They worked closely with the Cossins Windows Ltd.which saved us so much time and worry in the exterior renovation project of our home. I had a leak in my roof, so I was desperate to get someone quick. They returned my call promptly and sent someone out the same day. The fellow who came was extremely profession and thorough. He fixed the leak and provided some excellent advice. I wish all home service companies provided such a helpful and pleasant experience.

Compared to other contractors I've had I felt they went above and beyond my expectations. They replaced the siding, shingles, eavestroughs, window screens, and even my doorbell, from hail damage. They were also very thorough with their cleanup and careful around the many plants in my garden.

This is not about workmanship. Aug 2022 my insurance company sent one of Epic's employees to inspect my house and shop roofs after a hail storm. The house got approved for roof replacement but the employee said there was no damage to the shop. My house roof was replaced by a 3rd party and the claim was closed. March 2023 I had water dripping in the ceiling of my shop. I borrowed a ladder (16' walls) and looked at the roof myself. I found about 200 huge hail dents (tin roof). The guy that came out to didn't even go on the shop roof to inspect it probably just looked from the ground.now I've had water in my attic. Claim had to be reopened and still dealing with it. Thanks guy!

We needed roof repair in a compressed timeframe and thanks to Epic roofing to find a good weather window, scheduled the repair work and completed the job very efficiently and professionally. It was economical, upto our satisfaction and excellent quality work. We'll definitely recommend Epic Roofing to our friends if need any roofing repair work.

We have Epic came in for inspection our bathroom venting leak and add insulation to attic and repair. Their people are very professional, on time and clean up after the work. We will use Epic again in future and recommend to others.

Replaced siding on house during a cold snap, workers were always punctual, and kept me up to date on progression of work and when they would be completed.

Epic did my siding, roof & eavestrough repair for a hail insurance claim. All work was performed professionally and quickly. They were very good about cleaning up afterwards, and the supervisor was really good about staying in touch to ensure that the job was going well.

A professional company dedicated in roofing, venting and gutter business. I had an upper bathroom rain water leak from the ceiling. I was very worried. When inspector arrived, I felt the relief. Not because he fixed the problem immediately or made my problem bigger so that they can make the deal bigger, instead he said that kind of leaking is rather common in Calgary. Fixing it doesn't need to go thro the Insurance company which make the deal big, rather he got up to the roof and spotted the vent made of metal which condenses water easily and spotted a sheet of shingle peeled off. The next visit they replace the venting with a plastic one and replace the shingle. The total cost is way less than half of my deductible.

These folks wont even consider spray foaming underneath an outside floor. For a riduculous reason of "we dont". Brutal

I had them repair a couple shingles. They found and repaired another issue I wasn't aware of as well.

I have been using Epic roofing for our house for over 10 years now. The service they always give me is excellent. The technicians that come out are always very attentive and helpful.
They answer any question you might have and I have always felt that I can trust them.
I was so happy with them, I contacted their Commercial division a couple years ago and they replaced the flat roof on our 65,000 square foot building. Super happy with the results and they were so easy to work with.

We live in an older home and needed our attic insulation inspected and additional insulation added to bring it up to code level. They did minor repairs and insulation work and cleaned up as they left so that I would never know they were there. Anticipating good results this winter.

Epic replaced my roof in 2016 through an insurance claim. They were very professional and maintained an excellent communication throughout the project. They cleaned up my property and never had any complaints from my neighbors. Highly recommended!

Roof repair quote was provided in a timely manner. Repair was not completed on the scheduled day by the two employees who came. Not sure of the reason. Completion of repair was re-scheduled for about a week later and completed by one staff member. Took quite awhile with only one person. Photos were taken and of the needed repairs and included in the quote and photos of completed repairs sent prior to receiving the invoice.

We were very happy and impressed with the roofing crew from Epic. Our roof was small but steeply graded, with multiple layers of old shingles. The crew handled this and other unexpected challenges very professionally and were careful to consult about every decision along the way. Cleanup was also meticulous. Would not hesitate to recommend them!

Used this company for our recent insurance claim from hail storm. They did a new roof, siding, and soft metals replacement. Given the supply shortages they couldn’t guarantee a timeline for completion, but at every step delivered ahead of schedule. Great company and very professional.

Epic recently did a roof inspection and follow-up repairs to address a poor framing job left by my home builder. The quality of work was excellent, and the employees on-site for both inspections and repairs took the time to answer my questions and explain everything they were seeing.

The process took longer than expected but communication from the company was incredible. All calls, and emails were responded to immediately and I was provided with consistent updates on when work could be scheduled.

I highly recommend using Epic for your roofing needs.

We hired Epic Roofing to replace our roof & skylights a few years ago. Their team leader
Melvin was professional & always quick to respond through email or phone call.
Early this year, we had some issue with ventilation condensation which caused water dripping in our door. I called Epic & was happy to be able to contact Melvin. He sent in a technician to check right away. This gesture definitely calm our worries. Bathroom ventilation was fixed but still hear noises from the roof. Melvin again sent in one of technician to have it fix. The following email is what I sent to him afterwards:

Hi Melvin,

Thanks for sending your technician to fix the ventilation noise & installed the chimney caps. Victor told me to wait for a week to check the noise level, happy to say there’s no flapping sound even with the strong wind over the weekend. Victor is an excellent worker that make sure the work done right. I think it’s because they have excellent team leader like you. Once again thank you for your great work & I don’t hesitate to recommend your company to others.

I contacted them for siding repair that needed to be done following the big hailstorm in 2020. Although their office administrative processes took a little longer, once the work was done it was done very well and for less than I would have paid in a deductible for insurance to fix. Very happy with the outcome.

Good to deal with, would use them again.

Nov 2 2021: They did say they'd come and do a clean up again of all the nails left behind because it was winter when done. Never came by never heard a word, I thought about reminding them, but was just too tired after the initial crew tried to cut corners and blatantly lied to me like I was someone who had no clue about things. I collected a pop can full of nails since they left, I still find the odd one that probably gets blown off the roof.

The gentleman they sent to fix the first crews mistakes was amazing. I'd use them again but I'd never let them do it in the winter again or with one of their 'contractor' crews, I'd wait longer for their own crew.

I think they're still a good company, I just got a bad crew and it was really cold out when they did my roof. Doing it in the cold was their choice I wasn't rushing them to be at my house.

Epic Rooing was great to deal with. They came to provide an estimate and took pictures to show as well. They came did the work and again sent pictures after the work was complete. They were professional, great customer service and were one of the few that would come to give a quote. Thank you very much for helping to fix my roof.

A very professional group; from dropping off supplies, doing the installation, cleanup, and inspection; service was exemplary. Keeping to the original timeline was a minor problem, but Covid was a major reason for the delayed start date

Each time I have chosen Epic Roofing to do work for us they have been efficient and have done an excellent job. I would not have a problem recommending Epic based on my experience.

The process from start to finish was smooth with Epic Roofing & Exteriors. Detailed plans, and documents were issued. Parker was very easily to deal with. Email communication was prompt and they kept me up date on the whole process. The roofers even found a vent that was completely covered over, causing me condensation issues and fixed it correctly without hesitation. The roofers were thorough and professional. This wasn’t a insurance claim, and the cost was out of pocket. The pricing wasn’t the cheapest, but neither the most expensive in my research. It was fair. All questions/concerns I had were addressed and explain in layman’s terms, lol. I’d happily recommend them.

Epic was awesome, the teams that came out were friendly and didn't mind my controlling suggestions and demanding specifics on where and how i wanted things to look. There was some extra material left on site for longer than i thought it should have been, but it was only a minor annoyance and it was taken away before the end.price quoted was same price at the end. Would and HAVE already recommended Epic to people.

They said they we're too busy so not taking any more clients for a quotes. Not the smartest business strategy I've heard of but there are other companies out there.

Not a 5-star experience for me. A 4 is too generous. I think a 3.5 is fair.

First the good:
- Service information on the Epic website and brochure is professional and polished
- Competitive and reasonable pricing
- Quality of materials (i.e. OC shingles)
- The final deliverable which was the roof itself (new shingles, underlayment, etc.) appears to be done well. Hopefully the roof stands the test of time. The crew that performed the work arrived on-time and was efficient. But this wasn't the crew that was originally assigned. More on that.

The not so good:
- Estimator arrived without advance notice; fortunately I was home, but my neighbours who I share a roof with weren't around to ask any questions
- Material delivery wasn't clear when it was being delivered and when they arrived they didn't call first as requested. Also they actually went to the wrong location at first to unload. This is why you call first! Then good thing I reviewed the material with them otherwise they probably would have left without dropping off the vents.

The bad:
- The original crew assigned had to be taken off due to poor communication and professionalism. I won't go into details on here.

Our Epic Project Manager was sincerely apologetic and assigned a new crew led by a foreman that has been with the company for some time. Unfortunately, I can't rate them high due to the service we experienced leading up to the work.

I do not recommend this company to anyone,
I think all 5 stars are fake.
Don’t west your time and Just stay away from this company.

I don't think this experience could have gone any better. I took some photos of the exhaust covers that needed replacing on our roof and they quickly sent me a quote to have fixed. After I agreed to the quote, which was extremely fair, they organized and came and repaired while we were on holidays. They took before and after photos and that was it. Great job and will definitely call them back next time something comes up.

Would be 5-stars however…
Let me start off by saying Allan L. Who was our roof estimator was hands down the best person to deal with. He not only gave us the BEST PRICE out of all of our quotes, he didn’t pressure us at all, he was transparent and provided a thorough report on the current condition of our roof, full explanation of what EPIC would be doing, product and warranty knowledge and every other question I had for him.

The only reason I couldn’t give EPIC 5-stars is because once I was signed off on the contract I then got passed along to ‘production department’ which I was told would reach out within 2-weeks… that didn’t happen but, I waited because I understand things get busy with storms, material shortages and emergency jobs etc. …. So I waited 5 weeks before I had to be the one to reach out for answers. I wasn’t in a rush for the job to be done so it didn’t make or break it for me but being left in the dark isn’t a good feeling as a customer.

However, once I asked Allan why I hadn’t been contacted he reached out to production and I was given excellent service. And I would highly recommend EPIC, professional crew, quality job, cleaned up well. Extremely happy with the job. It was clearly just a lost email or a missed file transfer but just be sure to follow-up if you’re in a rush.

They performed an accurate and detailed inspection of my roof/window repairs and then performed the required repairs in a very professional and timely manner. Very friendly and knowledgeable crew. The repair costs were the same as the estimate. I would definitely use Epic again if I have other issues. Great job!

Update Aug 5/21: Updating my review. I had a decent experience last time so decided to use and give leeway to Epic for them to help me again. This time; terrible. I've waited more than two months for a repair, then they come and do nothing. Say they have to come back. No communication. Wait another 1.5 months. Second visit team - that came after rescheduling a couple times - was completely ill prepared. Did 1/10th of what was quoted. Patience has expired. Clearly, the quality and professionalism has dropped during 2021.

We have used Epic a few times in our family. This time they came and inspected the air through-put in our two separate attics, recommended installing more inlet vents, and to change out small outlet vents to bigger ones. Took a while to get the work done because, well, Calgary weather; once scheduled on decent day, their team came when they said they’d come and did what the said they’d do.

Epic was great. Price was reasonable, they were accurate with the start & finish dates, very responsive and left the property very clean. Would have no hesitation to hire them again.

Great company to deal with. Keeps you informed as to the progress of your job. Great work and clean up. Would definitely deal with again.

Roof replacement was completed in one day. Crew was professional while onsite, and left our yard very clean upon completion.

I previously received a quote from Epic but when I went to book it, they would not return my multiple phone calls. As a contractor, I can't and wont run my business this way,

EPIC team was very professional and responsive, and we are very happy to have them inspected and replaced our roof which was damaged by the strong wind recently. Aaron inspected our roof, and provided a very detailed and accurate quotation on all works required to be done; this helped a lot for us to make the decision. He even did an emergency repair when he inspected our roof. On the day of roof replacement, they arrived on time and work very hard to get the job finished within the same day, and they also made sure to clean the working area after the work. Overall, we highly recommend EPIC to anyone who needs a quality roof job done.

I Was very happy with the value and professional level of service performed by Epic Roofing and their team. From the Brandon the estimator, to Allison in the office to the installers, it was stress-free dealing with all of them. We were especially happy with the decorative downspout diverter post they were able to install when they rerouted my downspout up over my front walkway. It stood up to the test the other day when the torrential downpour rain drained into the middle of my lawn instead of all over my sidewalk next to my house.
