I've used this salon for many years with no complaints until now. I booked an appointment for a haircut with Kate who was new to the salon. I feel I was her 1st customer ever! She sprayed my face multiple times while washing my hair. I asked for a shoulder length layered hair cut with bangs. The other stylist there that day kept correcting her and showing her the right way to do certain things as well as calling her to the back to speak with her in private during my haircut. I ended up with a shoulder length cut, all 1 length without layering throughout. My bangs are very uneven. I paid full price even though she clearly didn't know what she was doing. I don't like the fact that they used me as a guinea pig for Kate to learn. I will not be going back.

Went for a haircut last minute and they managed to squeeze me in with an apprentice. Not only did she do a great job and her peers were helpful checking but I also got a make up touch-up from her!

Satricia is really amazing, she listens what costumer wants, and she did a good job as well.
For sure I’m coming back

Decent place, nice people but they do not work with African American (4C and the likes) type hair. I feel like I was also OVER CHARGED for the work that was being done on my hair especially for how short my hair was. The stylist spent too much time trying to figure out the best way to cut my 4C type hair which was a bit frustrating and annoying. At the end, my hair looked basic with my hairline shifted all the way back. Definitely not worth the amount I paid which everyone says was a ridiculous amount for the work done. They also refused to give me a price until after the hair was done which I think is unfair because at that point you can’t refuse to pay it because they already did whatever on your head. I also ended up with dye stain on my hairline and an over shaved hairline. For next time I wish they’d just say they don’t work with these type of textures and also give prices before they start any hair process.

I got a good response from the team after my review. They contacted me and followed up. I also got my price adjusted. Thank you 5 star for customer service

So great! They were able to accommodate a last minute trim and it was one of the better cuts I’ve had in a long time. Nicole was super fast & efficient while putting the care and attention to detail required for a good cut. Would return for sure.

I went to Epic Beauty Boutique for the sugaring service. I had my brows & lips done by Cheryl, the owner. She was very welcoming, explained the procedure in detail & made me very comfortable. The boutique is very clean & I will definitely be going back for this service & others.

Had my hair dyed for the first time and I loved it. Satricia was fantastic and very informative. I showed her what I wanted, the outcome is a bit different but I understand that It'll be hard to achieve it because my hair is natural black and It is my first time to have my hair coloured. Either way, I loved the result and will definitely come back. (worth the 6hrs session) ?
