Dental hygienist there is super gentle and nice. Atmosphere in Embrace Dental Care is refreshingly laid back and customer service is great. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for someplace that cares for your time.

I come from a family that doesn't go to a dentist unless something's really wrong and I was looking to break out of that cycle and hopefully start some healthy habits that may include regular dental visits for cleanings. I didn't have the benefit of family walking me through how to book appointments or what a dental visit would entail, so I was pretty out of my element with all of it. The team at Embrace Dental (especially Shyla and Starla answering my questions via email) made the process a lot less complicated than I thought it would be.

Before deciding on Embrace Dental, I'd actually been shopping around and contacting other dental offices asking about how to get started. Embrace Dental was the first and only office out of five that I contacted that answered all my questions and walked me through the process. I wanted to insert some joke about how getting answers from other clinics being like pulling teeth, but I actually had a tooth pulled on my first visit at Embrace Dental and it was definitely not the nightmarish experience the figure of speech makes it out to be.

My recent visit to Embrace Dental was as pleasant as always. My Hygienist Jennifer was so kind in showing a personal interest in my life and times. She also has a gentle touch and is constantly clearing my mouth as she proceeds with her work. I called Embrace dental to get a quote for a check up and cleaning and inquired about teeth whitening. The receptionist Shila was so sweet and took the time to give me the cost and information about whitening. She also offered to send an estimate to my insurance for me to see what my coverage was and told me of the openings that were available. She told me I would be in good hands with Dr Mona. I haven’t booked in yet because I need to check my work schedule but can’t wait to meet the staff in person sounds like a wonderful office.

As always, they are awesome! Always friendly and helpful in arranging appointments. Admin, Assistants, Hygenists and the Dentists are all amazing.

I had a great experience yesterday in Embrace Dental care. I came all the way from Toronto to see Dr. Mona Khodabakhsh to check my teeth. She had a unique idea about how to fix my broken tooth. Her work is greatly acknowledged. Moreover, the prices in this dental office are reasonable compared to other places.

My daughter had a dental issue & they were able to accommodate us on such a short notice.the staff are friendly.

Quick and easy appointment and Dr. Rhemtulla put me at ease regarding a tooth I was worried about.

My hygienist Jennifer was extremely gentle and caring! My bill was sent immediately to my provider and I received payment he next day. Starla was quick and efficient! Great dental visit!

Over the years, I’ve been to my share of dental offices. But I was never satisfied and continued my search, then I finally found the perfect dental office! Embrace Dental Care isn’t just a dental office fixing issues, they truly believe in preventive oral health. My old dentist couldn’t even fit me in for an emergency appointment for almost a month. But Embrace Dental Care, was able to get me in the day after I called them. Just to have a dentist look at my issues.
Then they were actually able to fit me in the following day, to fix my issues! WOW! 5 stars FOR SURE! (I’d give them more stars if I could!)
Lastly, I just wanted to mention that the staff is the greatest! From the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist assistant and then to the dentist they’re all super great! My only regret is I didn’t start going there sooner. Everyone is so kind, gentle and caring it’s a very positive environment and I strongly recommend checking it out!

So far so good. Jennifer is the best hygienist I have ever had. I didn't know what a real cleaning was all about, gentle, thorough, with unbelievable results. I always thought there was something wrong with my teeth because the dental floss kept getting stuck between my teeth, but after my cleaning, that problem went away completely. I am experiencing smooth floss action as a result of perfectly cleaned teeth. That was yesterday. I am scheduled for a root canal today. I will keep you posted.
I am scheduled for a root canal on the vary back molar, today June 24,2022, thanks to a very alert staff member, sorry I don’t know her name, that knew Dr Khodabakhsh was available.
June 24,2022: Dr. Khodabakhsh and her assistant were fantastic during the 1 hour 45 minute procedure. My experience was more like a vacation than a trip to the dentist. I was so relaxed that I think I fell asleep a couple of times. I felt no pain and was very comfortable during the whole thing. I am the proud owner of a root canal and a “filling” that are unbelievable works of art. The x-rays of the before and after shows perfection in every way. Minutes after I walked out into the reception area, I couldn’t even feel any effects from the freezing. I could talk normally, had no sore throat, no cuts on my tongue or lips. After the root canal, Dr Khodabakhsh fashioned a filling that is more like a crown, perfect shape and perfect color. I don’t even know it’s there, unless I look in the mirror; that’s how natural the fit is. A very big thank you to all the staff at Embrace Dental Care. I really appreciate it.

I’ve been coming to embrace for a long while now and dr chandna is a wonderful dentist. She’s incredibly patient with me (I have a bad gag reflex and it can make me a challenging patient) and does wonderful work. Her team of hygienists are also fantastic. They are kind and comfort you during procedures if need be. Excellent group of people.

Small and friendly clinic. Staff are personable and care has been excellent. They helped my husband with his dental issues that were extensive and helped him overcome his fear.

Our autistic son had great difficulties transitioning from the Children's Hospital to a regular clinic. The doctor and hygienists have made it comfortable and pain free for him to carry on his oral hygiene. Brent has sensory issues which make him very sensitive to sounds and light, but the staff at Embrace have supported him every time he's come for dental work. Well done all!

So. I'm terrified of dentists and the people at Embrace are amazing! Friendly, kind and very understanding of someone like me who grips the arm rests and squeaks at the slightest thing. On top of it all, they were patient and gentle. I'm so grateful for their professional and compassionate dentistry.

The Dentist and Hygenists at Embrace Dental Care are great with kids (ours are age 4 & 6) and make the experience fun for them. My 6 year old has had to do a fair amount of dental work and they are very patient and accommodating with her.

After my son’s first visit to this practice he left raving about how kind they were. He looked forward to his next visit. Dr Chandna is very professional and knowledgeable. I have got a couple cavities done in last few months and felt very comfortable otherwise I am scared of going to dentist. Staff is also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend them.

We were looking at changing dentists as we just moved into the community. I asked the receptionist to send a pre-determination to my insurance the last week in August as that is when I knew the insurance would re-set for our next appointments. Instead, she sent the request on August 6 which came back with the patient owing. I called her and she said she would resend it when she was initially asked to do so. She did not (forgot?). So the day of the appointment I called her and she said I would pay $175 out of pocket (on 100% insurance coverage). I haven't paid for a dentist for 30 years on my insurance plan! When I asked her about it, she started arguing and then admitted that their office is more expensive. Wow.
