My experience with Dr. Luk was great. He is a great listener, patient and knowledgeable. He spent quality time with me to get to the bottom of my recent bout with lower back pain. I received treatment and notice a huge improvement in how I feel today. I had very limited movement in my lower back and after one treatment the difference is huge!

I’m a retired Chiro and competitive senior athlete. Dr. Mike has impressed me with his clinical knowledge and skills. Injuries can happen. Working with a competent chiropractor gets me back on my bike, tennis and pickleball court and the hiking trails.

I had a very positive experience at Encompass sports therapy. Jessica did a great job explaining what each treatment was for and proving me stretches/exercises to work on my injury. After having had a bad experience with acupuncture previously at a different facility, it was recommended again and felt much better and focused for my injury. You’re in good hands here!

I highly recommend Dr. Linsay Sunderland. I've been seeing Dr. Linsay for quite a few years. Dr. Linsay is respectful, hears me, explains things, very knowledgeable, and trained in numerous areas. Dr. Linsay has been able to help me with various injuries and pains.

Lorrae is an amazing massage therapist. She did an amazing job, my pain has drastically decreased after my massage!

My son had a physiotherapist appointment with Mike. It was my sons first time at a appointment of this type. He was detailed in his explanation and assessment of him. He asked a lot of questions and gave lots of answers and feedback. We have a plan now and I felt and my son felt extremely confident in his abilities. If you have not had a massage with Joel you must book in. If you want a deep tissue massage he is amazing. It is hard to find a good massage therapist.

I started coming to Encompass Sports Therapy years ago after my chiropractor, the amazing Dr. Linsay Sunderland (who keeps me migraine free) joined their team. I am so glad she did because since then I have benefited from other wonderful chiropractors, massage services from Tamara Piwin and physio therapy from Kristy Wu. I love that the staff work as a team and recommend what is best for my health and wellness. I also appreciate that there is never any pressure to keep returning when an issue is resolved. I recently ran my first marathon at 50 and I absolutely credit Encompass for getting me there injury free. I started having foot issues with about four weeks to race day and I really thought I’d have to give up the training. But Kristy healed me! I was so grateful to be able to run the race.

Super happy with front of house staff and my Physio Therapist, Kristy Wu. It is important to me to support another person of colour as this industry is run dominantly by white men. This place has the most amazing service. We lived next to them 3 years ago when we got into a car accident. Our recovery was made so much faster and easier with all of their services. I would highly recommend Mike and his whole team. Since we started going here we have moved an hour away and still will make the trip to Encompass Sports Therapy for all of our needs.

Being an adrenaline junkie and enjoying adrenaline sports it’s usually a matter of time before I need some repair. Dr Phil has been great at fixing my bumps and bruises. Last fix was high intensity laser for my broken leg to help speed up the healing process and it’s been working a miracle, back to walking in 4 weeks with no crutches and no cast.

I have been seeing Joel Pasloski for about a year now. I'm super picky about my massages. I have been to dozens of RMT's and disappointed most of the time. I was told about Joel and thought I would give it a go. To my amazement Joel was kind, sweet, knowledgeable, dedicated, professional with a great sense of humor and easy to talk to. I feel 150% comfortable with him and trust his recommendations. Joel truly cares about your well being and comfort levels. He makes a plan for you to feel better and gets you there.
Joel has strong, fantastic hands and is able to manipulate your sore spots. Now don't get me wrong, I sometimes I dislike the pain but after I feel like I am 20 years old again and can do cart wheels I feel so good. I'm 50!

Huge shout out to Joel Pasloski massage therapist and all the staff there. In particular Joel, thank you! His massage techniques and deep tissue work is phenomenal! He is very in tune with the level of pressure your body needs and can adjust as you need. He is very knowledgeable in his craft and his recommendations of treatment is right on point. My chronic aches and pains have substantially diminished in the past weeks from only a couple of treatments. He is now stuck with me as i will certainly continue to be a long time repeat client. I've had a few massages with Joel Pasloski, RMT, and I have seen significant improvement on my chronic shoulder pain that I have been dealing with for years. The treatments and exercises he has given me have reduced my chronic pain to mere occasional discomfort. I would recommend Joel and this clinic to anyone.

I have recently been going to Coach Hill Chiro for massages with Joel Pasloski and my experience has been fantastic. Kristy was incredible in sorting out my stiff neck. She offered a range of physio treatments which were carried out in a professional and friendly manner. I wish I had seen Kristy weeks earlier as all discomfort was alleviated within a few days following my appointment. I'd highly recommend seeing her for your physio needs.

Joel Pasloski is an excellent RMT. I highly recommend him - for technique, pressure, good communication and intuitive treatments.

This is the most amazing office! The chiropractors are there to help you and they are not one of those money hungry offices that try and goad you into a big package deal. They see you for the whole 20 minutes. The physiotherapists are amazing and spend the whole 30 minute appointment with you and only you. In one 30 appointment my physiotherapist, Gaurangi, gave my shoulder shockwave, laser, cupping, grafton, active release massage and showed me some exercises. Every one of their masseuses is top notch as well. I have been to most of them and I couldn't even tell you which one is best. I have been to many other places and this is by far the best!

I have had 2 "Massage with an Osteopathic Approach" treatments with Ocean Burns. I was interested in trying something different after my neck/cervical spine tightness & dysfunction had progressively gotten worse since my 2011 neck surgery.

Ocean is very knowledgeable and explains what she is doing quite well. At the conclusion of each treatment, we have a set plan - including monitoring progress so that we know what will be done next treatment.

After only 2 treatments, I'm noticing systematic improvement - not only just the oft cited "temporary relief" and I am looking forward to working with her more!

Kristy Wu is my physiotherapist @ CHC and has gone above and beyond my expectations. Kristy is easy to trust with valuable pertinent information and a logical approach to my recovery. This also includes my mental health and my support system outside of the physical recovery is in place and I am getting what I need to succeed. I really appreciate the 1 on 1 approach to care as it not only makes me feel valued as a client but ensures I have every opportunity to ask questions and get back to my life as soon as possible. I started going to this clinic shortly after Covid closures for migraine/headache pain management, something I’ve been dealing with for over 15 years.

Dr. Emily Cugnet-Huber is a fantastic chiro! Kind and knowledgeable, she asked a lot of great questions to better understand my history, and takes her time at each and every visit.

They work collaboratively here, so I alternate visits every couple of weeks between her and massage therapist Joel Pasloski for deep tissue work and cupping (which is less fun, but seriously effective)! I prefer a therapist that can really work deep into the muscle, and Joel certainly does not disappoint.

The clinic itself is clean and newly renovated, they have a super easy online booking portal, and the front desk staff are always nice and helpful.

Very happy to have found this clinic for continued care!

I can't recommend this clinic enough! I have had foot pain for the past 4 years. The team at Coach Hill Clinic is incredible and has brought my pain levels down to nearly zero. Have seen Chiropractor, Physiotherapist, Massage Therapist and Pedorthist there and I would recommend them all!

Everyone at coach hill chiropractic are superstars, and it must be a prerequisite to work there! Seriously, I’ve seen a good chunk of the staff there for a variety of reasons, anywhere from sinus infections, plantars facitis, slipped discs, sore muscles and shin splints, and all the staff are exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My neck, mid back and hips were bugging me, went to coach hill chrio for the first time with high hopes to get some relief, and did i ever! From setting up the appointment with mike to getting the adjustment was a fantastic experience.the staff were extremely friendly and mike was very knowledgeable, going thru all the types of treatments he recommend we perform and went as far as to show me some exercises i can do at home to prevent future injuries.would and will recommend him to all my friends and family.

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. IT HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ACCUSE CLIENTS OF LYING. I'm very disappointed in the service and the lack of contact from.this office. The office never contacted me in any way not even once to inform me there was a problem. It took me calling the office to find out there was a problem in the first place. The office never contacted me to tell me the issue wasn't resolved. Now 2 years later, they are blaming the clinic. My advice find another office as fast as you possibility can. Be on disappointed with the service and the office not taking onus for their own blunders. If I could gove a 0 star rating I would. Please tell famly and friends to move offices

I've been going to see Dr. Kate since before she opened her own clinic. She listens to your needs and treats the source of the problematic area. I've seen many other chiros before her (est.around 4) and they were very transactional and not really feeling any different. I get treated mainly for maintenance to hopefully prevent any major hiccups later in life. Book an appointment now and take care of your body!

I have been a patient of this office for a few years. I have had chiropractic treatment by Dr. Mike, Dr. Kate and Dr. Lynsay. Depending on your issue and level of pressure needed, each doctor has their own strengths. Reception (Laura) is fantastic at helping you guide and book your treatment with the best match for your needs.

As a first time patient (years ago), I was timid regarding neck adjustments. Dr. Mike was open to discussing different treatment options such as: active release, shockwave therapy, laser therapy and acupuncture. I have never once felt pressured to try any form of treatment I am not comfortable with.

This is the type of office where you are remembered by name and all members of staff genuinely care about your well-being. The office was recently renovated and expanded, thus having more chiropractors, massage therapists and physiotherapists accessible with Monday to Saturday availability in this office is a sure plus! They also do direct billing for their services which is a bonus.

Great clinic that puts its patients first. I have been a patient with Coach Hill Chiropractic for more than three years. I was struggling with my old chiropractor and was looking for a change. My first appointment with Dr. Mike I knew that he cares for his patients and will stop at nothing to make sure that his patients are getting the best level of treatment possible. Dr. Mike first introduced me to activate release, shock wave, and laser therapy. Each of these treatments has benefited me in my overall health. While waiting for a much anticipated surgery, Dr. Mike was able to assist me with a variety of treatments, that keep me as pain free as possible and allowed me to function on a daily basis. While at the clinic in emergency cases I was able to see Dr. Kate and Dr. Lindsay who both are very professional and strive for the same goal which is to provide the best care for there patients.
After my surgery Dr. Mike recommended Gaurangi a physical therapist within his clinic. During this time Gaurangi has provided me with exceptional level of care and going the extra mile in my recovery. Gaurangi is there for your full appointment doing one on one treatment. If anyone is looking for post surgical treatment, I would highly recommend Gaurangi.

Dr. Mike is always a pleasure to see! He makes me feel better, I'm never sore afterwards (past chiropractors have hurt) and he's always got some great jokes and conversation to really make for a wonderful visit every time! The reception and massage therapists I've seen are lovely too, everyone here is a joy to see!

I have been in physiotherapy for most of my life for various issues this is hands down the best place I have ever gone to. Gaurangi is absolutely amazing.
Other places I have gone have been like this; I walk in talk to a phyisotherapist assistant they hand me a print out of exercises and stretches I spend 45 mins doing that with very little supervision or corrections then on to the TENS machine for the last 15 mins. With Gaurangi it is hands on, one on one the whole time. That it what a physiotherapy session should look like. Thanks to all the staff that make this a great place to heal and get stronger.

Incredible staff, I have been seeing Stephanie and Dr. Mike for little over a year now. They have been extremely informative and offer a variety of techniques to get me back to a healthier state!
