My kid and I were eating here, and the staff were hollering over our heads while we were eating. It was so weird

Very clean, the bathroom was also very clean. The service was great, staff were pleasant, and the food was freshly cooked and piping hot. Definitely will be coming back!

Half an hour wait for a small order of sushi to go. Place is unorganized and chaotic. Food is good when you finally get it though.

If I could do negative 5 stars I would.
First of all the young new staff are ignorant, secondly we found a bone in my boyfriends meal, a chicken bone. Which actually ended up breaking his tooth, when we reached out about it, we got sent away due to them not having the piece of bone in their hands, but yet the dentist did, even sent them a report. What did they do? Offered a $100 gift card, as if were ever going back not only is that disgusting but so was their response to this all. Talk about taking responsibility for your faults. Clearly they just care about making money rather than their actual customers, if it weren’t for customers they wouldn’t even make money. I’ve worked with food and customer service my whole life and I know for a FACT that if this were to happen at any of my workplaces they would’ve done much more than that. I am pregnant to, and we got the same food order, so if I wouldve gotten the bone in my food that would’ve ended VERY BADLY for me. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced all around. Instead of embarrassing themselves with offering us a gift card they should’ve done a full inspection and get insurance to cover the damages. Which the DENTIST recommended. Absolutely DISGUSTED with this food chain. Make sure to check your food when eating here, also don’t be afraid to ask them to wash their hands after using the bathroom, as I’ve had to do as well. Next stop is the health and food safety. We’ve even went to the extent of having a lawyer look over everything including their emails (which they screened for at least 2 weeks) and he was also just as DISGUSTED.try wok box instead! They’re way cleaner, have better quality and quantity. Not to mention the staff is surperb!

The cobblestone location is beyond frustrating. They don’t listen when you order, and more often than not something is wrong when you get home.

Love the food! Just missing the burrito from their "Skip the dishes" menu as I find them the best!

I always enjoy coming here for food! They always make my food exactly the way i want, quickly, and kindly. I'll go here again soon, that's for sure!

Really good place to eat at if you like eating out and they also have bubble tea and Grand Prairie edos really good actually I'd recommend it to all my followers.

Be careful who takes your order at this location. I order the same 3 things here all the time and it’s always $14-15. This last time it was $19 because she put it down as a bento box even though it wasn’t. Unfortunately I didn’t realize til I was at work so I couldn’t do anything about it. After speaking to a few guys at work, this location does this all the time. Never will I order from this place, ever. What a scummy way to run a business.

Ordered one meal, waited over 20 minutes, and it still was not in progress, even though in the same time, six different "smash the dishes" orders were prioritized instead.

This is wildly inappropriate, as the customers in the store must be prioritized over those too lazy to come to the store.

Will not be returning!

We have been going here for years. Always fast, efficient and friendly service from the Edo gang at this location. And the food is always delicious!

Good food and very nice staff.
It is your typical fast food Japanese and there's nothing wrong with that.

Great food that's fairly fast. Always go light on the sauce or they will drown it if you get too much.
Main lady serving me was pretty crabby, slow your roll lady! If you don't like dealing with people then go work in the kitchen or something.

Great food and service but the person taking my order misunderstood my request. I never received all the meals I had ordered.

Pretty well get take out every other day for lunch using their new Edo Japan app, they have a line specifically for online orders, you walk in walk out In seconds, because you've pre set a pick up time and already paid for your meal!

5 out of 5 for the staff. I had 2 server came to Check if everything is ok. The service was propt. Highly recommend this location.

I enjoy Edo Japan, however I recently ordered take out and upon finishing my meal, I found some sort of dead flying insect at the bottom of the bowl. I was sick to the stomach that I ate a whole meal and may have consumed other insects just like it. After this observation, I attempted to call the store and notify them several times. However, they would not answer the phone and they were open for another half hour. DISGUSTED! This was the one on 80th avenue.
