Very pleasant to work with him. He took care of our needs very efficiently, and I am giving this opinion in my experience as a five star rating with him. I am very appreciative of everything he has done.

Very dissappointing & costly experiance. John was very dis-respectful & high strung through out the whole process. Phoned me upset when could not secure financing easily, saying things like" ok you can talk now. He requested approval to move forward with appraisal for friday & canceled to find a lender on thursday out of shear impatience. I got an appraisal done even though he canceled for 1600.00. I submitted it to John, recieved another disrespectful phone call, I gave John some more info to aid the search then recieved a email a day later stating not enough equity & they cant find a lender. The property In question had over 250,000 appraised equity 30 mins from a major city. The Whole process seemed like he just did not want to find a lender. Some people like John just have poor attitudes, they run from any difficulty or helping others.
If considering Equityapproved, I recomend seeking another office to secure your loan. Judging from his demeaner John does not have the experiance to handle any complex file.

I was a bit nervous, going into such an adventure, but once I started talking to John, he put me right to ease. My experience was smooth, with a high-level of one on one customer service. I highly recommend using EquityApproved.

There was a delay in funding but John made it right and took it upon himself to make sure the company made up for it. I am very appreciative about the honest work ethic. I certainly recommend.
