I am happy with my haircut but when I came in on November 6 2023 in the afternoon I heard employees calling around to places frantically because they were out of barbacide, which kind of threw me off as that is essential for disinfecting tools. Additionally when I was greeted, the lady took long pauses in between asking what I wanted, and then after she told me to sit in the waiting area, she and her coworker were laughing to themselves then dissappeared for about 20 minutes and left only one other stylist to run the salon by himself and by the time they came back customers were waiting to be helped. 42$ for a short pixie cut and wash.

I walked in. They took me right away. Very pleasant people work here. I got a eyebrow wax and upper lip. Hair wash with a trim. Love my hair! Reasonable prices and always have sales on product.

I had a full head of solid colour done and I loved it. The atmosphere was relaxing and my hairdresser had no problem with a quiet appointment. The staff had gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I was left satisfied with the results. Not to mention how they made an effort to squeeze me in an hour before they closed just to get my hair done. It was my first time there and I would recommend to anyone who is looking to get a solid colour done as it is worth it and I found it really affordable as well. Thank you for your services!

I call ahead I want to book an appointment for my fiance she's very interested in getting braids for low maintenance they asure me there is a lady in who does them I ask to speak to her she then tells me she can accommodate. We get to the salon I drop my fiance to get some braids while I walk around the mall with our baby boy and not even 10 minutes later she's coming out crying I guess they were shaming her for her smaller hairs being rude and inconsiderate to Any kind of compassion or human decency I'm trying to figure out what I did wrong here I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to take his wife there worst acts of human kindness and appalling sickening behavior from one Canadian to another please don't use this salon.

I have gone here several times and the staff are always different, inconsistent cuts and upon my previous arrival, a slight clean up turned into thinning half the hair and ruining my hairstyle

I love this place. It was Juliet who did my hair cut. She's so nice and a very friendly person. Went there last friday and I think it's the owner who asked Juliet if I want something to drink. Will definitely come back here.

The hairdresser was very pleasant and talkative. She followed my instructions explicitly. I was extremely please with the final result. Do find them somewhat pricey, but I guess you get what you pay for. I definitely would recommend this salon. Many of the staff have been there for years.

Went in yesterday after waiting so long to get a haircut. They did a good job on my hair… for long men’s hair I recommend this place.

A five because I left happy. The journey of getting there was not what I expected from the name Escada, however no journey is alike. Long story very short, I left with a beautiful cut and colour -thank you Toni, we will have a long term happy relationship - reasonably priced, feeling like a princess, with a gift, and everyone loosened up with a good laugh and a great outcome!
It tells you that even if you witness something, it may turn into something else in the end.
Look forward to my next visit.

My very first and only experience was. I had about 4 inches of my natural dark roots and the mid/end were highlighted, my hair was chest length. I asked the hair dresser for a chin length haircut and not to touch my roots but to add more highlights to the ends. I was there from 6pm to 9pm when they were supposed to be closing.my haircut not finished (just cut once to get the length off), my roots orange and ends white. I was really upset and was in tears and the hairdresser had the nerve to tell me that I looked pretty when I cry. The receptionist guy was so worried about me paying that he didn't even care that I was upset. I told them I don't care about the cost, I just want what I asked for and it to be fixed. I paid 50% that night and the rest when they fixed it. I did get the manager to fix my hair two days after but he was very rough, I will never go back.

The hairdressers do not know the products. I was sold what was supposed to be a toner and a sold me I black hair dye on bleach blonde hair. I will call them today of see if they could rectify it

Jasmina is the best. I get a great cut everytime and lots of people tell me so. So thankful I found her!

My first experience was good with them, however today I went back in for a nose piercing and the manager not only failed to mention that his employee was not fully trained in piercings (mine got messed up), but when we asked him for a discount and to take responsibility of his untrained, nervous employee, he yelled at us and told us it was our fault. Totally unprofessional behaviour. Him and his employee refused to listen to what we wanted and pushed their own opinions on us and did whatever they wanted.

Great salon! I always have trouble finding a quality salon that knows how to cut men’s hair. Most hair stylists cut too much hair off (scissor happy) but the staff Escada are great listeners and always give me the cut and style I want. Highly recommend for men’s long hair.

Called in to ask for an appointment because I don't like waiting in line said well you can just come in 10-15 minutes and we will take you. I come in 15 minutes later and had to wait 1 and a half hours to get a 10 minute haircut (and that's me being generous was probably less than 10 minutes) I asked for an undercut because that was my last one and he couldn't even follow a premade line that was there from last time like he made the underside back of my head look like a square! You would assume they would at least be able to do a undercut but nooo. Don't ever recommend going here! Went to Murray's Hairstyling before this one and it was 100x better! Too bad it was closed and I had to get my hair ruined here!

Received the worst haircut of my life here on Friday, then paid $50 for it. I had forgot my mask at home and they did provide me one, however as I sat there in my mask getting my haircut, my hairdresser had a 5 min conversation about hair product with another employee directly behind my chair, both with their masks off. I also observed several employees with their masks down walking through the salon.

Do not recommend getting your nose pierced here. I have gotten piercings before at other places and im really good at taking care of them. When i came here i wasn’t satisfied with the actual piercing because she pierced it higher than where i wanted.

The lady also gave me absolutely NO information about proper cleaning or anything. All she said was that the piercing has no backing and in a “little while” i can change it. Now about 4 weeks in (i have been cleaning it properly the entire time), i have a huge bump and im scared i might have to take it out and let the hole close, and pay all over again to get it done.

Do NOT go here for a nose piercing you’ll just waste your money.

My stylist took her time and was very friendly. However. I was shocked at the bill as their sign says $22.00 and up for women's cuts. I was quoted $30.00 on the phone. My bill was $47.00.for a pixie cut on fine hair! Not kosher!

Lady wasn't pleasant, didn't really want to do my child s hair, they kept making remarks and they even did someone elses hair whilst we waited an hour. Not creative. I can't believe I keep coming here, I'm dissappointed every time, and the price is overkill, even higher than they say it'll be.like really. $178+ for a child.yeesh. >:/

I go here to get my hair done. They always do an awesome job. The price is very good and the staff is very friendly. If you're looking for a great salon I recommend Escada at anyone of there locations.

Went there on a Friday evening last minute to get a wash and style. The man at the front was kind and respectful and said he would see if it was possible. He promptly let me know they could fit me in in just a few minutes and he was true to his word. The lovely stylist was very knowledgeable and skilled she did exactly as I asked. The price was incredibly reasonable and I left happy and with a great style. I will be returning here for sure.

Want to be treated like you don't matter and get a bad haircut? This is your place.
Three times I went in and had a different person each time, all three times I asked them to NOT snag my eyebrow ring, they all laughed like they would never and ALL three did it. It hurt very much but they never apologize or anything. Every haircut I have had here was awful, I only went because it is close to home, now I go much farther to get a good cut.
The tall greasy guy who calls everyone "Buddy" at the front really makes this place feel like a dive bar more than a hair dresser.

I am not impressed with this place. Last Summer I paid $75 to get my nose pierced. I was told to clean the piercing everyday until healed. A week after having my nose pierced it got really infected. It was so bad I had to take the piercing out and let the hole grow back. The next time I got my nose pierced I went to a hairdresser in bonniedoon mall and they did an amazing job. I have had my nose pierced for over a year now without any issues. Last week I went to back to Escada hair to buy an extra ring for my nose. When I got home I washed the ring and soaked it in hydrogen peroxide for 30 minutes before putting it in my nose. I wore the ring in my nose for 3 days and about 1 hour ago I took it out to clean my piercing and my nose is once again infected. Every other piece of jewelry that I have put in my nose has NOT infected it so I will be going back to ask for a refund for the $10 I spent buying three nose rings i now cannot use.

My hairdresser was awesome. The natural highlights are amazing and blend seamlessly with my hair. I let her choose the style for the cut and she did an amazing soft layering. She was very kind in the conversation (thank you for letting me complain about my backwards labradoodle) and very professional. It is a bit expensive, but overall, it was great care. Definitely would go back.
