Above and beyond is the only way to describe Elope in Banff. Our own helicopter elopement on a mountain was incredibly beautiful and well-organized by the entire team, but that only speaks to part of our experience.

When an unexpected injury cut our planned day short and put us in a very difficult position, everyone made sure that all was taken care of and personally provided us assistance during a difficult time physically and emotionally. The incredible selflessness of Christianne, Sharon and Malcolm cannot be overstated, and we were fortunate that we were able to return only a few months later to complete our photos and thank them in person. Far from being just a great elopement company, we can truly describe them as incredible people with whom we maintain a relationship.

100% hands down, the best experience ever! We eloped at Moraine Lake. Literally, Sharon and Christianne (coordinators) helped us get everything we needed prior to eloping in Banff and Christianne went above and beyond ensuring everything went off without a hitch on our wedding day. It was perfect, stress-free, and beautiful, Bryan (photographer) did an amazing job, all of the logistics & travel was made for us getting to and from all locations, hair/makeup was fantastic, as well as flowers, Twyla (our commissioner), and the weather cooperation:).

If I had to do it all over again, 100 times, I would use Elope in Banff again. I cannot express the gratitude for the staff, the amazing quality of services, and the stress immediately lifted off my shoulders knowing I was in good hands.

Sharon was an amazing wedding planner! She won us over with her ease of communication and expertise of Banff elopements. We are from the States and wanted a simple destination wedding at Moraine Lake amongst just our closest family members, and she made it happen with the smallest amount of effort from our side ahead of time. The day before, she took us on a tour of Banff and a little rehearsal at Vermillion Lakes. The day of wedding, everything ran absolutely smoothly and our photos came out gorgeous. Would 100% recommend the EIB team if considering a small and simple wedding, especially if you are from out of town. We had comfort in knowing that Sharon had every detail taken care of for us!

Everything about our experience with Christianne, Malcom and Sharon (behind the scenes) was beyond what Duke and I could hope for. Wish we could give them more than 5 stars~! They are good people, absolute professionals who made our day completely stress free. We were able to take in each beautiful moment. Extremely thankful and happy we turned to them to take care of us.

Sharon did an amazing job on planning our wedding. She is phonomenal! From planning to the big day, she did gave all of her efforts in making our big day so special! Her team did an amazing job on hair and make up! Malcolm, our photographer was the best! The photos turned out amazing! Getting Sharon as the wedding planner was worth every minute! Amazing wedding planners, and an amazing team! They made our wedding day absolutely perfect and stress free. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a more intimate wedding or who is eloping. They made sure our day was all about us and the pictures and video are just amazing as well!

From the moment I spoke with Sharon and booked our adventurous wedding everything was so simple and smooth. They made the wedding planning process so easy. I did nothing and they took care of everything! One of the best decisions we made! They made our wedding day stress free and we got to enjoy every minute of our heli wedding. We had an amazing heli-wedding day with the EIB team. They made our special day magical! We can't thank them enough for making our wedding adventure a reality. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome of our wedding, the whole day was magical. I wish I could’ve pinched myself because it felt like a dream! The EIB team was amazing from beginning to end, they covered all aspects a wedding requires. You truly get to enjoy your day when planning a wedding with this team. Chris went above and beyond on my wedding day, she is an angel! Together with Bryan they had gotten all the photography shots we wanted without even having to say a word! 110% I would recommend Elope in Banff to everyone I know and especially to anyone I know wanting to elope. The whole elopement experience was amazing and the planning was seamless, I had little to no stress leading up to our trip / wedding day as Sharon and her team took care of basically everything and anything. We just got our pictures back and they are also everything we have ever dreamed of. We worked closely with Chris and Bryan the day of our wedding and they were both so so lovely and did everything to make us feel comfortable. From picking up the marriage licence, to viewing our flowers, to our little tour in Banff with Chris the day prior, to getting ready, to the ceremony, to taking photos we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better day.

Though excited, we were somewhat unsure of what to expect from the whole experience having booked the event via phone/email from all the way in England.

We could not have been more overwhelmed with how incredible the overall experience turned out to be.

From waiting anxiously in our hotel room before the ceremony to suddenly being dressed and whisked off to our stunning location, we could not have anticipated the beauty and fun that the day would have in store.

I cannot commend the team enough for their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to make the experience magical. Definitely an experience and a company that I would recommend to anyone considering an elopement.

I am speechless about my experience with Elope in Banff. First of all, we were provided a general idea of what we wanted for our wedding. Sharon and her team really made a difference by taking charge of everything. They respected our vision and even better than what we have anticipated.
One day prior to the wedding, we were welcomed to Banff by Christianne. In only 2 hours, the paperwork was signed at the registry, flowers confirmed and a thorough discussion on sequence of event for the wedding day. Christianne stayed for the whole duration of the wedding, making sure that everything was at its best. She was responsive and thoughtful.
Stephanie was insanely good with makeup and did my hair in a perfect way.
Roger did an excellent job to capture our day thru photos.
Rob White provided a truly intimate ceremony.
It was a stress free experience and we are glad that Sharon and her team did an amazing wedding day for us. Could not recommend enough.

Working with Elope in Banff was an amazing experience. Sharon was patient and accommodating throughout the entire experience. Anything I wanted to add or change was extremely easy. During the weekend of our wedding, everything was taken care of and we could really just enjoy our time together. Our photographer, Bryan, was also wonderful and he did a great job with our photos. The entire weekend was a dream and I am so happy that we chose to plan our wedding with them. I would also highly recommend staying in the Banff Log Cabin over your wedding weekend, as Sharon was the perfect hostess during our stay!

Sharon and her team are absolutely super heros. We initially planned our wedding for 2020 but we had to reschedule twice (Covid) and finally got to have our wedding in 2022. Throughout the 2 year rescheduling period Sharon offered so much support and understanding. When we finally did have our wedding I was amazed by how easy the process was for us. Everything was taken care of for us, we just had to show up and smile. We worked with Chris on our wedding day and she was an angel, she helped with my dress, getting the pictures, dinner reservations and she even brought water for us for the couple hours of pictures we did.

We cannot thank Elope in Banff enough for the elopement wedding that we had. We chose the Simply Shotgun package and we never once felt that their service or response was different since we chose the most basic one then added videography for our ceremony. We met Sharon, Twyla, Roger and Michael just before the ceremony itself but the communication with Sharon prior to the wedding has put us at ease. They chose Cascade Gardens as our location and we had so many compliments from our friends who watched our wedding live. That’s one more thing that we really loved about Elope in Banff, they accommodated our request (just the day before) to do FB live on the group we set up using our phone so that our families and friends can join us online. They made me and my husband feel so comfortable and important on our special day. Our photos are so beautiful too and came earlier than what we expected. The entire process was a breeze and if you’re thinking of a wedding planner in Banff, make sure it’s with Elope in Banff. ️

Amazing, spectacular, magical

Oh my where to start. From the seamless planning to the execution everything was amazing. As a mother of 4 kids under 4 it doesn't leave much time to plan anything let alone a wedding. Sharon, Malcom & Chris planned and executed everything beyond expectations. We will be forever grateful. Thank you all for making the second most important day (the first being the birth of our 4 kids) the most amazing day! Much love to you all and we will be back to stay in the cabin!

We couldn't have asked for more from Sharon. We originally booked with her in 2019 and due to Covid had to postpone twice to 2022. We're so glad we waited as we had the most amazing day in the most amazing place. No detail was forgotten by Sharon and she absolutely blew our expectations out of the water.
