Emerald is an amazing massage therapist! I have been going to her for over a year now and I would not miss my regular visits! If you need someone with strong hands that can get those deep knots out she is your girl. But if you need a relaxing and softer approach she’s got you covered too. Can’t say enough good about her, you will not regret trying her out!

Dr Mo is a very friendly and punctual Chiropractor. He is a great addition to Elements Health. As always I feel very comfortable going to Elements as it’s very clean and welcoming.

Great service. Jennifer at Elements on 1st really helped ease tightness and pain in my back which I'm grateful for!
