I’ve been dealing with elements for over year and I’ve never once been disappointed. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming and always eager to help. One time I messed up my order online and all I needed to do was send a message and it was fixed in seconds. Little touches, like a few pieces of candy in my order around Halloween, or bringing in a game by special request really show how much elements cares about their customers. Shopping is always fast and accurate, and they’re always the first place I look for board games and magic the gathering supplies.
