Been dealing with Elite since the 1980’s through different companies I have worked for. May 2023: another phenomenal customer experience where they really pulled a rabbit out of the hat to fully process a last minute order. Not happy I handed over the order so late, however extremely happy they were able to get the rather large order with engraving processed! Never a bad experience in over 40 years working with Elite Promotional Marketing! Always exceptional! Thank you to the Elite Team!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Right from the design efforts to final product in hand we have nothing but good things to say about them. We've ordered NUMEROUS items ranging from custom hoodies, laser engraved tumblers, custom jerseys for our ladies softball team and absolutely love each item. The attention to detail the crew out of the Calgary location has is out of this world and cannot be matched. Dealing with the lady from Calgary throughout the whole process was easy and effortless and she really nailed the vision we've had for all our needs. Our order was even early! Absolutely Amazing. 10/10 would recommend and will ABSOLUTELY be a repeat customer for all our outfitting and paraphernalia needs.

This year we switch our company's Safety Reward Program to Elite. From the time we started to the finish product in hand, we had the best experience. Christina and her team did such a great job from the packaging and how organized everything was when we received our item's. It was quick to get everything out to our staff. No one else we know of in the industry charges an undefined inbound freight for golf shirts. Our quote for a regular order (months in advance - not a rush order) of 25 shirts had "TBA" for Freight Service. We PICKED UP the shirts ourselves from Elite. The overpriced cost for freight came to $188.48 + gst.for only 25 shirts. After questioning the invoice multiple times over several months, this freight charge remains.
We are very unhappy with the transparency of the pricing.

Scott has been a great rep to work with and the quality of our new company shirts is amazing. Huge showroom with lots of different items. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been a regular customer and their Products are excellent but their customer service is very poor and they don’t always delivered your order on the time. When ever I go there and I’ve to deal same issue. This has happened many times. They won’t let you know unless you asked them where is your is order. May be this is my last order from them. So bad experience

Cheap quality products. Was forced to come in and pick up orders - there were 7-8 staff in the showroom and NO ONE was wearing a mask.

Imagine asking your clients to come in and pick up their cheap quality order, and not having the minimal respect for their health and safety by wearing a mask.

There are tons of promotional marketing companies in the city. Take your business to one that values its customer/staff health and doesn't sell cheap quality products on top of it. Very disappointing.

TIme and time again she has gone above and beyond for our team whether it is replacing a broken bottle or going out on her own time to source something that is not in their catalog and then ensuring on time delivery. In the many orders we have done with them, they have never missed a deadline.

I've used Elite for both personal orders (Jerseys for my hockey team) and work orders (business promotional items). Both times I found their customer service to be excellent. Out most recent order required a very short turnaround window and they managed to complete the order a few days ahead of schedule.

Had a quick turnaround plastic sign project and the folks at Elite were great to work with. They had samples on hand to help pick sizing, font, and colors and had the pieces ready to go in a couple business days.

I have ordered several products customized through this company over the past few years, and today after pre-paying for my products, I received a phone call that they had damaged some of my products. I arrived and was told that they would not be refunding me for the damage they caused to my products. A variety of staff, managers, and owners have all joined in this effort.

I contacted Elite Promotional Marketing looking to get my jersey crested with Yamamoto’s name badge and number. I contacted them through their website chat with questions and was promptly responded to by one of their staff (Cheyanne). The process was quick and easy.

I am very happy with the quality of the work they did (Pro Twill Cresting Kit was sewn on the jersey). I was told their turnaround rate is ~2 weeks, but was fortunate to receive my crested jersey within a week. I spoke with a different staff member during my visits (online, drop off and pick up) and all were friendly and welcoming.

Had company hoodies made from a patent I had made for my company. The hoodies came back with the letters of my company but no design in the letters. It’s been 8 months now and they hasn’t came to me with a corrective action. My emails are being ignored and they send me a invoice every month for the $36.00 outstanding yet I haven’t even picked up the hoodies.
Lack of responsibility to correct this issue is unacceptable for a company promoting other companies as their business.
Do not use this company unless your okay with a logo that doesn’t represent your company and like being ignored.

Excellent service and quality products. Although we had a small order, they still went out of their way to ensure it was done right.

Unfortunately, our experience with Elite Promotional Marketing could have been much better. To be fair, we did have a large order, however there were many mistakes that were made during almost every step of the process. What we were initially billed was incorrect and what we received was incorrect. Everyone we dealt with was very nice, however it just seemed there was a disconnect between team members, which led to mistakes. Thankfully Elite did deal with the mistakes that were made in an appropriate manner. But we would not deal with them again.
