Enlighten Laser & Skin Care Clinic Calgary SW

Don't really deserve 1 star. Very rude and racist. Staff is absolutely rude they don't know how to talk to customers. Show a lot of ego and attitude for some reason. I would never recommend this place. They really need to get a new receptionist.

She changed my appointment first and i had to drive 40 minutes to come here to here
All she could tell me is that she cant do it and wanted more money from me which no way i was giving to her
All i drove was for nothing
Extremely poor service
They are just here for money making and i had
To leave with havent done anything on my face
Please dont ever go to this third class place

I received a second degree burn on my face after an IPL session with Jill. I now have a scar. It took me almost 2 weeks to get my money back and the communication is very poor. It is worth paying more money and going to a proper clinic! Do not go here

This is the first time i’ve ever tried laser hair removal, which was recommended to me by a friend! I found the groupon link and booked with jillian in the spring! She is so lovely and welcoming and walks you through everything so you feel safe! My very first session didn’t even hurt, so she’s super cautious with her treatments! Then next few were higher in intensity but jillian offered lidocaine in order to minimize discomfort during these treatments! She’s very knowledgeable and i’m thrilled with the results so far! I definitely recommend this location because it’s super easy to get to, and has lots of parking spots! Plus the bus stops right in front of the building! And i highly recommend jill, she’s the best

I drive all the way from the south east Sundance to have my treatments done here because Jillian and the treatments are so good and effective. Jillian is very polite and answers all my questions and with each treatment I get fantastic results. Not to mention that the prices are incredible. I will continue having my services here.

Jillian is very knowledgeable and confident in what she does. She is fun, fast and efficient and made me feel very comfortable during the IPL procedure. I saw AMAZING results within a day! Their prices are much more affordable compared to other clinics I've been to. I would recommend this clinic 100%. I will definitely be returining for more treatments.

I saw Jillian at the end of January for an IPL photo facial. Within a week I noticed a huge improvement in my face and pores. It gave me a smoother texture & faded some dark spots on my cheek after only one treatment. Thrilled & looking forward to more zapping!:)

Jillian is sweet but i bought 3 ipl sessions and have had no results after each session. I have had great results from other IPL's so it may have been the laser used at Enlighten or the settings were just too low/not correct for my skin. I had no freckling, it did not even feel like anything on my face during the sessions. The appointments also felt a little rushed and just fyi the SW location has limited visitor parking. I was left feeling disappointed after spending the money for the 3 sessions.

I been to many places but Jillian is the best! I came in there extremely nervous because I went to a places downtown Calgary and they destroyed my face, I had alot of scaring all over. She had a look and she told me I'm gonna be needing a couple treatments but after one treatment I was extremely impressed and plus they have awesome prices

I’ve been going to enlighten laser since 2015 an I’ve had many treatments. The laser they use is painless! After about 10 treatments I’m now Hair free! I’ve also tried sublative for skin tightening and noticed good results! I’ve recommended several friends. Jill really knows how to work that laser and make you feel comfortable. I’m planning my next visit ASAP to try their newest laser for skin tightening
