Jenna is great, very detail and explained the whole process to me what needs to be done to fix my problem, very professional and friendly. Highly recommended. Already feel better after my first visit, with the exercises she asked me to do, I can move my shoulder with ease now. My shoulder pain is getting better.

Reid is an extremely knowledgeable physiotherapist who has genuine care about his clients getting better. 10/10 recommend. Front end staff are always friendly and kind.

Great treatment that is truly one on one. Took the time to ask questions to give the proper treatment. My old place had the physiotherapist working on 6 people at once and tried to get to the next patient as soon as possible.

Dr. Jenna White has magic in her hands. I came in with chronic back pain. She performed chiropractic massage, resetting and acupuncture to relieve the issue. An hour later, the pain had disappeared! Poof! Some 1.5 decade’s of dorsal nerve pain and locked muscles gone JLT! She is also very friendly, polite and respectful; is a nice person to chat with; and she took care to explain the anatomical, psychological and physiological reasons behind my pain. She also showed me a couple of exercises that I need to do at home. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and she succeeded where doctors usually fail. The fact that she is a chiropractor cum acupuncturist is a double whammy. I will recommend her to everyone I know and I am currently encouraging my husband to visit her for his issues because she is exceptionally good at what she does. I do need a few more sessions with her for carpal tunnel issues and maintenance. I wish I knew about her earlier. Then I wouldn’t have had to suffer so much through the years and endure many sleepless nights of pain.

This is the best place where you can get the best therapeutic massages. Energize Health clinic has the best friendly professionals. I've had several therapists and they are all soooo good! The best of the best! Hence, I keep on going to Energize Health Clinic. Very friendly staff, very professional, excellent people, knowledgeable and they all do a great job! I loved my experience! The staff are nice and welcoming. My massage therapist, Erin, is a treasure! She has so strong hands, and her deep tissue massage is excellent! I have had a medical condition for over 10 years. I found many ways to accommodate my life to it, but healing. Recently, I learned about pelvic floor muscles. I learned as well that many of the symptoms that I have could be due to weak or tight pelvic floor muscles. So, I booked a pelvic floor assessment.
I’m thankful that I found Energize Health and Parmeet. She was very friendly and professional. Parmeet walked me through every step and explained to me what I have.
I’m excited to start the treatment.
