They managed to fix my speaker eventually but it took longer than promised. Initially they said it could be fixed in a month (a verbal agreement). However, it took 2 more weeks over the promised date with my constant chasing. They only got to my case after a month, and took a couple of weeks for the part to arrive, then a couple of hours for labour. I am OK with waiting or even delays, but I would have preferred more transparent communication and updates about its status.

If you need something electronic repaired…don’t think…drive to Electronic Analyst immediately. If it’s fixable, they will fix it…AT A VERY REASONABLE COST! Thank you!

Highly NOT recommend. I waited months to have the service done and it came back still not working. I contacted Teresa and told to bring it back. After waiting another few weeks, the unit still was not repaired properly. Even through the promised repair was still not done right I was still charged the full amount. Total scam, stay clear.

Incredible that these folks were able to fix my $2000 Pioneer DJ mixer. And they did it in less than a couple weeks. The place is old-school, right down to the music on the radio and the paper smell. But that's how they like it, and that's how I like my repair shops, too. If you want to be pampered, go to a spa. If you want quality service and workmanship, go see Electronic Analyst.

Had an issue with a radio receiver on a machine, was worried how I’d get it fixed. Brought the parts in and Mike got it fixed up quick! Really appreciate the work Mike! Thank you! Theresa was very friendly too!

Good service and they were able to repair a speaker that I didn't think was possible. Overall I'm satisfied with the work performed and the service I received.

Took my Luxman amp in for repair a month ago, once I got it back it wasn't working right. I brought it back as it never had the issue before the repairs, and they took care of it. They didn't want any additional money for the repairs which was remarkable, so I gave them some cash for coffee/donuts instead. Even though it's well out of my way to come here, I will return when I have more work to be done.
