Edo Japan - North Town Centre - Sushi and Grill

My partner, after working his usual 12 hour night shift, ordered from this location as a treat for us. The tempura yam and avocado rolls were inedible. The avocado was crunchy and the sushi arrived falling apart. I can't believe any restaurant felt comfortable sending this order out. Pathetic. Avocado isn't bendy.

The food was not so good. Staff was friendly. Portions were small and bit overpriced for the quality received. Will skip going for the second time.

Very friendly. Excellent service. One of the staff even opened the door for me as i was leaving. I was in tears over the kindness they showed me its a rarity these days to be treated like that.

Food here is really, my husband and I enjoys coming here when we get a craving for Edo's rice dish "chicken and beef teriyaki", crispy shrimp and bubble tea. The price is also affordable, It can be more on the pricey side if you're on a budget, but definitely good as a treat.

This is my second time coming here, and I really enjoy the food. Sushi is my favorite, and they do have gluten-free options, including a gluten-free soy sauce. They do have a vegetarian options including some veggie sushi rolls. There's a fairly decent size seating area that's kept nice and clean, which makes it very inviting and pleasant to sit in. I'm just a little bit nervous to speak Japanese to the staff

Ordered avocado roll but there is barely any avocado. More like avocado flavored roll. So disappointed.

They made my sushi so good and so fast. My chicken rice bowl was amazing and delicious ️ I definitely recommend this!

The new bubble teas are REALLY GOOD! Only issue is that they are not that big, especially in comparison to ones of the same price at other bubble tea places. They also now have a bunch of extra japanese snacks, including lots of flavors of pocky and a bunch of other types though I don't exactly remember what right now as I was too focused on the bubble tea and pocky lol!

They were not busy so it's hard to know how it might be when they are rushed. But the service was excellent. As they were quiet I asked about milk tea and they made me a completely unsweetened one. Which I really appreciated. I enjoyed it. Which surprised me as I have always disliked tapioca Which is similar to the bubbles

When I get delivery it's usually from a different location. Both are very good and it's nice to have fast food with lots of veggies

So cheap on the meat i couldn't even see it on my plate. If i break it down it was 95% rice. Will not be returning.

They didnt put any sauce on either on our meals. They charged us for the wrong meal. When I called I got no answer. Wasnt impressed as this was my husbands birthday meal he wanted. Update. My husband gt threw. They argued with him that they did put sauce on when there was none. When asked to speak to a manager they refused to tell us when a manager was available. Then continued to argued. So will never be back to this place.skyview all the way.

I love the bento box from EDO. This location is quite busy, there are lots of parking spaces available. I enjoyed my last visit there.

Food here is really tasty. I ordered ramen chicken soup with passion fruit green tea. Both are really sooo good.

I ordered the Hawaiian Chicken Benito with the 2 sides (sushi and egg rolls) which they added an extra $2.00 onto the bill saying the "Pick 2 Sides" on the menu doesn't mean the 2 side dishes are included, they are just priced lower. Okey dokey. That would have gotten them 3 stars. However, I was then very disappointed with the product. It had some burnt pieces of chicken in it, lots of chewy gristle, and a sharp piece of bone (triangle-shaped and. 5cm long) that got stuck in a back molar (thankfully, I didn't swallow it as it could have done a lot more damage). And then, after forcefully eating the meal, my stomach was growling loudly for about 30 mins, and I had lots of nerve twitching, which is always a sign of consuming a lot of MSG. My days of being an Edo/No-meato fan are now over due to their high-priced low quality food, Bait and Switch marketing and low level of customer service.

Poor customer service. The lady was so dry wasn't pleasant at all. Needs a lesson in customer service.

My 9 year old daughter would like me to say:

"OMG this is the best food I have tasted in my life. The Ramen noodles are so good.whenever we have take out I always suggest here. Eat here if you love Japanese food. "

I agree that the food is very tasty and fresh and northtown is my favorite location.

Didn't include my boyfriend's sides with his Bento, and added hot sauce on the top randomly. For mine they ignored the no mushrooms (I'm allergic) and left some on top. We had to go all the way back to the restaurant. This is the only time I've had problems, but also the only time I've used their food ordering app rather than Skip the Dishes.

Food was great as always. Wasn't a fan of the blood orange drink, but I'll check out the other flavors once I have the chance!

These guys move so fast and get large amounts of orders via delivery services and walk-ins. It effects their performance to make orders correct. Fix that with one or two more staff it would be perfect

They were listed as open but were closed half an hour early and saw me but wouldn't let me get food. I guess they wanted to go home early.

I never went on here so how can I tell? Haha but I think Japanese food is familiarly famous for delicious but I'll definitely have to try it out anyways

Ordered from this location via skip. The order was ready for pickup within 15 minutes of ordering. Food arrived with all the condiments we could need. They spared no expense to ensure our meal was perfect. I think there was even an extra couple of shrimp in my order.

Just got the food not a while ago, super good, good quality, I even got a free snack with it which happens to be my favourite! ️

Ordered the Sukiyaki beef with double beef and extra veggies to stay was given it in to go container didn't get the extra veggies that I paid for the to-go container does not fit what I ordered which is why I ordered it to stay because I know it doesn't fit in there to go containers
