As soon as I opened the door and walked in i knew I was going to have an experience.the lovely ladies that work there seemed to be right there when I wanted something.if you like vintage this is the place.
I go here a lot more than I would like to admit! Always such an amazing selection of antiques and it's always so fairly priced too. Rose always let's me know when there's new gems that are up my alley! My fabourite antique store in Calgary
Love this antique store! Found out about it online and realized it was a 10 minute drive from my place. Scored nice finds and will definitely be back. The staff is so helpful and are always ready to help answer any questions, even when they are busy.
Lots of cute stuff here with many vendors offering different things. Prices are a bit high but that’s because everything is curated. Don’t expect thrift store pricing.
This place has a great variety of vendors selling everything from little collectibles and nostalgia items (70s Tupperware and Pyrex, you say?) to furniture. Prices are generally reasonable. Follow them on social media to keep track of their sale events!
Always a cool experience with lots of amazing finds. Good for hunting down a specific item or to just leisurely browse. Staff is very friendly and always helpful with lots of knowledge.
Great antique showcase of multiple vendors on two floors. Lots to browse and choose from, will definitely return. Very pleasant and helpful staff as well.
This is my first time visiting after all the social media hype and I'm not sure I will make it a regular stop. It is a bit difficult to find and there were a couple of wrong turns before I found it. The staff were awesomely friendly, and I enjoyed looking at all the booths. However, overall, despite finding some unique pieces. I did not purchase anything because I personally found the prices quite high. That said I feel the prices of vintage/antiques in general in Calgary have increased since Covid. I want to support local vendors and I get that they need to make a living but if prices are too high then people just will not purchase these items.
Staff are friendly, attentive, and not pushy. Lots of really cool stuff here that takes you back down memory lane to memories you didn't even know you had until you see something! There are two levels and the second level is only accessible by stairs BUT the staff are super helpful and are happy to give a hand to those with mobility issues and parents with strollers. The stairs are right by the checkout and front door so staff are always nearby if you need a hand. The staff are also happy to help you carry an item up to the front if you need assistance with something. You'll never feel like a burden asking for a hand at this store!
Prices are really fair, too. A lot of vintage and antique places price gouge but I didn't find the prices unreasonable at all.
Fun place to look for unique pieces for your home. The inventory evolves every day so if you can't find what you're looking for just come back another day! The staff and management are extremely welcoming and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for unique vintage wares.
Thé shopping process is bizarre. People are stationed around the store- I’m sure to prevent theft. If you are interested in an item behind the case they open it for you with a key and then ask you on the spot if you want it or not and then take it to the till and put it in a basket behind the counter. So, I bought earrings I felt pressured to. The earrings were said to be vintage turquoise. I got home, unwrapped them. Looked at them to see they were actually plastic and not vintage. Took them back to get a refund only to be told they were final sale even though nowhere says their sales are final.
Visited this establishment twice, and both times I was followed around until i left. There were other customers but an employee continued to only follow me and a friend around until we left.
Amazing products! I was amazed at all the things that they have to offer. It's like you are stepping back in time. This was my first time visiting the store, and I can honestly say that I am amazed, and will be back again soon.
Well thought out layout with excellent use of space. Lots of varied vendors with something for everyone who loves antiques and collectibles. Conscientious and attentive staff who provided excellent service. Highly recommend this new antiques mall!
Julie and I stopped by the Marketplace this afternoon which was abuzz with vendors running in all directions preparing their displays for the grand opening May 1st. The double door entrance way open to a gracious curved stairwell leading to the 2nd floor which was also being stocked with antiques for eventual shopping. This has got to be the perfect building to host Ella Grace, bright and cheery, and well laid out, just seems to lend itself to this type of retail. Good luck you guys, see you early May.
Very nice staff! One gentleman ran to another store to buy duct tape - to fasten my purchase to my roof. Fantastic finds at the market also. VERY pleased. Be warned - the longer you are there the more you find and buy.lol
