Elana is an awful, rude stylist who doesn't listen to her clients and blames them for her wrong doing.

Attended here with an 11am appt for my daughter to get her hair done for my wedding. Attended and informed the lady of our timing. We were told to take a seat.

30mins later, I ask when my daughter will be seen, and was told the stylist 'wasn't in yet'. Another stylist said she thought we 'were waiting for somebody'.

Meanwhile someone walked in and was told 5 mins wait. 5 mins later they had a chair, with us left waiting still.

No one there really seemed to know what was what. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else.

I couldn’t be more impressed by how amazing this hair salon is. My hairstylist was Elena she is sooo sweet and knows what you want. Best advice for hair and life. This salon is like the therapist for me, great company, kindness people surrounding you. They have everything there, from great skills to snacks and coffee. I totally recommend this salon to everyone. Love spending my day there!

Sabera does such an excellent job with the brows and facial hair! She takes her time and the results are flawless. I always come here- don’t bother going anyplace else. I’m a happy customer!

Wow, horrific.
I thought it looked OK when I payed and tipped. Got back home and cried.
It took another hair stylest 2 hours to fix, and even at that, I have to wait for it to grow out a bit to completely fix it.
It was 50% due to the fact that the stylist didn't speak English, and the translator left after 5 min of me being in the chair.

I have had several hair appointments with Iryna and she does an absolute fantastic job. She has the talent of creating beautiful results time and time again

So first time at this salon. I explained to the stylist several times that I wanted my hair thinned She spent lots of time showing me how my previous cut was done incorrectly and she really didn’t know how she was going to thin it. I explained I have a regular hairdresser out of province and I have never had any complaints about her service So after sitting in the chair for almost an hour continually asking her to shorten my hair I just got up and left. Oh ya that would be after I paid for a service I did not receive. Hair was cut dry no styling and if you gathered up the hair she cut off it would not fill an 8 oz glass. Totally disappointed with the service and highly recommend people keep walking past this business
