Had a great time and the staff was very polite. I had a reservation and even though I had to wait longer due to being busy it was easy to pay up for my time. The staff were very apologetic for the delays. It’s to bad there were other people in line trying to cause a scene and bullying the employees. Be sure to make reservations on busy days. It makes the experience much better.

So horribly over-priced and the machines weren’t working. Not worth it. Go somewhere else. Also impossible to get a refund in case of an emergency. And it doesn’t make sense to have a check-in counter and check-out counter for your shoes. It’s confusing to customers.

Was waiting in line for a long time and still they decided to entertain the ones that are at the back of us. We were clearly standing at the front waiting to be entertained. And the guy told us to line again.

I haven't been bowling in years but yhe attendant at the till was running us different sized bowling balls on top of it! I mean seriously the bar, the food and the staff are stellar.the hallway from the mall looks scary

Good bowling set up, several lanes and plenty of appointments, walk ins are almost certainly possible all the time. Rates high, so go with parties 4+ if you wanna make it worth it.

Faced issues with our lane not registering several rounds. Staff did take some time to troubleshoot but were subsequently quick to compensate with some extra time, a different lane and a pitcher of pop. Great service, thank you!

I enjoy My experience doing both The 10 Pin Bowling with the Big Bowling Balls. Including the KingPin Suite Bowling Lanes, with the 6 short bowling lanes. Very respectfully wanted to say, great Service, Wonderful Experience. Staff were very friendly! The Bowling, Service, Food & Atmosphere is very amazing. Great place to Come Bowling as well as put in Extra Bowling Practices in between my work schedule, as well as my school schedule including Special Olympics Bowling schedule. The Nachos Were very wonderful! The bartenders as well as The Servers were very friendly, I very well appreciated them what they did for me to make my Bowling as well as fun experience very welcome. I look forward to coming Bowling at either The Cosmic Bowling Lanes as well as the KingPin Bowling Lanes for more Extra Bowling Practices for my Special Olympics Bowling! Great place to put in Extra Bowling Practice.

Was a good experience. Thought it was a bit pricy for an hour of bowling, but I don't go bowling much so don't have a great comparison.

Came with my dad & sisters! We did the small ball 10 pin bowling and had dinner in lounge. Food was great and fairly priced. Staff was friendly & attentive. We will definitely return when we come back to Edmonton.

Was fun but only expensive beer available no draft. Balls all had very small finger holes and only two servers for the whole place. Won’t be back

Staff were excellent, very responsive to address ay lane disruption such as balls stuck and knew instantly the computer was not logged on we did not have to reach out they came instantly.

Had a lot of fun. Friendly staff. Only 4 stars cause there were some technical issues on our lane while playing.

Very bad customer service. Lost 20 minutes of paid time due to malfunctions and staff not paying attention.

We visited on March 4th around 3: 45 pm the lady taking the reservations was very aggressive toward me and my husband so much so I had to walk away. She had a slick mouth. We accidentally booked the wrong area we had to unfortunately go back and speak with her she said we can switch we just have to pay the difference we agreed to she follows up with your lucky we have an extra lane I said excuse me she says it again I was over it at that point. We started bowling and had a great time that we wanted extra time my husband had to do it as I wanted no dealings with that associate my husband said the customers in front of him even questioned her with “what’s her problem”. She has bangs and short dark hair. Her attitude is atrocious and unwelcoming.

Shoes are 4-5 dollars rental. Book online a day beforehand. You can go in, but you'll most likely have to wait until a missed booking is available. Always friendly staff.

Reserved a 5 pin lane for my family. Lane broke down twice in the 1st game. They moved us to another lane and it immediately broke down again. Very lightly used we weren’t bowling aggressively. Had enough of waiting for staff to keep repairing the lanes every 5 balls. Stay away from lane 1&2. Other lanes weren’t having any issues. We decided to try and play some arcade games near by. Tokens only. Token machine was broken. Decided to leave. Very disappointed on a Saturday family day long weekend.

Nick was amazing! His customer service skills were great.what a breath if fresh air! Thanks Nick you restored my faith in humanity.

I went with my husband as a last minute date night. We knew we would have to wait for a lane, no problem. We were told at 5: 00pm it would be a 40-45 minute wait max, and I was asked to write my name and phone number down for the wait list. Wrote it down, and we went to grab a quick bite to eat before going. While we are wandering around, I see it’s 5: 45pm, and we head back since we were expecting to be called any minute now. Get back, wait in line, it’s now 6: 00pm, and we get to the front and I say I’m just checking in to see where we are on the wait list. The lady asked me if I was on the wait list already. Let her know we were, and we had been there an hour before, and were told 40-45 minutes. She asked my name, I told her. She asked my phone number, I again told her the information. She said she didn’t see my name on the list, and asked again if I was on the wait list already, or if I wanted to be added. Told her again that we had been there at 5pm, and I wrote down my information on the sheet that was provided, and was told they would call me when a lane was ready. She looked at another worker and they looked around at other pages, and were talking to each other. After a couple minutes of them not talking to us and still looking around, my husband asked “sooo…. Is there a lane yet? ” And they looked at him and said “it’s now a two hour wait for a lane” I looked at her and asked why we should wait when they messed up. She just said it’s a two hour wait now and we would have to be re-added to the list. I told her I will not be waiting for a lane, since they made a mistake, and were making me wait two hours even though I waited an hour already when they said that it would be 40-45 minutes. We left without bowling. They “lost” my information some how, and made zero attempt to resolve the situation. I’d recommend going to literally any other business in the city before coming here.

What a great place to have a kids birthday party or go hang out with adults. The 10 pin lanes are close enough together for bigger groups, but also far enough apart if you don't know your neighbor. The staff were super friendly and helpful, no matter how many times we had to have them retrieve balls the kids did not roll hard enough to get to the end. We will be going back for sure! But, give yourself time to find parking, especially on a weekend.
