Terrible experience. Wanted to purchase a simple product but was disappointed in the Receptionist. She was extremely unhelpful and not ready to try to find solutions. Used covid as an excuse. Other stores are welcoming and ready to help. This company isn’t.

I’m a tile installer and had an odd size drain pipe I had to attach a Schluter drain too. I needed an adaptor and the service tech knew exactly what I needed. He was super fast and friendly! I’ve been to other suppliers over the years and have been subject to rude or arrogant staff when they are dealing with non-plumbers. This didn’t happen here! I’m super please and will be sure to come back and recommend them to others.

Excellent service! Just called their shop and it went to voicemail. While listening to the voice message prompt, Rick called me letting me know they had phone system issues and asked what I was looking for. EMCO Chinook has been my DIY plumbing supply store for years. Can't recommend them enough.

I've used every plumbing supplier in calgary and emco Chinook is leaps and bounds far superior than all the others. Customer service and knowledge of materials is above and beyond.

Went to this store looking for a standard plumbing part; a coupler that has a 1/4" compression fitting that will allow for a 3/8" braided line to be threaded on to it. After 10 minutes of looking guy behind the counter says "well. I'm not a plumber. ". So EMCO I ask you; why do you have someone, who is not a plumber, working at the front desk helping customers who have plumbing questions? ! Unbelievable. Very bad experience with this store. I went to another plumbing store nearby and they found the part within 30 seconds. The place rhymes with Lumberteria.go there instead of EMCO.
