Oh the things I could say about this wonderful place! Not only is everyone so friendly and professional, they have worked wonders since my accident. I appreciate everyone so very much. My injury has had its ups and downs but they by far have gone over and above!

Denise has been making my life better for 2.5 years post-accident! She is absolutely incredible. The staff are always friendly and caring. 10/10 would never go anywhere else!

The variety of treatments and care provided by the Emerald hills physio staff is outstanding! I have relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis and degenerative disc disease and the dry needling treatments have helped to drastically improve my mobility and spasticity. Allowing me to walk without the use of my cane or other mobility aids. This incredible team of people have changed my life! I can’t thank each of you enough!

Pelvic floor physio is a must for anyone who has had kids or just seeing changes due to menopause. I’ve learned how to do keigels properly and learning new exercises that have really helped.

Emerald Hills Physio is the best physio establishment I’ve been to. I went in with excruciating hip pain, could barely lift my leg. Muthuu is my therapist, within 4 treatments my pain which was a 10/10 is down to a 1/10. He’s very knowledgeable, gentle and nonjudgmental. All the staff are very welcoming. The place is very clean and it’s very well run. I highly recommend it!

Was referred to Navdeep for pelvic floor therapy due to an over active bladder and incontinence issues. After 2 sessions seen results! Who knew weak and tight pelvic floor muscles could cause so many issues that you dont think of. Great personalized treatment, love the innovative treatments options link dry noodling and yoga poses. Very friendly staff, clean and bright space. Easy to get to and lots of parking. Taking my son for his sprained wrist

After an emergency visit to my physician about my excruciating shoulder pain I was advised to start physiotherapy as soon as possible. I called Emerald Hills Physio and Sports Clinic. Their office manager, Jacqueline was so accommodating and booked me in to see Navdeep Kaur later that day. I was so grateful as even with pain killers I had found no relief. Navdeep reviewed my case thoroughly and immediately started an aggressive treatment plan which included dry needling, therapeutic ultrasound, TENS, and manual manipulation. Within 3 treatments plus the home program she prescribed for me I was able to tolerate what little pain remained. I am now on a recovery plan and am much better. Navdeep is extremely knowledgeable and I appreciate her kindness and words of reassurance that my shoulder will heal. I also had the pleasure of working with therapy assistants, Balpreet and Jaskirat who treated me with the utmost care and compassion. I highly recommend Navdeep and staff.

Injured my hip flexor which resulted in a tightening of all my leg muscles. I ended up having horrible IT band syndrome (tendinitis). I was unable to sleep for weeks because laying was too painful. Navdeep completed shockwave therapy and within a couple days I was able to sleep again. I would highly recommend Emerald Hills Physio and definitely shockwave therapy for anyone experiencing tendinitis pain.

MANI and the other physiotherapists are incredible - patient, kind and knowledgeable in their fields. Sonia is my go to for massages. It's not just a treatment plan, it's a lifestyle change to a body that works the way it's supposed to! Direct billing is a definite plus. BONUS after you're done, the best pharmacy in Sherwood Park/Edmonton is right downstairs.

Everyone here is friendly and professional. The staff are clearly dedicated to helping their patients to have the best outcome for whatever treatment they are receiving. I’m planning on coming back after my baby is born for more women’s physio to help with post partum recovery. Im thankful the results I’ve already seen. It’s made a big difference in my current pregnancy.

I love everyone here! From Jaquiline at the front end (who goes out of her way for me) to Navdeep who scolds me when she had to but is such a joy to be around to Bulpreet who makes me laugh and allows me to praddle pn!

Emerald Hills Physio in Sherwood Park is without a doubt the best physio place I’ve found! Navdeep Kaur is gentle and kind, and explained any and all treatments she would use to help solve my problem. I went in with a very painful shoulder issue and she examined, explained and developed a plan for treatment. To alleviate my pain, Navdeep introduced me to acupuncture! My apprehension turned quickly to gratitude as she told me in detail what to expect. Her assistant, Barpreet, follows up with whatever part of the therapy is required and even helped me through an exceptionally hot day by providing me with some much needed airflow! Many thanks to the office staff, Navdeep and Barpreet for making my experience a very positive one!

I've been having chronic back and neck pain for years. Navdeep, the physiotherapist, has been working on me for a couple of months now and between the dry needling, TENS machine, shockwave therapy and prescribed exercises, I am feeling so much better. Friendly staff, as well! Highly recommended!

Navdeep offers great solutions for female issues related to your pelvic floor after giving birth (bladder Incontinence therapy) It is so nice to see a female specialist. I highly recommend to see Navdeep after giving childbirth.

I appreciated the service given at Emerald Hills Physiotherapy for Pelvic Floor issues. Navdeep Kaur was professional and explained the treatment clearly. She provided exercises to be done between visits to assist with strengthening the muscles involved. Had excruciating back spasms. Within a few sessions feel like new. Mutah was very professional and skilled. Also provided me with online exercises that would help me long term. Would recommend this business to anyone.

I have been getting physio here for a few months now for my carpal tunnel and tendonitis. Navdeep is very caring and very good at what she does I have had motion in my wrist that I haven't had in years! Shock wave therapy works wonders! She also helps me with tight tense muscles in the shoulders as well as a recent injury with my foot. Helping me get back in good shape fast! Highly recommended Navdeep and her amazing co workers!

Before I went to this place, I had no faith in physiotherapy or physiotherapists. I originally went in not really knowing what was wrong with me specifically, but Mani had it figured out pretty quick. He is very attentive and always answers all my questions. I started out with a LOT of pain, but with dedication and commitment, we got past that and I am now at a low level of pain. I still have a ways to go, but in the time I've been seeing Mani he has made my pain understandable and manageable, and has decreased it a significant amount.
The rest of the staff are amazing as well. They always knew my name and they all said hi to me every time I went in. They were very patient with me when I would make last minute changes to my scheduled appointments.
A few times I would have to see a different physiotherapist due to schedule conflicts, and each one I saw treated me as their own patient and were concerned about my issues, attentive, and did what they could to help me.
As for massage, I saw two of the therapists there, and both were excellent. Rhona and Jordan are the two I had appointments with, and I would highly recommend anyone with neck pain to see Rhona, and shoulder pain to see Jordan.
I have spent a lot of time at this clinic, and I not only recommend them, but I send my own clients to see them when they're in need of additional help that I cannot provide.

Mutu is a very good person. My personal physio therapist, he has helped get to a mobility level ever since my accident in 2018 that has quite honestly improved greatly since that time. Nice environment to be in and very friendly people. Helpful with my recovery and always answer my questions. I’ve been dealing with Jacqueline, Nav and Balpreet and they’ve all been excellent to deal with.
