Great for short and long stays as have suites with kitchens. Amazing breakfast at thier Rise resturant and a nice evening relax bar where u cam have few free drinks and then cam but more also with nice free munchies. Over all very nice and great locations with accommodation and food options

I’ve stayed at this location twice and both times it’s been wonderful. The staff are extremely kind. Guneet was especially very kind and helpful. The rooms are so beautiful, clean and modern. It’s such a good deal for the price. They also have a large gym and pool. We dined next door at the Garden of Italy and it was also amazing. I would highly recommend stay here if you are in the Calgary area.

The ac in the room didn't work called for help at 10 pm by 1am the front desk was still saying they were waiting for someone to come look. No one would even come to the room to look themselves. No one would move our room. We gave up and went to bed for our 4am flight. The glow from the element sign lit up the room all night Even with the black out blind drawn. Worst Customer service I've ever received. Spike with management after our return who promised to make it right but then never heard from them again

Open and clean when you walk in, friendly efficient staff, big clean rooms with lots of plug in options.felt safe, nice and quiet.exactly what I'm looking for on a work trip. I'll stay here again with work for sure and next time I'm in town for fun.

The room is tidy, there is free breakfast, and it tastes really good. But the parking space is slightly insufficient.

This is a beautifully designed hotel. The interior, furnishing and décor looks very modern. The rooms are spacious and the hotel has an excellent breakfast spread but that's about the only good takeaways from our stay.

We found the staff unpleasant and unfriendly, from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. I booked a 1-bedroom suite with a pull-out sofa, which I confirmed at check-in with the front desk, and yet we walked into a room where the sofa doesn't pull out. We went back downstairs, stood in line for another 10 minutes before we were given keys to a different room, which didn't have any bed sheets, comforters or pillows for the pull-out. I called down to the front desk and was told that they would send someone up immediately. Immediately apparently means 20 minutes.

As a regular Marriot Bonvoy member, I was very disappointed with the service and not entirely sure if I would stay here again.

It was a love/hate with this hotel.

Check-in was somewhat easy, room was nice. I just had golfed all weekend with my friends so instantly went down to the hot tub, only to find out the pool area was "closed". Went to the front desk and they had not timetable for when it would re-open. Was told I could visit the 'sister' hotel across the parking lot, only to find their hot tub was also closed. The next 3 days I stayed I didn't see one person working/cleaning the pool area. I booked this hotel knowing it had a pool/hot tub.staff never notified me about it and for that the low rating.

Breakfast is probably one of the best I've had for a 3star, busy on the weekend but still a good selection.

The 24/7 shuttle is a bit of a sham.you have to call a cab during the afternoon and only a certain cab company, who makes it very difficult to arrange any pickup. (The cab gets a voucher for the ride but our driver was so skeptical about it, made it a very uncomfortable ride).

Hotel is nice, staff is ok but this hotel lacks any sort of management. Keep your expectations low.

Parking sucked. Clean and comfortable rooms, pet friendly, close to Tim Horton's, liquor store, and easy to get to in NE Calgary

Very surprised at how big and modern the room was. The hotel staff was so nice and helpful. It was nice to have underground parking for our rental car. We had no worries. The Complimentary breakfast that was included in the room price was the best I've ever had! Wonderful shuttle service to and from the airport.

Frequently in Calgary for business and have stayed here over the past 3 years.
Overall very friendly & accommodating staff including Taylor at front desk as well as dining room staff. Have stayed in various rooms over the years and all are great with ample work space. Am Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite but they do not do complimentary room upgrades. However, they occasionally have over the years. Have had some room challenges over the years but was quickly relocated to another room/suite. Variety of hot & cold breakfast items as well as made to order. Great Nespresso machine with variety of pods. Will mention again how friendly & accommodating dining staff are. Mon - Thurs evening complimentary wine, cheese etc served in Lobby area by Taylor. May have beer available, not sure, but only Cdn wine available. Overall, affordable and accommodating place to stay. As mentioned by others, parking can sometimes be a challenge. Have not used fitness room etc so can’t comment on those. My go to place when in Calgary.

Our go to business hotel in Calgary!

First off the staff is fantastic but in particular Taylor who is the front desk manager is exceptional! She has gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable each and every time we visit the Element.

The hotel is a short drive to the airport, the rooms and suites are quiet, spacious and very clean.

Complimentary wine and drinks are served from 5: 30 to 7: 00pm nightly. Each morning there is a homemade breakfast option prepared while you wait along with a great buffet style counter. Fresh coffee, water and cookies are available throughout the day.

Heated indoor parking at no extra cost is another added bonus.

Stayed here a few times with the wife during the plandemic so for our anniversary figured pick this place again. After an hr on the phone with a incompetent overseas booker i gave up and called the front desk to book a room through them. Like the good ole days. But thats too hard for the staff to do and this place is not worth the hassle (knowpersonally)

The room is good. Stay was comfortable. But not worth the money. I booked a stay with the breakfast included. But almost all the dishes were made of eggs. There wasn't any variety and I don't think paying 140 bucks/ night had any point.

Excellent hotel. Had a Level 2 32 Amp charging spot in the basement. The breakfast was exceptional. If my feed back, then they should change at-least 50% of the breakfast items everyday. The only change over the 2 days was the hot portion everything else was identical. Rest the rooms were clean, spacious, excellent front office desk.
The underground parking was heated and a really comfortable. Excellent toiletries and biggish shower.

813 is amazing, cosy room. It does need to have the sink in the bathroom fixed, it is almost coming off the wall, needs silicone badly. But the rest is good.

I arrived and called the hotel front desk to pick me up at airport about 7: 30pm.finally I got hotel about 9: 50. During this period I called 5times and was told the shuttle will come shortly. Yesterday night it is minus 15 I told the front desk I have to go back to terminal to get bady warmer and let driver call me when shuttle arrives. They said no body will call you and you have to wait outside. After got in room I wanted to take shower but water was not warm enough. Worst experience ever!

Aside from some small surfaces in the room, the hotel was reasonably clean. Good amenities. Afternoon snacks + wine/cheese in lobby are appreciated. Shuttle service runs once per hour to YYC, and is about 15-20 minutes of a drive. Overall, a good stay.

Flight left too early to try any breakfast. Would be nice to have some grab and go options for early departures.

Breakfast was much better than a typical Element. The free drink was a nice touch, but pretty basic and not served with much enthusiasm. A great option if you want a free airport shuttle but plan to go into the city since it’s halfway between the two.

Found it on my Marriott app and the pictures of the rooms looked nice, they didn't lie. The place was nice, hip, modern, and the rooms were the same, cool and comfortable.
A few things to note, the hotel it self has a weird curry type oder/smell the moment you walk in and in the hallways.
Also, the HVAC for the rooms isnt very cold. They shut off if there is no movement in room and doesn't seem to get below 70°F even if you are.
There is a good size gym, a salt water pool and hot tub, and a steam room.
Overall, very happy with hotel, but never visit I will try the four points next door.

Remarkably impressed with the hotel. As a frequent business traveler, I was pleasantly surprised to have a suite environment that provided me a fully separate couch/tv/work environment from the bedroom area. The kitchenette was a bonus although I did not use it but if I returned, I know now that I have an area for things like fruit, drinks and other small conveniences. The underground parking was welcome when it was raining and I'm sure a game changer for winter months. Extraordinarily clean hotel and staff were exceptional.

Our room had a very strong odour of cooking spices and they would not allow us to move rooms. They sprayed room spray which only masked the smell for 5 minutes. I asked for something further to be done and the front desk agent was no help. Very poor customer service and parking was very limited.

Excellent place for the $! Breakfasts are on every taste and choice. Rooms and kitchenettes are great. However, hot tub was cold and steam room didn't work. A waterslide and sauna would give it another

Room was exceptionally clean. Kitchenette is stocked with cutlery and plates. Modern furnishing. Bed was comfortable. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Airport shuttle went smoothly. Breakfast selection average but delicious.
The only negative about this hotel was the elevators. Only two available, and one broke during our stay. Had to wait 10 minutes each time we had to take the elevator.

The room was clean and staffs during breakfast were nice and hospitable. The only thing I can suggest is to have variation of breakfast menu. I stayed there for two nights and I was delighted with the breakfast on the first day. The second day I woke up early and excited for another breakfast but only to feel like "oh okay, I am eating exactly the same breakfast". So if I am booked for three days, I may feel on the third day like, "oh I don't like to eat same breakfast for the third time". That kind of feeling

We were thoroughly disappointed in our stay. Starting with check in, room keys didn't work. Managed to use the app for our 4 days thank goodness, elevator was intermittent, steam room did not work, hot tub was filthy, pool deck was never cleaned (bits of chewed up pool noodle was there for 4 days) lobby bathroom not stocked with toilet paper, limited supply of towels, no water pressure in bathroom tap (had to brush teeth in kitchen), shampoo supplied made my hair dirtier than before i washed it, dirty mattress hidden by a multitude of sheets (hoping no bed bugs), old pillows that felt like sleeping with a folded up pair of jeans, little parking (if you come in late good luck). Found out they had 1 maintenance/housekeeping person per shift to cover 2 hotels. Watched the lobby cleaner using broken vacuum to clean front door carpets.lobby floors were filthy. Clearly, not enough staff, not enough trained desk staff and one ego driven supervisor. I will never stay at this hotel again and will stay away from this chain all together. I understand you maybe short staffed but this was ridiculous.

We booked a shuttle service for 10pm to drop us off to the airport. And we got picked up at 10: 55pm. Almost 1 hour late. We almost missed our flight.

This is a pet friendly hotel. Bed and bedding were super comfortable. Breakfast was hearty meal. Only thing that could be better is the mount of noise from the traffic (many big trucks and planes). Kitchen staffs were super nice and responsible.

Stay there many times, each time there were less and less items in the room. Looks like wash clothes are now luxuries
You are not treated like a repeat customer but just a number. Onward to a place that will make your stay enjoyable.

Staff definitely need more customers service training, since we have membership upon our arrival asked for a late check out which was noted, however next day we were called in the room to be notified we have to pay 25$! Shouldn't it be first checked in your report before you ask your guests to pay! Did get an apology but felt unwelcomed

Friendly staff. Prompt check-in. Nice equipment in the gym. Clean pool and hot tub. Breakfast area was well organized and clean. Made to order eggs and breakfast sandwiches in addition to cereals, baked goods, fruit and other hot food options. Very good coffee and tea options along with juices. Room had modern decor. Front lobby lounge area was nice as well.

Element Calgary Airport hotel was a great place to stay at a very reasonable price. The single king room (base room available when I was there) included a functional kitchen, pleasant style, and lots of space. The hotel was clean. Staff were helpful. The included breakfast was better than average. The airport shuttle was about 20 minutes, on the hour from the hotel; they offered vouchers to pay taxi drivers when the shuttle was not running.
Overall: recommend if you don’t mind a shuttle to and from the airport; affordable rates, spacious rooms and breakfast make this an attractive option.

Most of front staff was unhelpful and one guy was extremely racist, I could tell.

Nice business hotel. Really good service. Limited above ground parking but there are underground spots as well. Nice veiw of downtown if you get that side.

Very accessible! Great service they even had a wheelchair for me which help so very much! Thank you kindly for the heavenly sleep the bed and duvet just swallow you like a cloud. The best sleep I had in a very long time!

Worst stay of my life, do urself a favor and DONT waste ur money here. Hotel staff were rude af, the manager didn’t care at all. And to top it off there was ppl partying in the hall all night. Didn’t get any sleep.

There’s no point too stay in this hotel when the service is so bad. I won’t go into the details and i prefer too stay anonymous. They are very racist as soon English is not your first language witch is very really stupid and funny because most of the staff are different ethnicity and English is definitely not them first language. I was very clear on the phone with them, asking questions and confirming my request on the phone. But when I arrived everything was different and the girl was confused. They did not note anything on my request. I am a simple women and i hate asking for help or complaining, they have so much things they do me wrong and my stay was very stressful. The only thing i really wanted was a cart (trolley) for my luggage for my departure and they pretending too not understand, lies, laugh at me. They even had the audacity to try to charge me a late fee. I’m still waiting have my deposit back. I was need too argument and explained why im right and why they are wrong like a mother but anyway hope for them i get my deposit fast.

Modern, well appointed rooms. Always gets the preferred rooms and staff were prompt in special requests.

I picked up a bacterial skin infection from the hot tub. I called to notify hotel management and they told me they would call me back after their water sample was checked by AHS. No phone call. So here I am on a 30 day regime if antibiotics and they still don't care.
