We had a great experience for a first time bride and her party. Danni was outstanding with her knowledge of the dresses and what looks good on a bride. She took her time with each dress and was friendly and patient finding out what our bride liked and disliked about each dress.

Danni made this such a fantastic experience for both myself and my family. We found "the" dress and it was one that everyone has overlooked except Danni as a last minute pull! She was bubbly, friendly, and listened to me exceptionally well while also allowing my family to have fun as well. I can't say enough good things about her and Embrace Bridal.

I have nothing but great things to say about the customer service and selection at Embrace. I posted a review on Airdrie Shop Local and it seems I am not the only person to be impressed by the quality and selection and outstanding customer service.

What a wonderful place! We spent 3 full days shopping for a dress for my 12 year old daughter. She needed a semi formal dress to attend a wedding and was surprised how little was out there. I called embrace, they told me they had a good selection of off the rack bridesmade and semi-formal dresses. We get to our appointment and was greated by a wonderful woman named Nadine. She made the experience for my daughter exceptional. She gave space but also helpful. She picked out a fabulous dress that my daughter fell in love with and felt so good wearing it! The prices were great too. This will be my go to from now on. Thank you for making her feel so special!

I loved my experience here. This was the fourth store I visited and I ended up having to go alone. My consultant, Nadine, was such a hype girl and so much fun to shop with. I felt supported and cared for regardless of my decision to buy.

Their selection of on sale/sample dresses is abundant. The materials were quality and the dresses were absolutely beautiful.

I suggest making an appointment so they can guarantee you time to shop. I would definitely recommend this place to friends!

Absolutely exceptional service at this botique. I have been to 6 other bridal stores in Calgary, and none of them have beat their customer service. Our first appointment was lovely and we didn't feel rushed at all, and months later they snuck me in 10 minutes before closing with no notice to try on a dress I couldn't get out of my head. They have even offered to have a dress shipped in that is not currently in store, so i can try them on side-by-side before making a decision. Both consultants we had were phenomenal.

The staff working at Embrace Bridal went above and beyond for me. They were able to order in a dress for me that I could not find anywhere in Alberta and they kept me updated every step of the way. When I was finally able to visit the store (I live out of town) it was a dream being able to work with their incredibly kind and knowledgeable staff. Even though we only had an hour appointment they graciously let us stay an hour longer to make sure everything was perfect. Shout out to Nadine and the whole team for being the best!

I couldn’t recommend enough! The staff were amazing and so professional! I had my choices down to three dresses and tried them on twice and one dress was really making me want to try it on a third time and they allowed me to do that, once I did, I knew it was my dress. They were so awesome! So many choices. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Embrace for being so amazing!

Everyone at embrace was wonderful and friendly! I had a short timeframe planning my wedding and needed an off the rack dress, the helped me find the perfect gown. All the dresses are absolutely stunning. Staff make you feel comfortable, beautiful and like family. Couldn’t recommend them more.:)

I was floored by Embrace…. After a few frogs, I feel like I finally found the prince of bridal stores! Their selection is gorgeous and modern, the associates are incredibly kind and understand what style you are looking for, and the entire process including communication was top tier. I was incredibly happy and would absolutely recommend buying a dress through Embrace!

I purchased my wedding dress from Embrace at the end of 2019. The store was beautiful and staff were very helpful and efficient. I absolutely loved my dress and the alterations were done in house which made things very seamless. Highly recommend this bridal shop!

Nadine was fantastic! She guided me through different styles, was super friendly and easy to chat with and really paid attention to what I was looking for! I ultimately went with a gown from a different boutique, but would recommend Embrace to anyone in the Calgary & Area!

I am so so so happy I took the trip out to Airdrie to explore this store! The very first dress I tried on ended up being the one I went with! After falling in love with it, I went to several other bridal shops in Calgary and the dresses just didn’t compare to the first one I tried on here! When my friend and I visited, my friend (who is the bride to be), didn't have much in mind for what she wanted in terms of style or anything. It was her first time looking at and trying on wedding dresses!
Nadine was the young woman helping us and, even though she was extremely busy at the time, she was BEYOND helpful! Not just helpful but so, so very knowledgeable in her craft as well! We were thoroughly impressed with her knowledge and skills!
She let us wander around and pick out a few and helped my friend try them on. Then, based on which ones were the favorites, she picked out a few suggestions that we had completely overlooked and they were STUNNING!
Nadine completely made the experience unique and memorable! She's very dedicated to her work and knowledgable in her craft.

I had a great experience buying a dress here. My best friend also bought her dress here and the experience then was also great! The sales staff were great and helped me get a dress that didn't need alterations other than length! I loved it and was able to bring sisters and my mom to my appointment as well. I highly recommend going to Embrace! Prices were very fair too! I got mine on sale since it was off the rack!

Nadine was the best personal shopping assistant ever. No hidden costs. Very personable and very perceptive to the likes and dislikes of the bride to be. Found the PERFECT dress. Totally impressed. Very satisfying experience.

Came in for my wedding dress back in February and was helped by Carol and Nadine. They were so friendly and helpful and made the entire process very stress-free and fun for me, my mom and 2 bridesmaids. Upon entering the store I had absolutely no idea what kind of dress I had wanted, but they helped to narrow down the styles I liked to find my dream dress. Usually I am pretty indecisive so I thought bridal shopping would be a lot more overwhelming and stressful, but it wasn't at all!

Fast forward a couple of weeks later. Before I was able to put in my order, the pandemic happened and businesses were starting to temporarily close. However, Carol was able to get me in quickly and have me measured and order submitted before the closure so that my dress would arrive on time. Thankful for their team and great customer service they provided.

Shopped here with my step mother for her wedding dress, we found the dress of her dreams. The front staff were extremely helpful the whole time as well.

Nadine was a truly wonderful help. She made our buying experience a fun event. Totally honest and up front about any extra costs ie alterations Felt like a family get together

I got my wedding dress here and I have to say they were fantastic. The dress came in early and they knew exactly what as needed for alterations. Also the way they did my bustle was the best I have even seen.

Went to just look at what they had to offer. Was a bit wary to go try on plus size wedding dresses thinking that I would be judged and not find any dresses that wouldnt make me look like a giant merengue.
Nadine was so helpful and sweet. She took the time to find out what I was looking for and my budget. She took us on a quick tour of the store and she made me feel relaxed.
Needless to say, I found "the one" and took it home. She is fantastic at recommending accessories that fit with the style, I did not feel pressure at all to buy. I love this dress and would highly recommend going to see her. She was almost as excited as I was about it.

Lovely shop! Great selection, and wide range of options and prices. Excellent selection on the sale rack too! The staff was very helpful, while also being very low pressure. I also love that they list the price ranges on the website so you know what to expect before you go. It was well worth the drive to Airdrie!

Staff was very helpful. I didn't like the fact that there really isn't anywhere for family to sit and watch. Smaller selection than other stores. Great prices though!

I can't say enough positive things about Embrace. I recently got married and the staff were so helpful when it came to helping me get a dress. They really treat you well and genuinely care about making their customers happy. The alterations that had to be done on my dress too were done very well and everything came together to make it the perfect dress for me. My bridesmaids and mom also found their dresses here and all got the same great experience with the staff here and all looked so flattering on the wedding day. I highly recommend going to Embrace for any dress needs and you will find something that is great! Thank you Embrace for making my dress experience so great!
