Absolutely terrible experience and so glad I was able to bypass & literally find the identical shirts on Amazon.

Tried getting correct shirt size for a month prior to my little guy starting preschool, and was directed to using this vendor. A bit of a red flag with how long initial response took but didn't think much of it at the time. Told me one of 2 sizes remained and I immediately responded saying "OK, YXS works. Let me know a date that works". Waited a week and got another email from someone else say ". Great, just let me know what size. ". Ok.immediately responded AGAIN the same day saying "YXS please, when can I drop by".

Then I had to send multiple emails as Sept approached, called several times (with no one picking up or responding). After checking with my kids preschool, if we weren't able to get an embroidered shirt in time we could just get a similar style color, so had a backup plan ready. Thankfully I did as less then a week finally got a response back now saying they didn't have any 4T or YXS & would be at least a couple weeks. So any working families that don't live next door or have 20 hours a week to hunt down the incompetent staff again advise you can get same quality for cheaper on Amazon or Walmart. If needed to embroider, don't wait around for this imposter company & give yourself enough time to find a real embroidery, will be cheaper & save a lot of wasted energy for something as simple as a shirt for a child.

We ordered a week before the school started, they said they will call back never did. Past one week, 2,3 and 4 weeks and we are waiting. We called no answer until We heard back that it is not ready ye!
When the order arrived my daughter's skirts where with no zipper and the material was so rough, they couldn't pull the skirts up. So expensive for cheap and bad sweing. I am so upset not We waited for long time we also can't use the cloth now. They don't manufacture the cloth in the shop, they send it to Vietnam where they pennies compared here.

They never answer the phone or call back when you leave voice messages, not to mention they're prices are not the best too

The uniforms are good quality and the employees are friendly. It doesn’t take long for them to add your school logo to your uniform which is nice. A bit pricy but you’re probably reading this with no choice but to get uniforms from here anyways.

Nice place for uniforms, though its mandatory to buy from them but I find them good and prices are not bad too. Quality and availability is good.

Great customer service from knowledge staff for school and work uniforms, as well quality clothing for sports teams!

Had unpleasant experience. Ordered and paid my children's uniforms. I was told they'd call me in three days. They never did, and after waiting two weeks I went there. No apologies were offered for not calling me back. I was handed the bag with my order. I open to check it, and the logos were not there. They haven't done anything. Again, no apologies from Ed, either come another day or wait until we are done. I'm pissed at the school that they force us to deal with this people. Small striped ties for kids $17, cardigans $50. Paying so much, you get treated like dirt, because you're forced to deal with them.

Schools, and decision makers in schools, please do not subject parents of your kids to dealing with this business.
