Elevated Experience Camping Willey West Campground

Had an absolute blast. The area is so nice! The staff are amazing! The campsites are very well kept and affordable! And the multiple amenities are just fantastic! Absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to Glamp, campers with a trailer or tent! For those who have kids, or enjoy outdoor games with friends - this is definitely the place for you!
No swimming, but a lot of great river fishing areas-and a few good hiking trails! There's also a huge park for kids which I found super nice!

This place is one of our favourite camp sites! It is a go to, with the fam jam, and times with just us and the dogs! Absolutely beautiful location, with the most amazing staff! 2024, here we come!

Elevated Experience Camping is a fabulously fun campground right on the north Saskatchewan river! The sites are beautiful! Great park for the kids and the pizza delivered to your campsite is top knotch! The icecream is soo delicious too! 10 out of 10

This is one of our favorite spots for camping that is very close to home! We've been coming here for several years now. We love it so much, we bring our friends with us now too! Our kids love coming here! They love the activities and the river!

We stayed the weekend and this is one of the nicest campground that we have stayed. The sites are nicely treed and large.

We stayed here for 3 nights & it was awesome. Very treed & private site. The complimentary coffee was an amazing treat on Saturday morning. The ice cream and candy shop was neat & definitely helped during the heat wave. The campground is very easy to find and not far from Edmonton at all. Very kid friendly & it was a great experience. We will definitely be back.

It as rainy and cool so hot chocolate was delivered to our site upon check-in. Goat yoga was so much fun! Amazing views and well-kept, clean sites. All around a great experience. We will be back!

I had the most incredible experience at this campground, and the staff played a significant role in making it unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. The campground itself was pristine, with well-maintained facilities and beautiful natural surroundings.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. They were always available to answer questions, provide recommendations for activities in the area, and even helped me set up my campsite. Their knowledge of the local area and willingness to assist made my trip stress-free and enjoyable.

One of the standout features of this campground was the sense of community that the staff fostered. They organized fun group activities, campfire nights, and nature walks, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. I felt like part of a close-knit family during my stay.

The kids absolutely love it here and we got to relax by the river all weekend. Such a great time!

Always a fun time at Wiley West. Campsites are generous for the most part (the new pull thrus are too narrow for larger units with slides) and nicely treed so lots of birds. So lovely by the river. Who knew our river could be so pretty and clean! Something for everyone! Playground, walking trails, bikes and games to rent and a store to buy ice cream or candy for the sweet tooth. Washrooms and showers here as well. Our last morning found a tray with complimentary coffee, cups and the sugar and cream. Greatly appreciated and thanks guys. We have returned here several times with family and always enjoyed it.

This is our third visit and we definitely love this campground. There is so much fun things to do. We Iove the Sasquatch walk in the evenings.

We love this campground! Lots to do for kids with a playground and close to the river. The sites are a great size and it is clean.

We had a great time camping here. The site we were in was a bit small, but there are lots of nice big sites to choose from and we will try to book further in advance next time. The kids loved the park and big green space. We all loved the easy access to the river and we had a great time wading and fishing. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond, bringing surprise coffee to our family members site and taking our garbage as we were packing up. It was also very wonderful to see they employ people with disabilities.
The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that we found all the "extras" to be a bit more than we wanted to spend on top of the site fees, and the fact the cart rentals were for full day use instead of a timed limit so we were unable to get one for the kids. We will definitely be back, we had a great time.

The grounds have all amenities you could ask for, excellent parks and wide open fields for games. Staff is right there for anything you need!

Amazing place with so many amenities! The playground is better than most schools have. Sites are spacious and treed for privacy. Staff are super friendly and helpful! It is extremely clean and well maintained. All the extras they have (like ordering pizza, renting games) make this place one of my top choices for camping.

Me and my family had a great experience and the staff responded quickly to our request when we ordered a firewood. The place is clean and there is a river nearby that added to the attraction, not to mention the walking trails. It is also equipped with entertainment, books to read and other camping needs. I would really recommend this to everyone!

This was my first time staying at Willey West, and man was I impressed. Being somewhat of a glamper, I found the sites clean, spacious and the hookups easily accessible. And don't even get me started on the amenities avaliable, I mean where else can you get pizza delivered to you site and breakfast made for you on the day you leave. I'm also an autism mommy, so I found this campground to be very quiet and accommodating to kiddos even on the spectrum. And the large yard games you can rent were so cool, I never hear "I'm bored" at any point during our stay. To top it off you have direct access to the North Saskatchewan River, which is ideal during a hot summers day. Highly recommend!

We stayed this year, and even in the chaos of this year our stay was awesome. The pre booking of firewood is such an added bonus. The park was clean, tidy and kept up. The staff always had a friendly wave or hello. At least once a day one of the team stopped to ask us how are stay was going. That extra touch of customer service is a step above. We will be back next season!

Definitely top of the list of places to camp near Edmonton. Very treed sites. Always clean and ready when you arrive. Clean shower and bathroom facilities. Super nice and helpful staff. Highly recommended by me and my family.

I was here about 8 years ago and it has changed in many ways. It still has lots of big trees, nice sized camping spots, fresh wild fruit. The river has changed its course so its not as easily accessible, which meant no swimming or fishing unless you wanted to fight strong river currents or treck to areas for better fishing. They have commercialized the area by adding better walking trails, a mini golf course, goat yoga, late night pizza as well as a slough of 4 wheel bikes. You can also rent both indoor and outdoor games or reserve their special picnic area, everything provided but the people. There is a food truck on premises late in the week and weekend which I missed due to my camping Sunday to Wednesday. It was a pleasure to find fresh wild raspberries and saskatoons mixed in with the trees.

This is a trailer park, not a campground. Absolutely horrible. No trees, No bike trailer or hiking trail no nothing. Absolute lies. Back on to a school. This is what the campground really looks like. That’s all you get! Horrible

This campsite was unreal. Private large treed sites with so many activities. Our kids still rank this as their favourite and we have stayed at about 15 campgrounds this summer. Our kids loved the retro arcade, candy room and can’t stop talking about the bikes. You need to stay here!

Just recently visited this campground for the first time and coming from someone that typically does random camping, this was a wonderful campsite! Will definitely be booking again. The campsites are spacious enough but also well treed to provide enough privacy and shade. Campground is clean and staff are very pleasant. In addition, I loved the opportunity to purchase meals from the food truck and/or Sunday pancake breakfast on those occasions I didn’t feel like cooking. Will be back again!

Very well maintained, sites are nicely treed. Love the site delivery of firewood, pizza and more. Staff are friendly and helpful. Impressed with their programs to support those with challenges. While we don’t have kids, they sure love the bikes that can be rented and the large playground.

We had a great experience camping at Elevated Experience. We were shocked the first morning that the coffee was delivered right to our campsite. Ice delivery, water delivery, firewood and even the potty wagon showed up. We have never been treated this well at a campground.

This is our second year coming here and we had the most amazing experience. There was so many activities for kids to do. We loved the Sasquatch Trail with the wishing well and the little gnomes. The river is beautiful and the beach is perfect for kids to play. Lots of fun had at the playground, we will keep coming back because this is a great place to camp

This is a wonderful campground for families. Huge playground, really cool walking trails, rentals for everything, goat yoga! The owner Jason will even show you how to keep your fire going with a little bag of dorritos. Highly recommend!

This was our first trip here and it is a beautiful site, even though it is a large campground the sites feel very private with a lot of trees and greenery, which is what we love. Good amenities and great for kids. We will be back!

Just stayed here, we made a mistake with our reservation and they helped us with accommodations and made our stay awesome. Such a great spot. The only down fall was the weather and even then, there was so much to do and we had a great time. Highly recommend ️

Friendly staff that help make your stay more comfortable. Each camping spot is very treed in so you don't feel like you are camping with your random neighbor. Large field and playground for kids to enjoy, Beach volleyball, and a horseshoe pit. Access to the river and even cool peddle go carts for kids. Saw there was mini golf there too! Definitely a family oriented campground. Highly recommend camping here, whether you need power/water hook ups or just room for your tent.

July 23-25,2021. The staff are great, very helpful, very accommodating. They deliver most anything to your site that you need, including games, firewood, treats, pizza.the cabins (glamping) are super cute, well appointed, with comfy beds, I had the bigger cabin with a set of bunk beds as well, you don’t need to bring any more than your pillow and your nibbles. I would definitely book there again.

Amazing place, lots of cool activities to participate in that makes this campground stand out against others I've been to. Sunday breakfast and pizza deliveries are a very unique attribute that this campground possesses. The staff are very friendly and helpful too!:)

Everything was amazing! Clean, private campsite and great staff. The kids had a blast, there's so much to do. Can't wait to return. We woke up Saturday morning to complementary coffee sitting on our table

Amazing Campsite! We've been here 2 years ago and came back again this weekend with friends. Nice treed site, clean river, huge playground, mini golf, mini store and food delivery. Staff were helpful and they kept on cleaning all the time to ensure safety of campers during this pandemic.

It would have been perfect had they also offer free wifi, potable water station and more sewage dump. We'll definitely come back as we enjoyed our stay. The group site that our friends booked was huge, and we're able to play childhood games. We are at a pull through treed site near them and it was private. The kids had a blast at the river and play area.

I stayed in one of their newly built Cabins (glamping). It was amazing! The new Owners seem to have thought of absolutely everything! Games, activities, playgrounds, boat launch, a little store etc. I cannot rave enough about this place. If I have have known it was there I’d be there all the time. It’s also right on the river which was crystal blue and people were fishing off the rivers edge. Such a picturesque place to spend some quiet time. I highly recommend this Amazing campground. Five stars, two thumbs up and WOW! I’ll definitely be back here. Also, once you talk to the owners and hear their mission, You can’t help but want to support such lovely, caring and real people.
