Dr. Andrea Clarke is awesome. Beside that she is super smart and professional, she is also very kind and warm. Its a pleasure to go see her every three months. She is curious about me and what is going on in my life, and also takes the time to answer any questions in depth. Very happy I found her. I recommend her to all my friends and family.oh.and the most important, among all the other important things above, Dr. Clarke has a great sense of humor. We always have a good laugh about everything and nothing.

The clinic is very clean and calming! All the staff were very kind, polite and accomodating. I received a massage from Madison, and it was fantastic. I felt de-stressed immediately. Was anxious and stressed prior to and it was exactly what I needed to feel better.

Had a great appointment with Dr. Strasser. You receive treatment from the initial session. Safe and comfortable environment. Would recommend to anyone looking for naturopathic treatment. I received acupuncture and a B 12 injection.

$220 for a 1 hour consultation, urine test and questionnaire without an actual service is ridiculous. I actually feel like I was duped out of my money here.

I've been struggling with a rib/middle back issue for a few years now and decided to start going to massage therapy regularly to see if I could see any improvement in pain. Visited Dr Trudy for help with heartburn and allergies. She was amazing and a wealth of knowledge. She Asked lots of questions and I came out equipped with a plan focused on improvements and lots of information in order to move towards feeling better. It’s a No-pressure environment tailored to my needs rather than a blanket approach. I’m impressed and will be returning for follow up acupuncture to continue the process. Reasonably priced, and also covered largely by my insurance which is a bonus.

I just had a massage with Vicky at Essence Spa in Marda Loop and it was awesome! The Clinic is beautiful and I felt relaxed immediately. Vicky is amazing! She is very personable and a getting massage from her is like a little piece of heaven!

I went there a few years ago. Spent hundred of dollars on IV and other therapy. I asked front desk if they honor repeat-loyal customers. She was appauled and rude. As if I was asking for a free ride. I was a good customer I got upset. I was asked to leave because the secretary was upset? Really bad business. Very frustrating and odd.

I had a wonderful Reiki session with Shayleen at the clinic. She is incredibly professional and her space promotes a sense of relaxation and wellness before she even starts:) I left feeling more connected to myself and aligned:) Shayleen is gifted in her Reiki practice and I highly recommend trying a session with her:)

I have been the loyalty customer for this clinic for more than 7years. Today I went to have IV therapy treatment with Dr Sharma. She was friendly but she didn’t have the right skill to poke the needles to the right spot. My left arm got super purple and a coin size of burst. When I got to the clinic to complain about the issue, but they just told me that was very normal issue would happened. Seriously? That’s all they told me, but no sincere apologies. I felt very disappointed on their professionalism. I have never got this bad burst from needles, not even when I had my neck surgery or any blood works. Be careful if you want to have the IV therapy here, especially during COVID.

My girlfriend and I went for a massage on a long weekend Sunday and it was awesome from start to finish. Great hours for opening, and a very relaxing vibe to the whole place indoors and easy booking online.

I love the location the office is super pretty! I also love that they direct Bill it’s very convenient! Front desk staff is lovely and so informative!

I have received one of the best massages in my life here! Not only was the staff friendly and accommodating, but the skill and knowledge they have really makes the experience memorable. I first went to Essence because I had a busy week coming up, and I wasn't feeling that great and was intrigued by the B12 shot and thought I'd give it a shot (pun intended). Now I don't know if it was a placebo effect, but I starting to feel better and better and truly felt like it helped me fight off whatever I was getting sick with. Dr. Flock was so nice, explained everything in detail to me and we decided on both a B12 and Adrenal shot. I went again last week for both the B12 and Adrenal shots. Definitely something my body seems to be enjoying, haha. I'll be incorporating this into my regime ever couple weeks. I also appreciated how she wasn't pushy to purchase expensive supplements like I've experienced at other Naturopath offices in the past.

Also to add to my positive experience, the office was clean, beautiful and very relaxing, as well as having very friendly staff. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new clinic.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. I went for the 60 min massage. The massage didn’t reach my expectations. I had been going to too many different kinda of massages and spa rooms in Calgary. Unfortunately the room was cold, the massage therapist wasn’t experienced enough and couldn’t finished back and front of my body in 60 min. Basically it was like a jock. The pressure wasn’t enough, she couldn’t get in to the deep tissues and open knots. And after I done my massage no one didn’t wait outside to offering me a glass of water and lead me to go to pay. I was walking around for few minutes to figure it out how to getting out of there.

Highly recommend Angela for Massage. I have been having serious issues with my shoulder and we thought originally it might be frozen shoulder and of course Angela did rec that I see a doctor. However, she did a massage and customized it to my shoulder and needs. After two sessions of massage and cupping my shoulder has improved 80%. She is so professional and I can't recommend her enough!

I love going here for massages. Its clean, beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Madison's deep tissue massages are the best, she worked out knots I didn't know I had.

Average at best. Came here for the first time for a deep tissue massage. The clinic was modern, nice and clean. Massage room was comforting, clean and warm. That's about it for the positives. Vicky the massage therapist came out and seemed rushed and in a bad mood. It translated directly to the massage. Of course it wasn't worth the money. After the massage was done to the second, she said thanks and bye then vanished never to be seen again. This is a first for me, typically the massage therapist will at minimum give you some tips on how to stretch problem areas, smile, and maybe bring you a cup of water. This is a perfect example of why I don't try and find new places.

The esthetician was very good however I was a little disturbed that she would use the waxing stick applicator at least twice before throwing it in the trash

I've been seeing Dr. Yvonne for acupuncture, and Angela and Jamie for prenatal massage. Coming here during pregnancy was amazing for relieving carpal tunnel and preparing my body for birth. Dr. Yvonne has a lovely, calming demeanour. She put me at ease and baby got into the right positioning after only a few sessions. I have a tough time finding massage therapists in general, so to find two this skilled and intuitive in one place was a very nice surprise. The location is convenient with free underground parking and the front desk staff are always super friendly. Highly recommended!

I had the best prenatal massage! This is my second pregnancy and 33 weeks and Melanie was amazing. She completed a deep tissue massage and really got into my hips and glutes which every pregnant woman needs. I was impressed and can't wait to get in again!

I had a lovely prenatal massage by Angela at about 37 weeks, and today had some acupuncture done by Yvonne to hopefully nudge baby to come earth side. Both practitioners were very professional, listened to me, asked questions and made me feel very comfortable. I was extra happy with the cupping experience to accompany the acupuncture. Both experiences there have been wonderful. Great front reception, I love the ease of booking, and their hours and always recommend this place now! Thanks for everything!

This place is incredible. Absolutely love everything about this clinic. I have tried acupuncture with Yvonne and she is absolutely amazing. So knowledgeable about acupuncture and cupping. I always feel so much better after each visit. Also my favorite IV therapies are incredible. Especially when feel stressed or overworked what a different feeling after having the IV with multivitamins. Highly recommend to everyone.

I have been counting down the days till I have my next microneedling session. I noticed a difference.not anything anyone else would but I noticed and by the looks of it each treatment will make my skin more clear, bright and smooth.
The iv therapy are nice. Maybe a combo package deal should be offered. Like microneedling and meso plus iv for a discount if done in one booking.just a thought. Either way I will be coming back again and again!

I've been going for the IV treatments and as someone who experiences brutal migraines/headaches I've noticed such a difference! Also my exhaustion is no where near the severity it used to be. The staff is absolutely tremendous, the environment chic, yet relaxing. I have to also add if you are a bit shy towards needles Dr. Lester does it so delicately you truly do not feel a thing, it's mind blowing. So grateful this place exists!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE NATUROPATH APPOINTMENT. RISK - YOU WONT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. I went in for a microneedling appointment & asked if they had time for also do a naturopath appointment. They said yes so I figured since I was already there I might as well get it all done. I paid an extra $200 to the naturopath appointment that is suppose to include acupuncture. This was the main reason I wanted to do the naturopathic appointment - because I heard acupuncture could help with fertility. Dr. Taylor asked me if I wanted the acupuncture and I enthusiastically said yes! The Dr.left twice during my appointment, ~15mins each time, once to treat another patient and another time to look for some vitamins. After leaving for the second time she came back & said she ran out of time to do the acupuncture. I was really disappointed. I called back later to ask if I could come in another day to do the acupuncture portion of the appointment that I had paid for and the Dr.basically said “too bad”. She said that she ran overtime with the appointment and that I wasn’t initially scheduled to come in that day. It is not my responsibility to manage their time. She spent too much time asking questions and leaving the room instead of doing the treatment. If they didn’t have time to provide the service they should have not said they could do it. I would have never wasted $200 on the naturopath appointment if I knew I wouldn’t get what I was paying for, I would have just come in another time. Really disappointed that they did not do anything to remedy the situation despite the fact that I called and explained that I was disappointed about not having the acupuncture done. It’s a matter of principle and I feel totally ripped off! Definitely will not go back to this Dr!

Dr. Vannesa Pettit is incredibly gentle and effective in her approach/technique (all while making a person feel COMPLETELY relaxed). I have slept soundly and felt calm and relaxed each day following her treatment! She is attentive, creative and supportive in her appointments! She is seriously not your average Acupuncturist!

The team and staff here are AMAZING. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend dropping by and visiting any of the doctors, as they are all wonderful. The clinic is also beautiful and conveniently located with ample of parking in the heart of Marda Loop.
