Came to erickson to look at a pre-owned frontier. Was immediately helped by Rahul who was very chill and relaxed which is huge for me because pushy salesman tend to make me not want to deal with them. Went for a test drive and decided I wanted to go forward with the deal. Discussed what I was looking at for payments and we agreed on a price range for payments. Had one request which they agreed to without issue which was bonus points because other dealerships made it out to be a big deal. Now I had to deal with the financial side of the deal which I was fortunate enough to deal with Sam who made the whole experience insanely pleasant. He was able to get my payments right around where I needed them to be, got me a lower interest rate than what the banks had initially offered plus was able to get a few things thrown into the deal without it affecting the payments. Sam is exceptionally good at what he does. Signed the deal and then had to get the extra parts of the deal taken care of now that it was a done deal which was all looked after by Terry who kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and made it painless for me. I cannot say enough about these guys they made this whole deal a breeze for me. If there is one word I can say to describe them It would have to be authentic, these guys really make you feel like they are on your side and that they genuinely want to help you which is sadly almost never the case when it comes to buying a vehicle. Would absolutely buy another vehicle here if it meant dealing with these guys again.

I decide it was time to exchange my current Nissan in, which was purchased from Ericksen Nissan, over the years I have built very positive relationship with the service department, especially Nicole, her customer service skills are phenomenal. She is an essential team member to Ericksen Nissan's success. I came across a vehicle that intrigued me, and then I met Rahul, a sales consultant, and my experience with Ericken Nissan got even better. He was so informative, explained everything, and asked about my needs and wants. He took alot of care and consideration into my situation. Then him and Ryan, a sales manager, went and looked at my existing car, which was getting serviced. We then went through the numbers, my options, and the following day, I brought in my dog to see if he would easily go in, which he did. Then Sam, a business manager, and I went through the details of the final contract. He explained everything so well. I could not be more pleased. I thank Nicole, Rahul, Ryan, and Sam for your kindness and support. I will always cherish my memory of this purchase.

We live pretty far out of the city & we’ve been thinking about upgrading our vehicle for a while, unfortunately it’s really hard to get to Edmonton to shop around because of being so busy. I dealt with Sean over the phone & he helped me to find the perfect vehicle for us…. They were able to do all the financing & everything over the phone so that all we had to do was come in, sign paperwork & drive our new car home!

Awesome service & great staff!

Took my Nissan Murano here unfortunately 3-4x this 2023 year. Each a horrible experience. 3rd incident of the year: Quoting insurance 6K then hiking up to 8k when they thought I might pay out of pocket. I’ve left my SUV with them 2 whole non- consecutive Months of the 2023 year. There’s Minimal communication, no accountability for things going wrong with the SUV (missing coffee cup holding liner - who the heck steals that?) My vehicle was robbed complete with missing cd’s, checks that I didn’t know were inside, car registration, business cards… but no smashed window to get in, allluding to the negligence of staff not locking my SUV doors on site. The Manager Matt had the audacity to reference “if my car had been broken into at Safeway, it wouldn’t be Safeways fault that my belongings were stolen”. Not comparable. I didn’t go to Safeway to pay them to fix a job worth $8,000 and trust them to take care of my SUV while it’s being fixed with a dollar amount to their work. Ridiculous. Really caught me off guard and will No longer ever own a Nissan again after the dealership experience and SUV troubles. To management Staff: Don’t bother reaching out after this review is left and please consider getting a fenced cage around your lot. You’re in the middle of downtown, take accountability and find solutions (I’ll do the same!).

Blew a tire and took my non-Nissan vehicle here. This is a small but mighty dealership! The team did a great job taking care of me and ordered in the matching tires to my stock tires for an extremely competitive price!

My vehicle also came back to me washed, which is always incredibly appreciated and goes above and beyond many dealerships I have received service from in the past!

I purchased a new Rogue in early 2022 from the dealership and couldn’t be happier. I went in only looking and was offered a great trade in value for my previous vehicle and a competitive price for the new vehicle (good job Phillip), I just couldn’t pass the deal up! I compared to many dealerships and this was by far the best price. I just went in for my first oil change and was again treated with the best care and they even included a detailed cleaning of the inside of my car free of charge! The shuttle service guy was super nice and made me feel very safe on my way to and from work, great to talk to! Would recommend.

We walked in planning to take a test drive as we haven’t decided what car we want yet, but when we told the sales agent we weren’t buying a car that day he wasn’t interested in us helping us. He was rude, his whole demeaned from the moment he walked up said he was annoyed we were even there. The only redeeming quality was the receptionist. Over all I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I had plans to move to a new house far away from my current workplace so I needed to buy a car. I purchased my first car, a Nissan Rogue 2022 from Raj here. He worked with my dad and I to help me find a car that suits my needs. Raj was super helpful throughout the entire process and constantly reassured us. Raj is very knowledgeable about the cars they have here at Ericksen and explained all the features specific to my car to me.

I highly recommend Raj when you go to Ericksen.
One thing to be aware of is to make sure to read all the financing documents before signing them as there are some additional financing options they offer which you may or may not need or can be negotiated at a better cost.

We have bought a brand new NISSAN Pathfinder 2014 from Ericksen Nissan and it ONLY driven near 30,000 KM and suddenly stopped at a RED Lights and Transmission was NOT engaged after even the engine was running.

A Brand new vehicle, single owner, very low mileage Transmission is GONE!

Ericksen NISSAN simply said the usual answer " Unfortunately your warranty was expired July last year and you need to pay the full money for replacing the Transmission" even it is very very LOW kilometers driven.

Never expected the above response from a dealer!: (

As of 2022 I will no longer be coming here. The dealership was bought out and when the ownership changed, so did the level of service.

I started receiving “reminder calls” for service appointments and oils changes I never booked. I was told that their new system automatically books customers so they can get in on time. I advised them that I did not want this.

I deal with health issues that make mobility very challenging and would book my appointments as I could have someone to help me get there.

The service advisor told me she could not turn it off. So, I asked to be removed from their database; which took talking to a manager to happen.

Additionally, I had been storing my off-season tires there and they LOST my tires. We had to pick between a few sets of tires that they weren’t sure who they belonged to! (I have texts and emails to prove this).

Months later I found out that I was still in their database — I received an offer for a free oil change; how frustrating!

So, now I block their calls.

Losing my tires, aggressive service people after ownership change, booking appointments against my wishes, contacting me even after I ask them not to—more than once… no thanks, I will take my business elsewhere.

We've purchased 4 vehicles from Ericksen Nissan (2 for myself, 2 for my wife) over the years and each experience has been nothing but stellar. The sales staff have always been knowledgeable, friendly, open with their pricing, and clear on setting reasonable expectations regards trade-in / purchase price / financing.

We've never taken our vehicles anywhere else for servicing. Nicole and Katrina have been a joy to deal with; their friendly yet professional communications always ensure the vehicle issues are addressed properly, and the work required / completed is explained fully. Thon has been our mechanic from day 1. His recommendations are always based on "what makes sense? " logic, balancing effectiveness with budget. HIs work is exemplary and there's never been a need for a repeat visit to "fix what was fixed. "

I would highly recommend giving Ericksen Nissan an opportunity to be your primary Nissan dealership for both purchases and servicing.

I'm extremely upset about my purchase. As always stated, read your contract to insure you are aware of what you are signing. I trusted what the Sales team and specifically what the sales manager told me and didn't read my contract word for word. I wanted a cash deal. They talked me into financing and promised a $1,000.00 dollar check to offset the financial charges. DIDN"T get it in writing and had no witness with me to hear the promise. What I heard was a cash price minus my trade in. I was understanding that was what I was going to pay even with the financing.they kept talking about the monthly finance rate which I understood to be as the final cash price. When calculated of course it was significantly more than what I thought we were speaking about. They got me as I trusted what they were saying and didn't read the 32 pages of paper they gave me. It is all legal and there is not channel period on a car purchase. Classic use car sales men and I feel stupid for falling for it. Live and learn. They say they are transparent. Watch out for these guys. I give them no stars, but then can't post.

Stay away from the service department. The hatch on my 3 year old Murano wouldn’t open, I took it in for a repair which cost $400. The hatch worked for a few months but then quit again, I took the vehicle back and they wanted another $400 to fix it again! The service manager claimed there was a second issue with the hatch, there wasn’t… same problem. They do not warranty their work, do not take your vehicle there.

This was my second vehicle purchase from the dealership, there won’t be a third.

I have to say, Ericksen Nissan is by far the best car dealership in Edmonton that I have been to. They never fail to give me and my family the best customer services when we visit! I finally found the perfect car for myself after a long search. So I went to many dealerships in Edmonton in search of a vehicle, but they were all focused on earning a profit. It's difficult to keep track of spending as an international student. By God's mercy, I entered Erickson Nissan. My experience was absolutely wonderful from the beginning to the end, when I walked out with the proper vehicle. I told Elias, the sales manager, about my situation. He advised me to keep faith in him and continue on. Believe it or not, the quote for a Sentra SR I received from them was far lower than the rest of the dealerships. I am so happy that I came across this dealership. I will recommend each and every students to come here to buy their first vehicle.

Ericksen Nissan sold me a used Nissan Rogue. The first time the vehicle was driven after purchase it was noted that the AC did not function properly. On cold starts, the setting on the thermostat did not match the temperature coming from the vents. The vehicle was taken into Ericksen and they did not diagnose the issue. I live in Vancouver so the vehicle needed to driven out here after that service visit. Despite the issue being identified the first time it was driven after purchase they still charged for that visit- shameful business practice. Their assessment that it was due to the auto switch being on was incorrect and the issue persisted. In fact, Nissan published a 2017 service bulletin outlining the specific issue my vehicle has.

They agreed to pay Richmond Subaru for the diagnostics and repairs. Ericksen Nissan and Richmond Subaru are part of the Olympic Auto Group. July 21 at 12: 27pm PST Richmond Subaru’s service manager emailed the service manager to Ericksen Nissan saying “We can confirm the issue does exists” Richmond Subaru on their written report states “Recommend Nissan workshop scan and check…. Confirmed customer concerns. ”

Ericksen Nissan is a part of the Olympic Auto Group. Collectively, this group owns 24 or more dealerships/ car rental companies. The owner of the group, Thomas Glenn, along with his brother purchased the Vernon Vikings. The general manager told me that the problem is that since I am in Vancouver it is very expensive for them to have another dealership do any repairs. Being a part of such a large group should provide the financial resources to appropriately address valid customer concerns.

I have emailed and called the manager multiple times over the past week to find where the manager would like me to take my vehicle in Vancouver for the repairs to be done since Richmond Subaru felt it was beyond the scope of their dealership. The manager at Ericksen said they are not going to be involved in any further.

I would recommend no one deal with this dealership. They are not there to support customers. Their service department never truly listened to the concern so were unable to accurately diagnose the problem. If this were related to a safety feature of the vehicle it could be very dangerous for a customer.

This place should be avoided. They are pushy. You don’t get what they say you are getting. Everything changes after you sit down. Salespersons make promises that are not okayed with management. Afterwards they book you for appointments whether you want them or not. Even after you say you don’t want them booking your appointments without your consent they still do it. And then they call you tell you about these appointments and try to say you booked it yourself. Vehicles are lemons with lipstick and tape to get it off the lot. No contact service turns into “you have to come down here ASAP or we’ll sell the car you gave us a deposit on”. Everything about this place sucks.

I bought my nissan Cube at Ericksen Nissan Go Auto 11 years in August. They have always been such a pleasure to deal with, until they got bought out by another company. Since then it has been nothing but a run around, different information from different people, and a plain hassle. When I originally bought my Cube I received FREE LIFETIME oil changes for the entire life of the car. I then used Ericksen Nissan EXCLUSIVELY for my oil changes for the next 10 years. Never a problem if I declined the service they recommended. I had a oil change booked in for April 3/2021. When the service agent called today to confirm my appointment, I agreed and went about my day. I then receive a call from him saying to honor the free lifetime oil changes I needed to do the maintenance at their dealership and it was a service 2 for $200. This is the FIRST time I have ever been told anything about needing to complete maintenance for them to honor my contract for free lifetime oil changes. I asked to speak with the manager. Rick the service manager picked up the line and I briefed him about what was going on. He politely and professionally told me that there is nothing at all he can do and that they don't have to offer me anything for free but are doing so out of the kindness of their hearts. (then proceeded to try and rush me off the phone as he had no more to say) I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the service from this dealership since the ownership has exchanged hands. Personally, if a company is going to conduct business this way they are going to upset alot of long time customers and lose alot of business. I signed a contract and expect Ericksen Nissan to provide no matter what happens behind the scenes. I then receive an email saying my appointment is cancelled for this Saturday - even though I did not ask for it to be canceled. I will never be dealing with Ericksen Nissan again. Which is a shame, because for the past decade I was happy to deal with them and their friendly staff.
Now, there is new staff in there every time you book a new appt and upper management that clearly have no interest in their customers. I'll be giving my business to a company with better ethics in the future.

Brought my SUV in for some front end work, had them also look at the rear suspension and they quoted me $1500 to replace a sensor. I approved the front end work as it had to be done, however I opted to go elsewhere for the sensor repair due to the astronomical price of the part. Ended up having the part fixed elsewhere for $160. Wish they would give you options instead of just saying 'you need a new part'. Kicking myself for not having the rest of the work I had done quoted elsewhere. Also, would have been nice to know ahead of time that they are no longer a GOAUTO dealer and no longer provide that discount.

I dealt with Sufean, Elias, to pick out my Nissan Rogue and complete a test drive. They gave me ample to time decide and complete my research of what I wanted in a SUV, and were able to give me complete satisfaction with an astonishing deal with a price that couldn’t be matched for a fully loaded suv. Julieana was awesome with handling the finance part. She listens carefully to what the customer wants an is able to give what the customer wants on how to complete the payment portion of the purchase. I am grateful for all your help an the time you took to carefully match the the request I ask for to complete the deal.

My truck was so broken along with my heart I had no heat basically freezing to death on my way to work the staff was so nice Katrina helped me with getting my repairs lined up and kirk the man who worked on my truck did an amazing job I can't thank you people enough you have my continued business for the fantastic experience I had the staff was amazing and the repairs were top notch. I dealt with Joseph in sales and Juliana in finance. Both were amazing to deal with. We worked out a deal that left both of us satisfied, they were extremely nice and helpful throughout the entire process. They honoured every promise they made! I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone that asks!

I was recommended by a friend to visit a gentleman by the name of Elias for a trade in and upgrade into the Nissan Titan. I'll give him a five-star because I'm very impressed by the way he actually seemed like he wanted to help me save money by showing me a slightly used model that worked out to a great deal for me.

Our salesman, Duncan was awesome, polite, helpful and not a typical pushy salesman. His partner Nahom was very helpful as well. Ericksen Nissan has a small, friendly, family like atmosphere. I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Terrible customer service while having erickson service my maxima.

When picking up my maxima after having them inspect the brakes, my car was left in the parkade and I had to walk across their icy parking lot retrieve it.

The paper paper mat used by the dealership was also left in the seat of my car rather then being disposed of correctly.

In the future I will be having my car serviced by a different nissan dealership.

What an amazing car buying experience it was. I have rarely seen a sales rep who serves his customers with so much humility, passion and dedication. I got a 2018 Nissan Rogue from Ericksen Nissan yesterday. Moradi at the dealership helped me in making my purchase an amazing experience. He answered all my questions related to the vehicle and the purchase process. I have purchased my brand new car from this dealership and I really do not satisfy of the service and the guarantee that they have sold to me. After 2_3 years when I go there for guaranty check up, they do their best to charge me hundred dollars for nothing. Service staff are not friendly and helpful at all. The policy and culture of this company is horrible as you never see the last staff who was working there just 6 month ago. It means that they cannot keep the loyalty of their staff. I am so disappointed of purchasing my car from such a dealership that is not trustable. Houri Abrishamkar

Wonderful 5-star customer service from Nahom, the salesperson who sold me my vehicle. He did a great job answering all my questions and running the numbers for me, also made the suggestion and effort to deliver the car as agreed upon.

Other than that, 3 stars over all experience because I had a disagreement with the dealership's Finance Department. I believe they could've handled the situation better and maintained their professionalism instead of verbally attacking and belittling my friend for only wanting to assist me with clarifying certain points in the credit agreement (and add ons) and helping me make a good deal.

I also wished they were truthful to me when I first came back to the dealership and asked if I could take off the add on policies/insurances, but they outright told me that only the extended warranty was rebateable. I had to call AMVIC just to make sure that I was within my rights to return everything extra, and only then on my second return did they acquiesce.

It was an up and down experience buying this vehicle at this dealership. Takeaway lesson is to learn how to assert yourself and do a lot of research with AMVIC or same websites before signing anything.

I had a really good experience there with my dealer Nahom. He was really responsible and intended to give me best deal as possible. Definitely recommend Ericksen Nissan to people who are looking for getting a new car with a reasonable price.

Very good customer service and friendly staff. Also very knowledgeable and helpful. They weren't pushy which is nice. And I loved the video inspection on my car. It's so great to see what's wrong with my car and not feel like they are just pulling my leg.

After a previous horrible car buying experience I was hesitant to purchase another vehicle. The staff at Ericksen Nissan made it an easy, stress-free process. My salesman, Duncan, was very nice, took the time to understand what I needed in a vehicle and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. There was no pressure to purchase and Henry, the General Sales Manager, got me a fair trade in value for my vehicle. Rob, the Finance Manager was wonderful! He explained all of my financing options and made me feel like a friend, not a customer. I highly recommend considering Ericksen Nissan for your next vehicle purchase. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had!

I use to go to Westend Nissan but I really had very terrible experience with them. Eriksen Nissan service and staff are top notch. They always have respect for their customers and they mention you every detail maintenance of your vehicle. They are simply awesome. I recommend them anytime.

The men in service are excellent. The car is always done to perfection. The sales men and service take pride doing there job. Every thing is done to perfection. If any questions they go the extra mile. I would recommend this dealer ship. When any thing has been done on the car it is excellent. Plus they will give a car loaner at no cost.

I was initially looking for a car starter to be installed in my car and came across a promotion that goauto had online. I bought a vehicle many moons ago at goauto and didnt really have the best experience there. I inquired online and spoke with Rob katadz (hope i got the right spelling) of Erickson Nissan. I asked him about the promotion and he gave me the full disclosure. The price was good and i also needed my winter tires to be put on there so i decided to get it all done there. I then spoke to Nick Mclean who i think is a manager or something similar there. He helped me with reassuring the cost of the entire service and even helped me with our goauto card (both Rob and Nick helped me with that). Nick even offered me a loaner vehicle which was awesome since i live on the south end of the city. I dropped my car off at the service dept.and after 2 days i got my car back, washed and cleaned and products were as advertised. Cost were also as quoted with no extra charges and no hastle. Thanks again to Rob, Nick and the entire Erickson Nissan staff for making the process hastle free.

My service advisor was Dean Taday, efficient and friendly.

Horrible experience at Erickson Nissan as we were interested in a 2018 Nissan Titan truck posted online 43,000 as it showed fully loaded but once we arrived it turned out to be false advertising as the truck was a base model truck but shown as a fully loaded truck very sneaky place

We had a very positive experience dealing with Ericksen Nissan. We just bought a 2016 Nissan Frontier and it's exactly what we were looking for. GoAuto set us up with a contact and appointment to start looking, which was very convenient.
Then our sales rep, Moradi Mohammed, stepped in. He listened to us much more than he talked. He showed us a few vehicles trying to pinpoint exactly what we wanted. Then when we found what we liked, he let us decide without pushing.
Finance Manager, Rob Sebesten was friendly and helpful. Then Finance Director, Van Ho took over to complete the deal. She was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Overall this was a very satisfying vehicle purchase. It was easy, fast and we got a vehicle that we're happy with.

I would not recommend buying a car here or getting service. Despite buying a prepaid a maintenance package with my car when I brought it in yesterday i was charged over 900! Tire change should be under 200 but the maint I paid for in advance covered almost nothing. Also when I went in with my car I was not told the amount that would be owing at all and the estimate amount at the bottom was not filled out. When I complained about the charge they said they told me what they were doing but if they dont tell you want is covered it makes no sense. Prepaid maint is a joke! In addition, even though my vehicle is a 2015 there has never been an update for the GPS so I often get lost. I was told when I bought it that they updated it every year and now after having the car almost 4 years still has not been done which is terrible service. After owning 3 Nissans it is time to change.

The service team and technicians at Ericksen Nissan are very thorough, communicative, and supportive. Shauna is wonderful about taking care of all the details; when a hubcap was misplaced, she ordered one for me at no charge. Ryan was also fantastic about helping me prioritize the work for my car, suggesting the most urgent maintenance first, as well as other ways I could help save money. It may be a longer wait that expected, but it is well worth it because of their the complete evaluation. I'll be back soon (because my car is old, not because of their service)!
