Not a good experience here - sales rep Dale will leave you hanging for days, and Stephen will low-ball offer you on your trade in, and will only show what they want you to see. He showed me a picture of other vehicles similar to mine for sale as his comparable vehicles - which are 700+ KMs away (closest in Sask, far as Ontario). Obviously way more in the market. $2500 to $5000 for a trade in with current market value of $12500-$15000 is hilarious. Wouldn’t recommend trading in, and be wary of the reviewers with 1-2 reviews.

Not once but twice this shop has had nothing but rude “customer service” and lied about appointment times and when they’ll actually be looking at the vehicle and when the vehicle will be returned you FIXED. If you need something done on your work vehicle so you can get on the road in a timely matter so you can make money DONT GO HERE. BEWARE!

Bought my vehicle through Wheaton, they gave me no orientation what so ever. Called Steve and explained my situation, he arranged for me to bring the vehicle in the following morning. Mark took the time to walk me through the entire orientation process, and answered all my questions. Can’t say enough about the amazing service. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! 5 stars don’t do u justice, definitely 10 star service.

After talking with Stephen the manager he straighten out my issues. It’s great that this dealership is willing to stand behind their reputation. No one is perfect and I appreciate them making things right. Have earned my respect and business.

Bought a used vehicle from Mark who was good to work with. Had a few issues with the truck 4 months later, spoke with Zach and expressed my frustrations.
Buying a used vehicle has no guarantees, and I am truly impressed that they would listen to my concerns and stand behind the vehicles they sell, because they sure don’t have to after 4 months of use!

When getting a new vehicle of getting work done on one I find it hard to trust dealerships. It always feels to me as if they are trying to get more out of you not here at edwards I always feel like they are doing there best to serve myself in th best possible way. I would recommend going here.

I have been trying to remove a review that I made 5 months ago. I cant figure out how to so I am writing this. Apparently I was wrong in thinking the muffler was the noise issue. It did however need to be changed but I read the whole problem wrong. Apparently there was a small issue with the recall install that caused the vehicle to make the noise. In saying all that I talked with management at Edwards and they were right on top of it.we took it in. The parts are ordered and in and the appointment is booked to correct the issue. All the things that good service reflects from. I am happy with the response I have been getting from Edwards staff and pleased that they are covering all costs on their end. Thanks for everything and I apologize for being a bit loud before.

We purchased a new (demo) truck in Dec 2020, Our sales consultant Stephen treated us with kindness and was very personable, he genuinely listened to what we were looking for and after some weeks of searching he was able to find the truck that was right for us, The overall experience was positive and we drove away feeling that we weren't just a sale or dollar sign. A huge shout out to Darcy, who greeted us with a smile from the service counter as we addressed some minor issues, and for Travis who fixed those issues and also the ones we weren't aware of, Travis also installed a bush guard bumper and he did a fantastic job! Another shout out to Timothy from the Lube Service Bay who was friendly and meticulous.

Always come here to get my oil changed, and there was a differential nut they could not break loose so they ended up squeezing me in to the mechanic shop to make sure that it's taken care of.

Broke down in my truck passing through RMH, the service department took us in and had the problem fixed in about 2 hrs. They even let my moms dog wait with us in the customers lounge. 5/5 if I lived in the area this is where I would take my vehicle. Excellent service!

I had dealt with dale Smith while I was there. Really nice guy & would reccomend him to anyone.

Got a new water pump installation costed close too 1000$ wasn't even the issue with my truck, was still over heating another 150 they charged again for diagnostic wanted another 1400 for a new fan motor. Service department there just out too rip people off for money and parts DO NOT bring your vehicle too them!

Highly recommend! I am from Red Deer and would definitely travel here to purchase a vehicle again. They were so accommodating with my schedule and I was able to come in after hours to purchase my new car. I really appreciate how friendly and easy to deal with everyone was. They really went above and beyond what any other dealership in Red Deer or Calgary has ever done for me. Thank you so much!

Been coming here for a while now. Excellent service from everyone I've interacted with. I've recently opted to just start coming in to talk to someone for everything because the new phone system is the worst. You end up talking with someone on the east coast and then they try to transfer you back to the dealership and can't get through to anyone. Doesn't make any sense.

UPDATE: New center cap was ordered and installed, big thank you to Edwards garage service staff for making things right

I just spent an hour and 20 min. On the side of the highway looking for my center cap that was failed to be reinstalled correctly.

Amazing experience and service!
We had a breakdown with our campervan while driving through Rockey mountain house.
It was lucky that the garage was close by so we spent the night on the parking lot to let them have a look at it the next morning.
We figured out that our transmission is burned. Worst nightmare when living in a van.
So we had to order a new one. They also tried everything to find the cheapest one possible for us. Sadly the shipping time turned out to be a week, so we asked the owner if we could sleep on the parking lot for this time (we couldn't move anyways) and he was super friendly, let us stay and use the waiting room + wifi and plugs. He even said if they would have showers, we could have used them.
After a few days of living on the parking lot all the staff knew us and was super friendly, on the weekend the owner itself came to the parking lot even though they were closed to take us for a ride in his car to show us what we could do in the town.
And after a few days of waiting the service person who was responsible for us told us, that his friend wants to sell a van, same model as mine just a bit older for a price less then what the transmission would cost and that we should check it out. So we ended up buying this van.
They took the transmission out for us and put it in my van. Also they replaced a few rusty parts with better parts from the other van to safe time and keep the costs for the work low.
The solution with the other van safed us much time and money and we were back on the road sooner then expected which made everything way more relaxed in the end.
Overall the staff was super committed to our problems and they did everything to help us.
It sounds strange but it was actually a great experience living on this parking lot and in the end we were even allowed to fill up our water containers

I just finalized my third vehicle purchase from Edwards in the last 4 years. My wife and I bought our son a pre-owned Chevy Cruze a couple years ago. My wife really liked the car and enjoyed the no pressure experience of dealing with Terry so much, that she decided to buy a new one for herself. Today I just picked up my new GMC Sierra. I have done a straight purchase, a vehicle trade in and now a holiday trailer trade in. All experiences have been fantastic. I received very fair value for the trade ins and great deals all around. The service we have received from all departments have been incredible! Top notch staff! From Terry, my go to salesman, to Sandra our finance lady to dealing with Zach the sales manager, I could not ask for better. The service department and quick lube have also been impressive. Great dealership and even better people. After dealing with Edwards, I see no reason to ever shop elsewhere. HIGHLY recommended for all your vehicle needs and service.

I know little to none about cars and I forgot his name the older mechanic on Saturday’s was super friendly and helpful as he explained what he was gonna do and look for and why. Very transparent and instantly became the main people I go for regarding my car

Amazing customer service. I am from Calgary and work full-time, so the only day I could come in was a Saturday. I was originally given the number for Dale, and he gathered the paperwork for me to come see it. It turned out he was not on shift that Saturday, but he gave me a heads up and told me the name of the salesman who would be helping in his absence. Terry had the vehicle ready to go when we got there and was very professional and obviously very focused on customer service. He told us many times he wanted to make sure we had a good experience. He introduced us to Sue in finance, and she continued the same amazing customer service through the financing process. I was able to test drive, finance, and drive it off the lot same day, which is great because I live far away. Would recommend this dealership to anyone - outstanding experience.
