We were freezing, but we are not anymore due to top level service and efficient work. We have been working with the whole Energy Smart team for top to bottom service. New furnace (installed by Whisper, great service by them also), new hot water tank, new electrical panel, and solar in the spring.
If you want a high quality customer experience, pick up the phone and give this team a call, you won't be disappointed!
Notable interactions:
Andrew and his crew went above and beyond for all things electrical. He kept me in the loop, was willing to be flexible with us being out of the house, and worked in frozen conditions while our furnace was being replaced!
Rudy and Alana have kept track of all the things relating to our home and the work being done, and they been really great with explaining each step of the way.
Pete did a great job installing our new hot water tank (which runs like a dream) and is providing some additional work for us above what we expected. We are so grateful!

Rudy and his team at Energy Smart made our decision to change over simple. They listened to our wants and needs and helped us through every step of the process and were always wiling to answer our questions. We love our solar system, heat pump water heater and can't wait to add the heat pump furnace when it is available!:)

Energy Smart installed a solar system for me. Great job from start to finish, work was done quickly and efficiently and they catered to my requests. Rudy and the team know what they are talking about, would definitely use them again!

Our geothermal heat went off last evening and the house was chilly today. I called Peter and he was out within a few hours to get it going again. I sure appreciate the fast, efficient and friendly service!
