Receptionists at this location is an absolute incompetent individual who should not be in her position. Rude, condescending and not helpful.

Great place. Staff is very polite and friendly. Would go there only for my future appointments.

Today, we went there for 1th trimester. Ultrasound specialist was very unprofesional. We were not satisfied with her. She used ultrasound subteine harshly. If she doesn't like her job, she shouldn't reflect on people who has appointment for ultrasound.

My ultrasound tech was absolutely amazing. Even coming from a healthcare background, she was an excellent and impressive staff member. Excellent and exceptional to the level that I'm trying to leave a super positive and first person worded review. The company is lucky to have someone like her.

If you see this, thank you. Thank you for everything you did. You made what is inherently a terrible ultrasound a positive experience; and the level of your instruction and kindness is nothing I have ever experienced before. Thank you.

This was my first visit to EWF Radiology in Beddington Towne Centre and it was great! The staff is super friendly and the waiting area is quite spacious. My doctor gave me a requisition form for a chest X-ray as a walk-in and it took less than 10 minutes from the time I arrived to when I was out the door. Very impressive!

The bonus is that even though they close at 4 PM on weekdays for other tests, they remain open until 8 PM for X-rays which is very convenient. Even if the requisition form is on the letterhead for another lab, they can do the tests which was a great discovery. Since EWF Radiology is only 5 minutes from my home, I will come here from now on.

Ika took my ultrasound sound today. He was very polite professional and well spoken. We also had a few good laughs. Give that man a raise asap!

Reception was friendly and efficient. Ultrasound tech was on time (thankfully with all the water I drank). She was kind and professional and did everything possible to ensure my comfort. Also appreciated the warm gel:)

Super disappointed in this place. They refused to let my mom come in the exam room, or into the clinic at all actually, because she's unable to wear a mask. She has an exemption letter from her doctor and even the hospitals allow her in without a mask. This place did not even ask for her exemption card, they just said their policy says no mask, no entry. Being that this is my first time being pregnant and I'm her first child, it was quite devastating For both of us that she wasn't allowed to come with me. Especially since I found out I might have had a miscarriage. So when I go back in 2 weeks to find out if I miscarried or not, I will have to do it alone since they refuse to let my mom come in. This is Aug 2022 when masks are not mandatory anywhere. This is ridiculous! No compassion what so ever.

Staff was very friendly even when we showed up right at the time of appt due to some crazy weather we had to drive through. I don’t typically use this EFW as we live in Okotoks but due to a time sensitive matter this was the only place that had an opening and I have nothing but good things to say. We didn’t have to wait long and everyone was friendly.

Really unprofessional. I was rebooked at this location as in my first appointment they couldn’t get clear pictures for my baby. I got an appointment there after 10 days and I got 12 minutes late due to my health issues and they didn’t do my ultrasound. I waited there alone until 3 pm as there was a cancellation and my screening was at 11. Even when i was going to ask receptionist again for other slot she was making faces. Change your staff

Horrible customer service, extremely snooty receptionist. Tottally unprofessional attitudes by the front staff. Ruined my day experience. Somebody needs to slap these bit@#$.

I was here with my daughter for chest xray. I did not get an appointment but went as a walk-in. The receptionist was very welcoming and the service technician was very friendly. Our turn came really quick and I hardly spend 20-25 minutes in total. I was worried because of the low review ratings but this place blew my expectations.

Was there with my father for walk in x-rays, from the start staff A plus great they were open on a Saturday (thank you for this). A very special shout out to NICK the x-ray technologist I was able to enter the room with my 93 yr.old father, he was extremely respectful, kind, patient and gentle with my dad. Thank you for treating my father with such dignity it was and is very much appreciate.

Front office staff Gurmeet is very rude and not polite. I was 7 min late for the appointment due to road closure and as soon as I checked in she said "You are more than 10 min late, we can not take you"- and need to check with supervisor". I mentioned that I am not 10 min late. I walked in EFW @8: 07. Also they never checked my health card or ID to make sure, I am the right person. Total unprofessional way of dealing with patients. Mask is mandatory but there is no visible signage inside.

I had an appointment last June 4,2022. The staff were very nice. They were very helpful. Im very happy with their service specially Maria who helped me with my concerns that day. Keep up the good work guys. Thank you so much!

Very inconsiderate reception staff. Zero communication with patients and wait time. I was give a half hour wait time and am still sitting waiting to be checked in almost an hour later. Watched another patient being delt with very rudely.

I went here for my pre natal first and third scan and the first time they did an internal ultrasound instead of external and were rough which caused me pain and the for the anatomy scan there were two ladies. The student performed the scan and she seemed so inexperienced that she had to keep pressing hard and try again and again to get the hang of it. Which resulted in so much pain and discomfort later for the rest of the day and even next

No First come first serve policy. Waited over 2 hrs when wait was said to be 45 mins and everyone before and after served before me.

I have no complaints about staff, I've always found them kind and professional. When I went for a CXR this morning I was surprised to find workmen within the imaging area. I understand the need to update the equipment, but having workmen in these areas, with pt names being called raises HUGE privacy concerns, also for women already feeling vulnerable in the skimpy gowns. I felt very uncomfortable.

With only this much line-up, we had to wait more than an hour for a plain chest xray. Maybe they are understaff that time but still terrible wait times here in this branch.

Dr. Nancy Soliman was very unprofessional and unethical during a late term ultrasound appointment that I had. She did not listen to me, she was manipulative and tried to talk me into being induced when there was no medical reason. She refused to believe my conception dates and was pressuring me into thinking I needed to be induced. This was the only time I had seen this doctor and she proved to be a complete control freak. All my metrics and the babies metric were excellent. She had no justification to force me to induce my baby and this frustrated her. It is very serious to have a baby forced into the world before the EDD without a medical reason. She then called my midwife to manipulate her. She tried to use scare tactics to get me to induce. It didn't work. I believe Nancy is a very controlling person and I warn other pregnant women that go to this radiology lab to not get manipulated into unnecessary intervention. I would never go to EFW again because of Nancy Soliman.

Poor customer service, unfriendly staff
Went there Sept 21 2019 for my prenatal ultrasound the lady who did my ultrasound was so rude and unfriendly she was pushing the device so hard that my lower belly start hurting. Also in the end when we went to the reception to pick the complimentary picture of the baby they gave us photo which has baby leg and half face, I mean who really want such photo, after 5 mins of wait they gave us another photo which was ok but was not the one which we asked for. My overall experience was very bad, wish I could give them zero stars.

We've been here three times now for our first baby ultrasound and had a great experience everytime:) Thanks for making our experience meaningful and explaining to us what we were looking at. I understand techs see babies all day long with different moms coming in but this is our first baby and we really appreciated them taking the time for us to enjoy seeing baby on the screen:) Thanks!

The technician was wonderful and very pleasant, unfortunately that was not the case for the front desk as i was leaving the lady was rude and laughing at me as I didnt quite understand what she was saying to me so i left in a horrible mood and not getting the proper information as I didn't want to keep speaking to her

The family doctor didn't give the form to my wife she almost missed the appointment today, but the assistant who was helping my wife tried her best to resolve the problem and arranged my wife for the ultrasound. Thank you! Everyone is very friendly and helpful there!

My girlfriend had the worst experience ever at this place today, her lab tech and the radiologist were rude

Went in for my 4th ultrasound because sunridge was fully booked for that week, The technician, Rebecca, decided to push with all of her strength stabbing me in the stomach for an entire hour. Using BOTH of her hands to add more pressure. An ultrasound uses SOUND not pressure. She then continued to jab and stab my stomach as if she was trying to get inside of me. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Would never recommend going to beddington especially if they’re all trained to do what she did. I am completely bruised and my stomach now hurts when I bend or stand in certain ways when I had no problems prior to my appointment. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO HANDLE PEOPLE WITH CARE. I wish I could put 0 stars.

Not a nice experience! Dr should learn some better people skills when passing along information

Most disappointing appointment ever. Service was extremely poor and very unorganized. Went in there with my dad and was told I was “very bossy” by Claudia who works there because I asked questions. If you don’t want us to ask questions there should be a sign at the front desk stating no questions allowed. Highly do not recommend this location period.
