend her.

Very good reception and friendly. I like I because it's small clinic you get served quicker. Short wait time. The doctors are great.

Ok, they are punctual. That is the positive point.
But it is probably because the doctors are just in and out trying to limit the time with each patient so they can see more patients and make more money.

Dr Rouhi shows little empathy. I think his business model is:

The front desk seem unprofessional too. They seem so sad and bored that you can say they hate their job.

I want to share with you about the angels that are around us that are worthy of gratitude and thankfulness. I had surgery at RockyView Hospital yesterday and after I was released the doctor gave me the post surgery instructions but didn't include a prescription of the medicine but included them in the instructions. When I got home the pain started so I contacted my family doctor Dr. MohammadiRouhi and I explained to him my situation and he out of his way to write a prescription for me to the pharmacy and have them deliver. Due to the heavy snow, the pharmacy said they could not deliver. Dr. Rouhi personally delivered the medicine to my house which truly humbled me. I want to say many thanks to Dr. Rouhi and am very thankful for these angels around us who couldn't rest seeing a patient go through the night with pain.

I have been trying to find a family doctor for almost four years now to no avail. I’ve always had a great experience with Dr. Honardar, when I visited the Edmonton Trail Medical Clinic for use of their walk-in clinic. He is accepting patients and I’m happy to say he is now my family doctor and was more on the ball on the first two visits than most doctors after years. I am thankful.

Easily the fastest walk-in/scheduled doctors appointment I've ever had. Dr Honarder was kind, efficient, and to-the-point. Saw the doctor and had a prescription filled in 20 minutes. Will definitely be back here for my medical concerns.

Great service and both doctors that I've seen were very pleasant. It's also very convenient that they have a pharmacy attached to the clinic. I drive far from my residence to get medical assistance from this clinic specifically

Came in with a severely swollen lymph node on my neck, no other symptoms at all. Doctor basically refused to look at me and told me "you probably have covid". Literally had my hat and mask on, felt like he was trying to rush me out as they were closing soon. But freaked me out none the less, and after almost a week later missing work, sure enough results came back negative. He has a legal obligation to examine me which he did not meet by any means and scared me for no reason at all. Will not be returning and would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Pleasant experience with two different doctors here. Always get in within 5 minutes, plus has the convenience of an attached pharmacy!

This was my first experience at a doctor's office in Calgary. I generally avoid walk-in clinics because the waits are usually very long and the doctors seem in a rush to get you in and out, but this was not my experience at this clinic. I arrived before official walk-in hours started but they still took me in right away. Dr. Honardar was very attentive and thorough, and even caught things that my previous life-long doctor had missed. I didn't go in to the clinic expecting much because I didn't feel terrible, but he urged me to seek urgent care and I'm glad he did because some of my symptoms could have been life-threatening (luckily they were not). I would definitely come to this clinic and see Dr. Honardar again!

Amazing clinic. Great front end staff. No matter what doctor I get they are always professional and courteous. They post their wait times online even tho it's never very busy. I'm usually in and out in about 15-20 mins with my Rx in hand. The Pharmacy attached is always very quick and helpful too. Always a great experience all around.

Edmonton Trail Clinic is The best walk clinic in Calgary. My family and I have been seen the doctors Fazhulla and Rouhi for over 7 years. They are the best doctors ever. They really care about us and they have sent us to the specialist when needed. The personal also are very kind and we don't need to wait more than 10-15 min.to see a doctor. The parking lot is a challenge but most of time I got it free. Thank you a lot for everything you have been doing to us. Family Klein & Freitas.

Dr. Mita Chowdgury gave me an anxiety medication, without warning me of the 4 weeks of withdrawal symptoms I would experience if I choose to stop taking the drug. I was sick for 4 weeks. She also claimed to be able to refer me to psychiatrists who specialize in mental health medication, but they refused to prescribe medication. I believe she was padding the pockets of her doctor friends. Also her accent was very thick and was hard to understand as a person from Haida Gwaii where there are virtually no people with east indian accents. I'm done with the corrupt mental health system. Doctors like her are like reckless drug dealers.

Fast. Get in, get out. Don't come with really big issues, go in expecting a quick recommendation or solution for a small problem. I came in for an ear flush. Got it, and left. All in 10 minutes. Amazing.

Respect full staffs at the reception. Dr. Fazhulla has been my family Doctor over 3 years. She actively listens and offers good care. She is awesome and best Doctor. Greatly recommend here.

I've been here numerous times on a walk-in basis. The service is prompt and the care is well beyond what you get a most walk-in clinics.

I got an appointment at short notice last week and was seen quickly by Dr. Rouhi who listened carefully and was very helpful. His assistant was also very helpful so I would use this clinic again.

The doctor was very kind and considerate. The service was great. Fortunately there were no patients when we visited. This is clinic is open all 7 days of the week which is amazing.

Showed up just before 5pm. I was sat into a room right on my arrival. I waited about 10 minutes. In and out super quick. Great experience

I have been going to the clinic ever since it first opened. It has changed much over the years and for the positive. My doctor is Fazhulla and she is excellent. She has a great bedside manner, patience and a great sense of humor. The only negative experienced was with a MOA who came into the room, never introduced herself nor said the purpose for coming into the room. She displayed no courtesy, should have said her name and the reason for being in the room as well put one at ease by giving gentle instructions. I felt my privacy and space was invaded. Since that one time I have never encountered her.
