Annie was able to help diagnose the issue with my phone charging port and had it quickly fixed. Great service!

They managed to fix my speaker eventually but it took longer than promised. Initially they said it could be fixed in a month (a verbal agreement). However, it took 2 more weeks over the promised date with my constant chasing. They only got to my case...

Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had getting one of my devices fixed. First off they tried to keep my case and say I didn't drop it off with one and then they kept giving me the wrong stylus pen for my phone. Fast forward 3 weeks...

I have tried several repair shops in town and this is the only computer / cell phone business that has ever been able to complete my business without a problem. Hands down, the best in Calgary. He is very good at what he does

So who can fix a Blackberry anymore? Billy can, and did. I had an old, old Blackberry with a damaged screen that I loved. Billy searched out the needed parts and did a fantastic job on the repairs. I am a very satisfied customer.

Excellent staff was able to help out on an older crt tv that nobody really works on anymore. Professional work done right. Will be back with other repairs when needed.

Very friendly, very knowledgeable. Unfortunately he was unable to help me but he went above and beyond to get me to help that I needed and very reasonable pricing but unfortunately, he couldn’t get the part we needed for the TV

They don't have a clue what they're doing and customer service was trash. Extremely disappointed. Not dealing with them again.

I would not let these people change my toilet paper. We brought to hard drives in to have data transferred from one hard drive to the other simple task. First went to geek squad on the south side we’re they told me both hard drives were fried then...
