Henry was extremely helpful at sourcing some parts for me. Even sourced them from Calgary and got them to me next day. Would recommend anyone looking for used car parts to contact Ed's Auto Salvage.
Ordered parts got wrong parts sent back and they refuse to send me all my money back after I called them and asked them to make sure I would getting money back. Called them like 20 times before I got alittle bit back but refuse to send me the rest. Never ordering parts from there again
I've never dealt with them directly, I usually order through my work for my personal truck (1996 GMC K1500). But I have absolutely no complaints. In the last month I've had two busted windows (terrible luck) & I was stressing about how to get windows fast, I don't necessarily have all the time in the world to check out auto-wreckers & pull windows myself. Someone from work recommended Ed's & I checked them out, got a stock # from the truck I needed parts from & my parts guy from work called them & I had a window on the way the next day with no questions asked (TWICE). So now anyone I know that needs good priced used parts I recommend Ed's.
