Got put on hold 10× and then get hung up on aftrr holding for 30 minutes! Terrible customer service. Would not buy anything from here even if it's free.

Came almost at closing time but the guys in the sales trailer still helped me out and searched the parts for me. Gentleman named Italo went out of his way to retrieve the part for me and was very courteous and professional. Definitely my go to spot now.

Never have I had better customer service over the phone. Italo is a true professional, from the second he answered he was fun friendly and had all the answers I was looking for plus more. He even went out of his way to try and save me a some money with a couple different options. If 10 stars was an option I would have hit it. Thanks again for all your help, I am beyond pleased with your service.

My Husband got a quote for a 2009 toyota engine on line. He called and was told they had it on the shelf. The following day, he put a deposit over the phone on the engine and went to pick it up the following monday. After paying in full, he was told that the engine is not in stock. He did get a full refund, but what a waste of time off from work and truck rental to pick up the engine. I know mistakes happen, but we are not impressed with this kind of service. Why would a business accept a customer's payment if they are not even sure of their inventory? Do not recommend.

*EDIT* I want to be fair and give an update. They called my husband and arranged for the engine's delivery to our house the next day after they found the engine. It's nice to see their quick response and remedy to the issue. Thank you Eskimo.

Price is ridiculous, the guy on the phone absolutely hate his job and the customer, I'd rather travel to Calgary than getting parts from Eskimo from now on

The couple times I've ordered it's been fine, but in the last 2 years I have never actually gotten through to speak to anyone. Get put on hold and give up after 20 minutes. End up calling other wreckers who have enough people to answer phones.

Called about a rear brake caliper and they said they would need to pull it and to leave a deposit. No prob. A couple days later I get the call that it's ready to go, so far so good. I arrive and find a badly rusted caliper and being an integral type caliper makes this more of a problem. Just by looking at it you could tell the bleeder screw was seized and the piston was likely not going to retract. It clearly was hastily ripped off the car and not tested for basic functionality before being brought to me. I'm obviously not expecting a nice shiny part from a junkyard but if you're going to sell something in such rough shape I'd hope to at least have confirmation that it works. I'm not going to waste my time taking it home just to confirm it's seized and have to bring it back. I was not offered to have anyone look it over after raising my concerns, but instead with bitterness by the receptionist that I wasn't going to buy it.

I bought a set of calipers from a different yard for another vehicle a couple days prior, which the pistons were all the way retracted. I raised a concern about a rusty bleeder screw and they took it to the tech and got it extracted before selling it.

Great all around service! I’ve been to Eskimo twice for my previous vehicle! At one point a rear door needed replacing due to rust, within a week I had a new door colour matched, installed and ready to go! The other time I needed the engine replaced, the customer service was great! They took the time to make sure I got what I wanted/needed for a price I could afford! Again the job was completed in a timely manner and no issues to follow! Will go back if another issue occurs with a future vehicle!

This is one of the nicest places I have ever dealt with the people are so nice They went out of their way to find the part for us had it brought in and gave it to us for next to nothing.special thanks to Italo For all his help

UPDATED REVIEW: I saw that the owner/manager offered to speak with me regarding the terrible service. 2 months later. I tried to call again today and was put on hold 2 seperate times today by different people and noone ever picked up the phone lines. I waited 10mins for the first hold and then hung up and retried and was SLAMMED on hold again for another disappointing wait and NOONE EVER PICKED UP, hung up after 15 minutes. MY Recommendation still stands: would not recommend this place for personal use and DEFINTELY not for business use!

Was extremely frustrated with this company. Don't be surprised if you call this place over 4 times (different times of the day) just to be put on hold each time for over 15-30 minutes at a time. Customer service is.non-existent and staff will find ANY way to not actually do any work or help you. I would not recommend this place for personal use and DEFINTELY not for business use.

Absolutely the best parts buying experience. Helpful staff. Great price and the send u a picture of the part when it's been removed. The only place I got for automotive parts.

Curtis was awesome! Called for the parts i needed, and he found them, came in the next day and picked them up! Great service!

Just waited on hold for 15 minutes, called back, another 10 minutes, then another 10 minutes. Might as well not even have a phone

I was there yesterday twice and had a really good and bad experience in the same day. First off I haven't been to Eskimo in many years. The place looks good and asked if they had the same owners. Curtis Petryga told me yes I remember him casue I went to school with his daughter Tamara. The good experience was he was very knowledgeable about the right part for my car and ordered it and got it to me in the same day. While I was there I mentioned I might be willing to sell my car to them Curtis told me the process. What I shouldn't of told him is that I already got a quote from a different auto parts place told him how much. The bad experience was also with Curtis. The second time I went casue now needed a sensor mass air flow sensor for a bmw 2003 to be exact he quoted $700. Because he knew what the other auto parts was willing to pay for my car. Now I know for a fact that part isn't anywhere near that price. I went to napa after the clerk was amazed he quoted that. But I think the real reason he quoted that price cause he trying to get me to sell my car to them. I not desperate to sell my car. I don't like putting Sham on Eskimo but his employee is shady that's bad business. Now I never recommend Eskimo in fear of them having the same experience. Price gouging to get people to sell there cars to them.
