Started coming here late 2023 and I’m in love I’m especially in love with my new set kimmy did she took her time and made sure everything was perfect 10/10 recommended if you’re looking for a new salon

Megan was awesome! I love my nails and she was so gentle with my hands. I have arthritis and most places are rough, twisting my fingers but not her.

She charged me 90 dollars for sucky nails they didn’t get the shape right or the nails I wanted. When I tried to say something they started getting mad and started a scene DONT go there bad service.

I go to enchanted nails regularly and always have the best experience with nail artists who pay close attention to detail and fulfilling the customers requests. Megan is an amazing artist! My go to salon as they’re very kind, professional, and sanitary.

I’ve been coming here for 2.5 years straight. And I’ve never been disappointed. My fav girl is Lian, she’s such a sweetheart and always makes sure I’m handled with care, and delivers accurately. I’m a licensed esthetician so hygiene is a big thing for me which is why I’m confident to say Enchanted Nails is the place to go for your beauty needs. My repeated services include pedicures and manicures of all sorts. Xo

Lian did an amazing job with my nails. So attentive and went above and beyond. Every time I go to her I am never disappointed.

Terrible service … I can tolerate rude staff so long as the work is good. I got the most terrible set of nails here I have ever gotten. It was a fill with nothing fancy requested.my nails are all shaped wrong and the staff continually rushed me to make decisions and rushed everything. My nails chipped within days. It was overall a bad experience I left with nothing close to what I requested. Go elsewhere.

Really pleased with the quality of polish for gel nails. It lasts a good 3 weeks:) no chipping before the 3 week mark. Friendly staff.

I’ve been here a couple times and I've had a great experience coming here. The girls who have done my nails have used their time to make sure my nails were perfect and and took so much care into doing my nails. If you ever want precise and nicely shaped nails this is the place to go:)

horrible service very RUDE, and rushed no to mention so so OVER PRICED, they make up the prices randomly depending on how gullible they think you are if you want a fungal infection and to spend a ridiculous amount of money for something a child could do better then and only then should you come here! If i honestly could give one star I would! The interior is very dirty and the gadgets they use to file and etc are not clean as well, save your money and time

Would not recommend at all! Very rude and over priced, they’ll talk about you in a very unkind way thinking u can’t understand the language.if I could give one star I would. They don’t listen to what you want and do a job a 5 year old could do better while they make up prices to scam and over charge you! It’s completely ridiculous and on top of that, they expect a huge tip for barely doing anything, save your time and money and do NOT go here!

I have never had nails stay so well. Almost 3 weeks of growth and all my nails are in tact. I am very rough on my nails and these are phenomenal. 10/10 recommend every time

Not sure if the person I received service from is proficient in colors? I asked for purple and got black? Save your money and go to Pro nail. Never again

Their employees are so friendly and fantastic. They have always strived to bring the best quality for me and ensure customers’ satisfaction. I appreciate it and will definitely get the nail done in Enchanted Nails Wem.

I went in today to get my gel nails taken off. The lady was annoyed when she brought the colours over and I said that I was only wanting to get my nails removed (like I told the lady who I talked to when I came in). She seemed pretty annoyed about it. As she was removing my nails she did it the less time consuming way (just taking them off with another acrylic nail and nail clippers) which I thought whatever maybe she has another appointment I wont be more of a bother and ask her to soak them first like my usual lady does (kind of silly how i felt like an inconvenience when Im the paying customer who also would be tipping). She did one hand fine then got to my other hand and did my pinky. It kind of hurt after she took that one off but I didn't think any thing of it until I noticed blood on my nail and the nail she was using to remove my nails. I looked and noticed that the one side of the top of my nail was gone and bleeding. I was kind of shocked that she didn't even say anything, not even a sorry. She continued to take them off. At the end of it all, she charged me an extra dollar (said it was 20 total with tax then changed it to 21 for some reason). I just said okay and paid because I didn't want to be that customer. I paid and said thank you have a good night and got no response from her. Thank you for ripping me and my nail off!

Avoid going here. They Completely messed up my requested and refused to changed it. They told me just to have my cuticles pushed back was and extra $5. Sloppy job and worst attempt at marble style nails I have ever seen. Very dissatisfied for a $75 job. What a shame.

Poor experience; first time getting my nails done and won't be going again. I was greeted 10 minutes after standing there & the lady gave me no option or time to decide what I wanted to get done. She painted the wrong color, and after politely telling her she told me I was wrong. Don't recommend

I’ve been coming to Enchanted Nails for over a year and I love the people that work there! Thu is my number one lady to go to. She always measures my nails to make sure they are perfect and straight. This place is by far the best nail salon I’ve been to in years!

We were traveling through Canada from Alaska and got my nails done here. The place is VERY bare in decoration, and they lack in general tools used by nail techs, so I almost left, but everyone else in the mall was booked till later that evening. Surprisingly, my nails came out very nice! Lee Ann did my gel fill w/ shellac polish and a flower design on two nails. She took her time and continued to try and make small talk with me. Without having to ask, she made the gel thin so that they still looked like my real nails. I think prices were fair, but I wouldn't know for that area since we are just visitors. Mine costed $65. First time coming here and the service was excellent! Friendly staff, was helped by Lian. Super nice and funny. Will definitely be coming back soon:)

This is the best nail salon I’ve been to! Everyone is always very friendly. I always go get my nails done from Ivy she’s honestly the best! She takes her time and it shows she cares about the end product. Highly recommend ️

My friend and I had a manicure there and were very disappointed. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
The staff wasn’t really friendly at all and after she applied the nail polish she used the wrong top coat and noticed it after she has done three nails so then she removed everything off two nails of those three and applied just the color on them (no under coat) and finished the rest of the nails quickly. She applied the nail polish almost over every edge of every nail and then sent me to the fan/UV light station. The UV light worked only on one of the four stations. My friend and I sat there for at least 30 min and nobody told us how long we have to sit there at all. They finally told us that we can go and pay but my nail polish wasn’t dry at all and nobody checked on it.
I wouldn’t recommend this place at all! Unfriendly staff, she didn’t talk to me and she even answered some phone calls while she did my nails.

Ivy Was Amazing And Sure Took Care of My Needs, and Made sure I was Happy! Even my friend who got her Nails done by someone else she had to Fix them up and we’re Walking out Pleased ️ Thank you IVY!

Absolutely horrible. The receptionist and the lady actually doing my nails didnt understand a thing I said. After I pointed out flaws they sent be home with unpainted nails and told me to paint them myself. And still made me pay over 50$! The are so incredibly thin. And she thinned my actual nails till my thumb and my pinky finger we bleeding along the sides and when I told her it hurt she told me its necessary. I'm going back today and I'm leaving with one of two things. A new better set, or a full refund. No other options. I'm assuming they aren't going to like me after today.

Don't get your brows done here! My friends' didn't have a nice shape and my mom got hers dyed to fill them in and they looked literally like a 5 year old had drawn them in in kindergarten. Uneven and one side went halfway down her cheekbone. (well almost). Cost a pretty penny too!

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. I give them 0 stars. I walked in to their nail salon expecting a professional to be attending me and they were absolutely not professional at all. They were rushing me throughout the process. While she was filing my nails there was absolutely no consideration weather it hurt me or not. I was giving her SO MANY hints and I finally told her it hurt and she just said sorry and kept going? ! It felt like my whole nail was moving. I asked her if she could shorten my nails and she said after she but the gel substance on my nails to harden. I was sceptical but I allowed her to do so. She didn’t shorten them and filed them hard like 10/10 hard.

All in all. If the process hurts you get up and leave.save yourself the pain. It’s been over 24 hours and my nail beds have not healed. All 10 fingers.

I have been going to enchanted nails for a long time now and I always like my results. I especially like getting my nails done with Twu they always last. Would recommend!

Highly recommend this place to get your nails done. I get my nails done by thu its been almost 2 and a half years. She is amazing and know exactly how to treat her clients. They re all sweet and talented.

I generally don’t expect speedy service when I go to get a pedicure, but the experience I had at Enchanted nails was absolutely terrible.

I went to get a pedicure with my friend, and we waited about 15 minutes before we were seated. The water for my pedicure was boiling hot, and even though I brought this to the attention of the staff, nothing was done about it for 15 minutes. Finally, someone added some more water to the basin - and when I tested it, it was STILL too hot. I told the lady who added the water that it was still too hot, and she just walked away.

People who came in after me were getting their pedicures and manicures started, and I couldn’t even soak my feet while I waited. None of the staff even acknowledged me, or my concerns, so after 25 minutes (40 including the initial wait) I finally got up and left.

The location is convenient, but the customer service is AWFUL.

Best service in this store from all the staff my girl is Thu.she s amazing I love how she takes her time to do my nails of course im very picky but somehow she. Knows what to do to always make. I got acrylic nails and they put so much of the gel onto it that when I was trying to get them removed it tore 6 of my real nails with the acrylics. It was absolute agony.

Went to get my nail fixed the day after I got them done knew the color told her the number turns out it wasn't the same. She calls the girl who did them and she said the same number i did. So she paints it that color anyways it doesn't match. So my friend suggests that she do the same color on all my nails. She doesn't want to, says the color will change come back if it doesn't. Starts talking to co worker in their language. Not impressed with the fixed nail its lumpy and crooked. Rather go elsewhere and pay for it to be fixed.

During my stay at the mall I decided to get my nails done and I was not disappointed! I was welcomed at the door by a very kind woman who told me to take a seat in the first chair.
The session was a little longer than what I expected however the time spent on my nails show! They are perfect, she spent ample amount of time on each nail to make sure they were all equal and perfect (pausing once and a while to make sure I was happy with them). I was expecting this set of acrylics to cost a fair amount due to the time spent on them, however it was a very reasonable price for the quality I received!

If I am ever back in Edmonton I will be sure to stop and get another set done!

I would deff recommend this place 'two' is an amazing nail tech who is a perfectionist, she did an amazing job on me n my daughter
