I always go here to get my hair cut, they do a great job always very friendly great service and good price. They will go out of there way to help, I came in right near the end of the day as I thought they closed later most shops would have told me to come back, but I was welcomed in and Sam cut my hair even though his day was over, I just wanted to say thank you service like this is hard to find.

If I could give this a 0 stars I would. My hair was completely botched and the stylist rushed to get the cut done and quickly paid for. Need to go get an actual hair stylist to try and fix it.

Hairdresser didn’t want to do what i requested and did my hair how he wanted to, will not be coming back.

Even when they're packed you typically get a great clip without much of a wait. I'm a 25 year customer.

I have never left a review before, but my experience was terrible I had to write one. My son and daughter both needed a hair cut. Both of them were able to get a hair cut and at the same time which was great. My son got his hair cut in literally 3 minutes. The barber rushed him through and was kind of rough, my son even commented on it. A so so hair cut. He rung us through $40 plus tip. I paid and waited for my daughter to get finished. Then I realized I should have only been charged $15 for my son and $16 for my daughter. $31. I had questioned it to them and they said oh theres a $2 extra charge each for a shop charge… what? Even though on their sign it didn’t reflect that. I don’t mind paying the $40 thats not the problem the sketchy service and strange sneaky over charges didn’t make any sense. And just the way I was spoken down to. No doubt I will not go back there!

Sam, and Samner are always very good to my son when he goes for his haircut! Thank you for making us all feel like family!

We walk in for my boys and husband regularly. They are friendly, fast, affordable and the cuts awesome. Highly recommend.

I've been going here for 15 years and their lazy receptionist just lost my business for the future because she had started closing 30 minutes before they're supposed to close. If a manager wants to get in contact with me about this I'll be happy to talk, if not I'm taking my business elsewhere and reccomending to friends and family that they also go elsewhere.

I have been getting my hair cut here for over 15 years, the guys are great and the prices are reasonable.

I've been going to Elegance Hair Design for the past decade and it's never been disappointing. Minimal-to-no wait time, friendly service, fair pricing and great conversation. The hair dressers/barbers are efficient and experienced, and I always leave with a tip-worthy haircut.

These guys are awesome. I travel from South Side Edmonton to Spruce Grove just to get it cut here

I asked for something from my stylist that she hadn't done before. I showed her a picture and she was able to duplicate it.

Well we started out going here because it’s close to home and you can’t go wrong with the price. Last year we went for school hair cuts and it was such a basic cut we really didn’t have any complaints as we were in a hurry. We’ve gone back three times since, and each time I’ve had to take them back to the chair and ask them to fix things like around the ears not matching, hairlines being absolutely crooked or the fact that the cut itself is very uneven. Very disappointing as they are very friendly. Maybe if they slowed down and didn’t try to push each customer out in under five minutes a quality cut would come out of that place. Now I will be searching for a new place, even if it costs a little more because it’s dissapointing having to double check the work they do before you can even leave.

Worst customer service. They are impolite to new people walking in. Got an under cut here and did not even resemble the picture I showed.

Really good hair place. They do good cuts the way you want it for a good price. The barbers are friendly but don't yabber on.

The staff is friendly makes you feel welcome. Many great stylists. Would highly recommend to friends and family of all ages.

Jim for 10+ years, but others have filled in when he was away. Fast, reasonably priced, great service.

Worst ever shaved my head prit well balled and had a few balled balled spots in the back never go back there

My go to place for a good haircut at reasonable price for 30 years. Jim Rahime is my preferred barber. He is both accurate and fast!

Why is it so hard to find a good barber? That doesn’t run the fast buzz cut / military style. Told to leave it long so it doesn’t stick out on the sides so what does he do? Just buzz it all off. I guess that isn’t going to stick out. Lol. Last time I will go there.

Went in there blonde wanted a few darker blonde streaks maybe light brown.
Came out black and silver. Went to Concrete Blonde to fix it spend another 100 plus. They took pictures all the foils leaked looks like someone took mascara to my head. AVOID!

Absolutely butchered my hair, had such long nice hair. Lots of potential to give me what i wanted. Showed them a picture. Ignored the pic and completely ruined my hair. So uneven, cut it so short when i asked for length. Would NOT recommend, horrible shop. Disregard what you want, ruined my hair, and was rude in general.will never come back. Now i have to wait a few weeks to grow it out again, thanks for cutting it so super short! >: (

Very good haircuts and they know how to line up the beard very nice and I would reccomend coming to this place they treat every customer like family and never been disappointed!

Have been coming to this place for some time and purchase all my expensive hair products here, from flat irons to Moroccan shampoo and conditioner. Brought my son in for a cut as I always do, and they asked us to wait a couple minutes. No problem. I waited 20 minutes and watched them take in 3 different men as soon as they got to the counter. They didn’t wait 30 seconds for service, likely because their haircut costs more than my sons. Needless to say we left and won’t be back.
