Charge double of their competitors and have poor customer service, don’t recommend.

I dont recommend them purely because of poor service. After checking few places for a garage door, I wanted to give them the order and called them on friday. First time at 11: 00 am, no one answered the phone and I was told early lunch. I was promised a call back. No one called me back, so at 1 pm I called them back to place an order. I was again promised a call back but no one called back. At an end I called again at 3 pm and still no one will take my order. I was told that its friday and people go home early and they are not in a mood to work. My number was taken and I was told that someone will call me back on monday. Its end of the day monday and no one called me back. I instead called Action door and placed an order right away.

Do not recommend them.

Poor service.

I was extremely happy with the product and the service and would highly recommend Equal Door. I couldn't be more satisfied with how it turned out!
