If I could give zero stars, I would. This chiropractor seriously injured me, and ruined my health and my life. In fact, he could have killed me after a neck manipulation. I ended up in the emergency suffering in extreme pain from all sorts of serious symptoms, including deafness in one ear, inability to move my neck, pain pain pain etc, etc, etc. For over a year I saw doctors, neurologists, cardiologists, physiotherapist, chiropractors, etc, who tried to help me deal and heal this reckless this neck manipulation. I think I may as well have been in a serious car crash. My condition has improved slightly after A YEAR of treatments, but even if I wanted, I couldn't work full time. I'm in too much pain. A nurse at the emergency told me that they have had patients come in with paralysis, unable to walk or move, after these kinds of neck manipulations and they are extremely dangerous. Other chiropractors assessed the damage to ligaments, tendons, to have been quite bad to end up with my neck condition. It may never fully return to normal. I'm undergoing routine care. I suffer from chronic pain now, every minute of my life, every day. Stay away from this chiropractor. What he did to me was dangerous. It has ruined my health forever. I hope to save another person from the same pain and tragedy, and possibly death, from this kind of rough treatment.

I visited Dr. Nelson after suffering from hip pain for over 5 years. He was the first Chiropractor to review my x-rays in such detail and really helped me understand how every part of the body is connected. After my appointment I left feeling wowed and with a new outlook on my health. Highly recommend visiting Dr. Nelson, he and his office are one of a kind and you just may be lucky enough to meet their shop pup, Lainey who is an absolute sweetheart.

We are glad that we found a chiropractor like Dr. Nelson, here in Edmonton. He is great and knowledgeable at what he does. One example was when I had a major migraine, came back home gone completely after the adjustment.

Dr. Nelson has helped me with my lower back pain. I was suffering from last 2 years but pain go and come. But today i was in pain and i just went to element chiropractor to see Dr. Nelson. After the first session i feel good. Now i will get proper treatment from Dr. Nelson forsure.

Great staff, very friendly! My wife and I come here 1-2 times per month for adjustments. They are always on time and ready for us! Can also accommodate direct billing to your benefits companies!

Excellent experience, he has so much knowledge and understanding and really takes the time out to talk to both my son and I. My son is 10 and has had such a great experience getting worked on. He feels so much better. We both do. The staff are wonderful.

Definitely would recommend Element Chiropractic. When I first walked into Dr. Nelsons office I was in severe pain. I have never been to a chiropractor and wasn't sure what to expect. Coming to Element has definitely changed my life. Within a few sessions I was already feeling better. Now I'm at the point where I'm not taking Advil daily for pain. Still doing the same day to day things.but without pain. Everyone at Element is amazing. Dr Nelson is very knowledgeable. He's extremely good at what he does. He makes you feel comfortable and is easy to talk to. Raven is amazing! She is the lady who works up at the front. She makes billing a breeze and is careful with paperwork. Very happy with my experience just wish I came in sooner!

Doctor Nelson is the best practitioner in his area. He listens carefully to your issues and explains what he would do to to take care of that. My first visit with him was very pleasant. He explained the details what causes of my pain which makes sense. I am look forward to work with him in years ahead

My daughter and I love our weekly visit's to Element Chiropractic. The environment is wonderfully relaxed and welcoming. I have personally appreciated Dr. Nelson's approach to Chiropractic care. After a lifetime of dealing with a variety of pain/health issues he was the first doctor I have come across that has made me feel heard. He sees the whole person not only the medical issue and he shows genuine interest in his patient's recovery. I am definitely grateful my daughter recommended him to me. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a Chiropractor that sees the whole person not just the physical aliment.

I have no words to fully express the gratitude I have for the time and care he showed. His sincerity and genuine respect and desire to educate you throughout your time with him is
incredibly refreshing. I have been to many different chiropractors, specialists, doctors, physio and athletic therapists over the years and the visits I’ve had with Nick were literally the first time I’ve ever felt someone actually listened with the full intent of helping me.
I truly believe if he sticks to that passion of helping people and not making it all about the revolving door method of clients then he will change the world one person at a time. How they think of their health and how they think of chiropractic.

My experience at Element with Dr Nelson was incredibly helpful and 100% eye opening to a side of chiropractics I never knew existed. I had visited a chiropractor in the past with sub par results, and my visits with Dr Nelson were not only helpful, but extremely informative, and educational. I was able to get the relief I needed, while being taught on why I had been feeling that way. It was a great experience overall and each time I visit I am able to leave both feeling better physically and mentally. I would recommend Dr. Nelson and his educational approach to anyone, if you’ve seen a chiropractor before or not. At the very least you’ll feel better, and learn something.

Dr. Nelson has incredible patience and is amazing at explaining all his procedures before he begins. As my first chiropractic experience, I couldn’t recommend Dr. Nelson enough to the next person I encounter with pain. His knowledge and care are extremely welcomed when it comes to the complexity of our bodies. All the previous posts have rated 5 stars with rave reviews and tell nothing but the truth.

I've had a reoccurring neck issue that would pop up a few times a year and was never really resolved. I would do a random movement with my head which would cause it to lock up for a few days that left me almost helpless. I saw Dr. Nelson and his treatment plan has been nothing but a miracle. My neck would typically go out of wack every few months and I can happily say I haven't had any reoccurring issues since seeing him. I highly recommend him to anyone with upper back or neck issues!
