Do not use this clinic there is only one Doctor there that is worth seeing. All the staff at this clinic are extremely rude! I do not recommend this place at all. If it had a choice it would be no stars! Not my first bad experience here either. I thought I would give it a second go, but unfortunately the results where the same. Rude! They don’t care about people just a pay check!

Mr. Idrees is very accommodating and goes above and beyond to help. In our experience, our whole family had COVID and when we called him for our prescriptions, he did not hesitate to help and arrange everything even the delivery of the meds. He is one kind and helpful person! Thank you!

The wait time is REDICULOUS. No matter how early u get there. Dont complain or ur wait will be longer. So disappoint and I followed a doctor here. Trying to look else where. Receptionist are not freindly, no eye contact nothing.

The best experience I ever had with Alberta Helth Care "Essence Medical Centre Westwinds Dr. NE with immigration doctor Saadia QAISER; Really kind, helpful, answered on any questions we had. The best service. Thank you VERY MUCH!

The doctors here are AMAZING but on a few occasions I've come and there has been no doctors and today I've been sitting outside waiting while my rambunctious 3 year old is screaming just to find out they're not even opening because of course they don't have any doctors.

I went to the doctors to get a two referrals, one of the specialist got back to me and helped resolve my problems within two weeks. A week past and I asked the medical office assistant/clerk if the other referral was sent because I never heard about from the other specialist and she told me “well it takes time” another week passesand I call the specialist office and they told me they never received the referral! The medical office assistant/clerk didn’t even check what I asked her to do or send the referral what should’ve been done. If people don’t care for their patience they shouldn’t work in a place where caring is needed.
