Had an amazing experience with Dr. Wheeler. First visit at this Vet office and from the front end staff to the Vet, everyone was amazing. Very professional and sweet with my Old Man. Strongly recommend this vet office, especially Dr. Wheeler

The best vet clinic i could have taken my baby girl to.after years of fighting with a previous clinic for years on treatment, dr wheeler was able to diagnose Kiwi with psychoactive hypoalopecia and within days, Kiwi has improved to the best health she’s been in years. Dr Wheeler is kind, compassionate and she listens and works with the pet parent to get to the bottom of a situation.the clerks and assistants and also incredibly lovely and you can tell they truly love the work they do and love the animals they get to see.animals are worshipped in that clinic and scared parents are heard.thank you.

My cat Argos had Feline Calicivirus. I spent over $1000 getting unnecessary testing done. Then I was quoted $2000-$3000 to get MORE unnecessary testing done. I never got a diagnosis from this clinic. I opted out of the expensive testing and went to a different vet. My other cats developed symptoms a few days after Argos. Argos is alive and healthy. I don’t trust this clinic and will not be going back.

I have always had pets, and lots of them. Erin Ridge vet is by far the best place i have ever taken them. Everyone here is so lovely and welcoming and treats my animals with love and care.

This is an amazing veterinary clinic. The staff area all very professional and compassionate and always go above and beyond for the pets in their care. Thank you Erin Ridge for providing outstanding care to your patients.

I have taken my bearded dragon to this vet for the last 2+ years and my last time was the end of July 2022. He went for a check up, fecal and a assumed respiratory infection because he had a wheeze when breathing. I was told my dragon didn’t have a RI because his throat wasn’t red which isn’t even a symptom to a RI. His fecal was also clear so I proceeded to allow my dragon to go into brumation. He woke up 2 weeks ago and still breathing funny and started coughing yesterday with fluid and dragons DO NOT COUGH. IT WAS A RI 100% and confirmed by another exotic vet today! My dragon could’ve died during his brumation because of a mistake made by this high ranked exotic vet. When I called today to see if I could get him seen to again because he’s coughing and they already charged me 150+ for nothing then they proceeded to tell me Dr. Jackson was retiring tomorrow and I would have to go elsewhere! They have lost my business and I will no longer even be taking my dog there! Pet owners who care enough to do their research and take a lizard to the vet should be listened to and when a mistake is made by a vet time should be made to correct it! Lizards aren’t disposable and if your going to label yourself as an exotic vet you should know what your doing and consider what the owner is saying. Thankfully no one else’s exotic pet will suffer because of this vet and I hope they stick to what they know. Very disappointing and I will drive over an hour from now. Money isn’t everything and that is all they care about.

Id like to thank Dr. Brent Jackson for his help, Even though we had to put our baby girl Drogo down he did everything in his power to help us before it came to that and never tried to sell us unnecessary procedures or tests. Thank you for being genuine and sincere, its nice to find a vet who cares about his patients.

Best veterinary clinic I have ever been to. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the veterinarians really take their time to make sure you understand everything they have talked to you about. The whole group truly cares about their patients, and their owners. This is the only place I will take my fur babies - 100% recommend this amazing place to anyone!

We took our cat to Erin Ridge Vet tonight. Everyone was lovely, Prices were reasonable. The Female Vet we saw was wonderful. Highly recommend

Booked an appointment for a procedure later that day and when I explained what I needed to have done on my dog they told me they could do it. When I got there the vet looked at my dog and told me I need the same procedure I booked her in for but that she didn't have time that day so she said I might have to go somewhere else. They then proceeded to charge me an examination fee for 10 mins looking at my dog after telling me they don't have time to fix the problem. Very bad experience. I wish I would have gone to my previous vet originally

Dr. Lauzier was fantastic! She was very friendly to my chameleon Elton and I on our first visit here. She treated my boy as if he was one of her own. He wouldn't sit still so she just let him climb up and down her shirt and onto her head haha. Explained everything to me in detail with what she was noticing about my chameleon. She offered a load of options for me with my budget as well as options I had when I could round up more money (being a student full time makes bills difficult). Overall the staff were all very welcoming and friendly and all took the time to make sure I was 100% in loop with what was going on. Would reccomend this place to everyone! Cheapest vet I've found who gives great customer service and deals with reptiles!

We have been using Erin Ridge Vet since September 2018 for our dog. They are very thoughtful and patient with our dog, who can be nervous during visits. They suggested coming to the office during dog walks so our dog would get pets and treats to associate the clinic with positivity. This was in preparation for her spay surgery, which went very well! Thank you for working with us and Scout to be comfortable!

The staff is friendly although I’ve only talked to one girl. The others stay in back. I’ve never met the vet even though I’ve been here twice. I’d like to know why they can’t afford a receptionist so if the pet owner has an issue while waiting they can talk to someone. My cat sounded like she was in distress for a simple visit. I know she would’ve been calmer if I was in the room with her but I was never given the choice and nobody in front to talk to. I don’t think I’ll be back here.

My dog had a severe reaction to vaccines this morning and our regular clinic had closed. They took us in at a moments notice and were amazing. I would recommend this clinic in a heartbeat and I'm so thankful they were there to help us through today!

They took care of out dog and his surgery went perfect and his is back to his old self.they are all amazing with your pets!
