Empire Park

Ive been living here for about a year and have enjoyed it so far! I am transferring to the a bigger unit and the landlords have been very understanding and lenient as well as helpful with everything. Im glad we made the choice of choosing empire park to be our first apartment.

Management isn't helpful at all.
I've been living at the Empire Park buildings for three years and overall its been an okay place to live but when it comes to issues with the apartment good luck trying to get them to help you. My stove top was sparking every time I plugged the oven in and when I asked them to fix it they took four days to get someone to my unit and when he left he said " the oven is fine and you can just keep using it" which is unsafe to not only me but everyone else in the building. And to make matters worse my heater hasn't been working fully and the unit gets really cold in the winter and again when I asked them about it I pretty much got the same answer l. Definitely won't be living at there apartments again any time soon

Hello there. I have given very good review to you. Now just tell me one thing. Why the manager is not excepting the payment from debit card. That's my debit card what's the issue. Why she is forcing to pay online. I don't use it, neither my wife. That means we should leave. The moment I asked her why not accepting debit payment give me the reason. She started saying oh machine is not working from yesterday. If machine is not working that's not my fault. It's a good attitude she is showing. You decide is it right not to accept the payment from Debit card. I work in hotel.even we accept it. If you are accepting the payment then tell your manager of 4440 106 street. If not then give me a good reason. Leaving with 1 star unless I won't receive reply from you.

Great apartment to live in for students and families. Strongly recommend to opt for this accommodation, nearby transit and supermarkets. Resourceful amenities.

I’m very happy living here at empire park for two years. We love the management from the office, maintenance and cleaners. Very clean building and facilities! Well maintained site. Great job to everyone! It feels like home!

The maintenance is horrible, there are pipe leaks every other day they come and clear the pipes then it happens again the next day, we called them more than 20 times and they sent no one over to fix it for weeks until we threatened to report them for violating health standards and letting sewage leak into multiple units homes.

There are homeless people sleeping in the lobby entrances, the mailboxes where broken into multiple times.

There are police outside 24/7 and the apartment building doors are always broken into including the windows being bashed in, the inside of the house is very outdated and not comfortable to live in.

Overall, the property is NOT clean, the management is HORRIBLE and the maintenance is even WORST.

The only reason I'm giving them a 1 star rating is because there's no option on maps for a 0 star rating.

I was living there for 2 years, and moved out on December 2022. In the first year, it was pretty good, so I decided live there for second year. However, in the second year, they changed the management team, so management is getting worse and worse. Our mailbox was broken in, I saw the homeless slept in the couch of lobby. They talked to me if I wanted to be there for third year, but they need to increase by almost $100 per month, so I moved out. I don’t received my deposit refund until the end of January, I sent email to them. Someone told me all my deposit has been charged for cleaning. I had 2 cleaners clean my suite for few hours before inspection, and there is no carpet in my room. I asked for details, there is no any details on billing, just Suite Cleaning. Fine, I don’t want talk to them again, but this makes me disgusted.

Fantastic place to live, staff are responsive and take care of issues quickly, the buildings are always clean, and for right by southgate the prices are great!

This is a good place to stay, i have been renting for 6 years already and i can say that this manage well. They address my concern promptly, workers are all amazing and have a good team! No regret of staying here at empire park edmonton. Maricar

Nice apartments, efficient service, the helpful staff- Maria, Maureen, Tyler & all others work hard to make our time here comfortable.

I am currently staying in empire park as a tenant. All facilities are satisfactory. I was able to safely receive the multiple packages even I was absent due to long business trip. Thanks to the leasing agent Maureen M.
