We worked with Evan to trade in rv trailer to get a another rv trailer. Evan was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. We got the trailer we can use for the weekends. The walk thru went great and the technicians went out of their way to transfer equipment from old Trailer. Will work with Evan again and recommend Eldorado RV to family and friends.

Had a problem with my lights on my new trailer. They got me in and it turned out to be my truck. They even put their tool on my truck and we got it figured out. Thanks guys

I spent $100,000 on a truck camper, bought the extended warranty. They put it on my truck and did not do a good job and made a hole on my camper. They accused me of causing that hole.

It would have been a 1 hour job to fix it and $30 worth of material. I’ll do it myself.

Not good service at all.

Staff are awesome, just a shame the faults with my Jayco are never ending, bed collapsed, awing tear, furnace fails, led lights fails, pipe leaks and now blinds broken.

Our experience was really great, all the way from sales to signing the papers! We had our baby with us and everyone was so kind and kept him busy. Definitely recommend Eldorado R. V!

We recently went into eldorado rv & purchased a RV Tracy was our sales person. Tracy lessoned to our need and found us the perfect 2nd hand unit.the employees there were so polite and curtious. I would give them a 5 stars. The parts department is excellent they go out of there ways to help you Veronica always has a smile on her face and willing to help. I would recommend Eldorado RV to anyone going to buy an RV.

Experience was good. The walk thru was good and all of the problems we pointed out to the sales girl were taken care of.

The sales people were so knowledgeable and when we went to pick up our trailer the walk through was completed to perfection and everything moved along at our pace. Would highly recommend this place for service and purchase.

Just Purchased a new Jayco SLX 8 from Eldorado RV. This is my first RV purchase. I highly recommend these folks. Tracy in sales was great and accommodating. I drove over 900 km to see these folks and I am not disappointed.

Veronica and her team in parts helped me get some items to make the camping experience awesome.

Jens, was so knowledgeable in helping with the set up of the hitch. The entire team was awesome.

Lastly, Jeff spent close to an hour going over the unit and answering my questions.

I am from Sherwood Park and purchased a used Class C from a person who bought the unit new at Eldorado RV. Because of this I had the unit inspected by Eldorado before my purchase and they came up with some minor items and were obviously not out to find work for their shop. I appreciated the honesty and experience of their sales and service personnel. Since then I had some issues with warranty matters plus had Eldorado make some upgrades to my unit. They did all the leg work for me to get the warranty issues dealt with, made top quality repairs, and filed my claims for me without any effort on my part. The upgrades that I had made to the unit could have been done in the Edmonton area but after my experience with the personnel at Eldorado I chose to return to them (a 500 km drive) because the sales, service, and shop mechanics are long term employees, who are thorough and experienced with every aspect of servicing RVs. My RV service appointments were respected and work was completed as scheduled. I highly recommend Eldorado RV for parts and service and they are now my go-to shop for any RV work I require.

We recently bought a 5th wheel from eldorado rv in Lethbridge our sales person was Tracy. Tracy heard to our need and showed us2units that would fit our need. We pick our unit it had all our needs and wants.we are very satisfied with our purchase and would definitely recommed them to buy new or used.

We recently bought a used trailer from Brandon, what a great sales guy. Super nice and knew exactly what we wanted. We had gone all the way to Calgary to try and find one at a different dealership and did not have a great experience. I’m so glad we made the last minute decision to travel to Lethbridge! All the people that work there are great and super helpful and friendly. Our only issue was communication, as we asked to have 2 6v batteries included and one major thing from coming from the BC side was to make sure our taxes were all included in the sale. We get there to pick up our trailer and we only have one battery and find out that they did not include our PST in the deal, which it all was suppose to be. So meaning we had to pull out of no where around $1100 to register this trailer. Which I was not impressed with at all. They did not inform us before hand that this was going to be the case. So to be honest not happy at all about the financial part of my experience
But other then all that everyone was super nice and good to deal with.

Just dealt with Rebecca on a used camper van. She was professional and organized and answered all our questions and if she didn't know the answer wasn't afraid to admit it and then found the answer. Will deal with her again if it comes up and will recommend her and eldorado rv. The only reason they didn't get five stars was that there was under a quarter tank of gas in the tank.

Rebecca, Greg and the parts staff did a wonderful job taking care of us despite a few challenges we had along the way. We are very pleased with the service and the deal we made with Eldorado. We would recommend them to anyone!

I just wanted to share my recent amazing experience with Brandon Hope, Salesperson, Eldorado RV (Lethbridge). I was searching for a RV with a very specific floor plan within a very specific price range. I called Brandon to determine if Eldorado had a RV for sale that met my requirements. Brandon searched his inventory and advised they did not. At this point most sales persons would have said "goodbye and good luck". But Brandon did not. Brandon went far beyond his duties and responsibilities to make calls to other dealerships in and outside of Lethbridge to see if they had a RV that met my needs and, if so, to see if they would ship one to Eldorado for me. While we eventually ended up not finding a RV that met my requirements through Brandon's efforts, I remain truly amazed and impressed by Brandon's efforts to help me out. Thank you very very much Brandon!

We had an amazing experience with Brandon Hope his phone experiences with my husband was what brought us here. As his wife I have had experience shopping after my husband talked to other sales people and was ignored and they focused on him. He got to know us on more of a personal basic then just a sale. Would recommend anyone to come and meet the staff here.

I am going to be honest, this rating isnt gor Eldorado RV per say as I haven't bought an RV from them, it's for Brandon Hope one of the sales people. I have been dealing with Brandon for the last 5 years elsewhere and he has been excellent to deal with in every aspect of buying an rv. From purchase to after sales service, he always has time for his clients. He listens to clients wants and needs and tries to find the best fit for them without upselling them out of their budget. He makes sure to be knowledgable in his product range and isnt afraid to put in the work to find answers for the questions he doesnt have answers to. If you're looking for an honest, straight forward, no bull sales person, Brandon is your guy. On top of helping me find an rv he's helped 4 of my friends find the RV that was right form them. When it's time for a new RV I will definitely be calling Brandon.

Our ROADTREK RV purchasing experience

THE SHORT VERSION:

We found the RV we wanted only it was in Alberta and we were 1200km away, in BC.
This story has a happy ending, but not without very uncomfortable bumps along the way.

Our Sales Rep, Brandon, was very friendly, easy to talk with and responded immediately to any questions we had. The owners, Greg and Ron, were also very responsive.
Any concerns we had (there were several), were addressed as quickly as possible and we always felt there was genuineness in the communications. Nancy, (Office Admin.) was very efficient as well.

My husband flew out to see it. Upon arrival he was welcomed and treated well. Ryan, the Mechanic gave him a very thorough intro to the systems on the unit. All questions were answered. And we were happy.

One glitch: The Parts and Service lady, was very pushy to my husband to the point that he walked out and almost didn’t purchase the unit. They should have a look at her people skills.

THE BUMPS VERSION:

Purchasing from out of province is harder because you don’t know the people, you have to travel to see the vehicle and you have to figure out how to get it home. The dealership did not clearly outline what paperwork was required. This means that to get the In-Transit permit, (allowing to drive without plates) BC purchasers must arrive with Insurance coverage, Bill of Sale and Drivers Licence.

We phoned Eldorado and spoke with Greg a co-owner and Brandon our sales rep. We told him we were very interested. As this unit would likely sell fast due to extremely low mileage.we were willing to put a substantial deposit on the unit. It was very nerve wracking until we received via text and email that this was 100% refundable. This took too long.

When we tried to get temporary BC Insurance from Autoplan, we were refused due to a flag in Interprovincial records. (In this case the flag indicated DAMAGED in Saskatchewan.) This was unknown to Eldorado. They had done a Carfax search as did we. (Many phone calls ensued between AutoPlan agents / ICBC/ IPRE/ and RVS to figure out why the Damaged Flag.) Until the dealership registered the vehicle under their name as owners, the ICBC system wouldn’t allow insurance to be issued. The dealership then registered the RV under their name in the Province of Alberta. This corrected the computer history so that the next day we were able to purchase temporary Insurance. Very tense and exhausting.

However, had they Registered the RV under the dealership name in Alberta initially, we wouldn’t have experienced such anxiety.this wouldn’t have happened.

I will point out that all through this, even when we wrote a late night letter to cancel our purchase, the owner responded the same night. We were impressed with the responsiveness and understanding. And immediately the next morning, they set about refunding our deposit.

The story had a happy ending. My husband drove the 1200km home and we passed the BC Provincial Out of Province Inspection necessary to put BC plates on our 1998 RV.

I would like to tell you Experience that my wife and I had when we went rv hunting. We went to many different dealerships in one week. We ended up at a Arctic Fox dealership, they showed us want they had, but nothing caught our eye. The salesman suggested that we go check out Jayco Pinnacle, we call and because it was late we weren’t shure that anyone would be there. When we finally go to the Eldorado RV dealership a salesman was still there. His name was Brandon, he started that he would be glad to show us a Pinnacle, even though he wasn’t familiar with this line. In fact it was his first day of work with this dealership. He took his time and showed us, the rv, Brandon asked what we were going to pull it with, and suggested our truck might not be big enough for this rv. He showed us a different rv but it didn’t really impress us. On are way home my wife and I talked about the experience and concluded that after the day of looking we were impressed with the way Brandon handled our experience. We would recomend Brandon if you are looking to buy a rv in Lethbridge Alberta.

Changing my review from 5 to 1.

We had a great sales guy who treated us great BUT weve had nothing but issues with our camper! We are all the point we want to sell it back to them.

They are being fixed under warranty but we couldn't even enjoy camping due to all the issues. They also told us that we had to pay to have the camper winterized while it was there. Really? We could have done it on our own but because we have it in for repairs they are going to make us pay!
