EFW Radiology - Airdrie Clinic

Wasn’t super happy with my experience, the technician was nice and very comforting, my husband and i had gone in for our dating ultra sound and unfortunately it was found there was no heart beat. The tech was empathetic about it, the doctor on the other hand was very quick you could tell the entire time he was itching to get out of the room and started by saying ‘well there’s definitely a pregnancy and it’s this big but, no heartbeat’ with the first bit it kind of gave some hope then crumbled it. After he said that he essentially gave us a pamphlet and left. I understand that doctors see stuff like this everyday but some bedside manner would be nice considering for us it was our first pregnancy and every pregnant woman’s biggest fear.

Such a great experience at this location. Everyone was super friendly and got me through all my appointments so fast. The ultrasound tech, Allison, was also so friendly!
