Absolutely absurd pricing for service, oil change and fuel filters $654 for a 3500 ram checked around after the fact stony plain is $100 cheaper and Redwater dodge is $130 cheaper, service manager (Wendy) was rude and argued to bad that’s her prices, you claim to have competitive pricing but I have quotes from Edmonton, stony plain and Hinton that for far cheaper than your pricing, wish I could give zero stars

Had a great experience with the service department. Brought my jeep here for a couple of issues I had and they fixed everything-it was a simple issue that was my own fault. They got it done quickly and the customer service was top notch! Hopefully I won’t have to go back for a long time but when I do I will definitely be coming back here for my services and if I ever decide to buy a new vehicle! I can’t remember the guys name who helped me but I do remember his glorious beard! He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and understood what was going on with my Jeep…. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would.

Dealer put on trigger mudflaps on my 2022 ram 2500. Mechanic said he can do them no problem. All of them are crooked and one fell off. It’s been 5 days since they put them on and they are already falling off and now I have multiple holes in my knee fender well because the extremely smart mechanics figured plastic would hold the mudflaps in. No I have to go get multiple more holes drilled in my $110,000 dollar truck. The mudflaps are also $800 which are also going to need more holes. We will see how the dealership deals with this and I might change my review. I’d like to see a full repair where everything is solid and straight and a 100% refund for the hassle. Worst dealer experience ever DONT recommended this dealer to anybody go to stony plain or hinton dodge if your looking to buy or get work done. Mechanics are mediocre.
