Emerald Hills Apartments - Skyline Living

After touring several senior accommodations so glad to have found Skyline, which I had dismissed at first. Our two bedroom is nearly the size of our first home wich ment I could keep furniture that was important to me. We have a seperate dinning room big enough for China cabinet table chairs and more. Twice a year landscapers clean up the trees and shrubs. Sidewalks cleared of snow immediately. Complete with clean playground/park for children and walking trail with seating. 24 hr on call staff, who are great, Mary always has a smile.

Beautiful place to live. Amazing location, conveniently located beside Italian center, Starbucks, co-op convenient store with gas station and more……. Management team always goes above and beyond. Thank you very much Emerald Team for your outstanding hospitality!

I've been living here for 18 months and hope to live here for many years to come. The staff are great and any issues have been dealt with promptly. I only wish there was a social room in my building so I could get to know other residents.

I am recommended Skyline Living apartment's, specially manager Tanzin, she is really nice and open, always helping with any problems and concerns, she is so professionally in her field. Really recommended.

Not pleased at all. Outrageous price for terrible customer service and quality of building. Sounds like the elevator is going to fall apart every time we take it. Wanda is not pleasant at all to deal with. Tanzin is very helpful. Parking situation is a disaster.

Tanzin is very helpful and such a nice person! She's always around when I have any issue or just ask a simple question.

Specifically they are good listeners and dedicated to resolve issue.

We have been here only a week so we are still unpacking but i am quite sure we will be fine. Having said, we would like our car plug-in fixed. We may have to plug in one day. Also we don't know how to let someone into the building. I am assuming that there is a code for the visitor to get in but we must have to push a number on our phone to ooen the door. Is it 9?

Paty has been nothing but amazing, kind and helpful. The other tenants have been kind and considerate. The area is so so nice and has lots within walking distance. A GREAT area for a dog with lots of wide paths around. I have found that things are clean and the apartment is pretty quite. So grateful to live in a beautiful place like this.

I really enjoyed my short, 9 month stay at Emerald Hills. I definitely would’ve stayed longer if I hadn’t moved out of town. Paty and Skyline Living were always more than accommodating for me when I was going through a tough time and treated me more than just another resident. I can tell that they genuinely care for the people there and it was very appreciated.

Management and staff is very friendly. Manager patty and Miss Mary very accommodating and helpful in all inquiries. I love the place and highly recommend
