Excellent service - took time to explain in detail features of their various blowers - I have had Excellent turnaround time for Stihl parts!

Showed up 5 minutes before they closed to grab a small part on hold. The shutters were going down just as I pulled up, jumped out of my vehicle to hopefully stop them and they didn’t care. Called them 4 times and nobody answered the phones. NOT cool, you saw me there and refused to acknowledge. Customer service FAIL! We will get the part elsewhere, will NOT give you our business Airdrie, we will drive into the city from now on!

I have bought and serviced my equipment for years here but will never return again. Poorly organized etc, 2 months for a simple service job. Every time I called to see why it was taking so long I was told a different part was on backorder. Understand this was a simple chainsaw service. I started going on line to check availability of parts I was told they were waiting for, and without exception was quoted 2-4 days delivery. When I mentioned this I was told the stores can't order from the market they have to order from a centralized warehouse. People at the store level were trying to help, but had no ability to expedite and there was no access to a service manager. Terrible experience. I will not be returning.

Horrible experience from these guys. I figured since the reviews were decent I could trust this business. I'm a first time customer and I've been overcharged and lied to non stop. They can't get my part in and refuse to give my money back. Never again will I be dealing with this place.

Every person I spoke with, was very professional, kind, and helpful. 5/5 stars in customer service. I highly recommend this location.

Polite and courteous. Helpful and always get service promptly. Have taken small engine machines to get serviced and our lawnmower blades. Always good work and prices are ok. They also sell lawn and yard care equipment.

Ordered expensive parts, they charged me without sending an invoice. They never contacted me with any updates.

3 months later, the season is over and they still don't have the parts. Tried to cancel the order and they wouldn't.

I cannot believe they treat customers this way.
Will NEVER buy anything from here again, very unprofessional.

Profesional staff, repairs/refurbishment done beyond expectations, and great pricing. It took over two weeks to get a repair quote, which would be the only criticism.

Brought my weed wacker to them to have looked at and fixed 2 weeks later they couldn't find out the problem so I looked it over it my self and discovered nothing had been touched mechanically, bolts and screws had never been taken out to thoroughly look over the carburetor, all good now. I fixed it my self.

Had a great experience buying a new Stihl chainsaw from Trevor and Isaiah today!
I will definitely be back for more!

Excellent salespeople, low pressure, really listen to your requirements and explain products' features very well to the mechanically challenged. I bought a Toro snowblower. The fact that they will service in store is another big plus.

They fixed the lawnmower and it works well. I did have to take it immediately back for a new problem and they treated me very fairly. Plan om three weeks for the repair.
